Hootsuite cut our team's workload in half!

What do you like best about the product?
We love Hootsuite for reporting, tracking ad performance, creating relationships with customers for our clients, and how easy it is to use! We use this tool every day. The support we get for Enterprise is top quality and efficient. We had a very smooth integration and implementation process with the help of our account support person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we struggle with is the API functions and capability between networks. Due to this we still have to go back and forth into the native applications to do certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts our workload in half for our team. This allows our team to spend more time in other areas of our clients' business, such as building relationships, spending more time on quality graphics, and administrative duties. This allows our team to complete client duties in half the time as it used to! We used to have to do each platform individually and now we can do a lot of things in one step.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of programs to promote throughout the year and Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule our promotions in a timely manner. It also allows us to duplicate posts and make small changes so we can promote an event multiple times without starting from scratch. The "holidays" also help us with content creation if we are ever stuck and need ideas they are a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some difficulty with the analytics. They can be a bit inconsistent and not always indictive of actual performance. I wish they were easier to use and more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule all our posts for all platforms in one place to stay organized and on top of campaigns.

i have more then 12 accounts, Hootsuite helps me to organise everything. Besides that I'm able to work with canva in the software. It's really easy for me

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is just right on the spot: anlytics, numbers, UI, and learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is hard to tell, but the analytics can be more focussed towards the social listening part which can help marketers understand the sentiments going towards specific product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is under one roof and the type of analytics is given , its just perfect. You get the right amount of information which helps in taking the corrective measure and stay ahead of the trends.

Easy but limited

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good, easy to use platform to schedule multiple social media posts. You can edit posts directly in Hootsuite and it's simple enough for myself and colleagues to use and understand. It is good to use repeatedly and easy to log in and out quickly and efficiently. The process to integrate new channels is easy to do. Implementation is easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Hootsuite is that there are very limited features and there are a lot of native features which cannot be used in Hootsuite. Stories features are limited as to what you can do and create, there are no polls or options for Facebook besides just a generic post etc. Customer Support is also very limited in a worldwide view. Because of time differences we only get to exchange one message per day which prolongs the experience by a large amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us solve the problem of multiple people needing to post to multiple accounts. We can now control how users have access and what they post. This in turn improves out social media security but having everyone operate through the same platform collaboratively and with no need to share passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing many social media accounts manually is very time consuming and inefficient - and this is where hootsuite comes in - helping coordinate and manage all of this in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite tends to feel like it was built for an earlier era of social media, wonderful for scheduling and reporting but I personally find that editing posts after scheduled to be not super smooth. Im sure this can get improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, hootsuite helps me plan and stay ontop of everything in one platform. It makes social media more manageable than having to do all of what it does manually.

sometimes its too much info, I get lost in the amount of analysis given

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who didn't even know that Hootsuite existed before I had to use it's website for class, it was so easy and so detailed. I really walked away knowing that I learned something.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of downsides, I didn't see anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite made it so much easier to see data in real time and really understand what the consumers want.

A good starter social media manager with a few quirks

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good starter program for social media management. The calendar feature is useful to be able to plan out content for a couple of days. The approval tool is nice and helps for content needing approval. The stream is an interesting way to see content laid out. Analytics is relatively useful except for its slight quirks and limitations. Customer support is quick and they have a lot of videos for training. I've attended some of their webinars as well, which have been relatively useful. We use this relatively often and I use the tags features on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The create feature is nice, except the design tools in the software are limited. The Canva extension is useful, but the fact that you can't log in is frustrating because it won't save your design. Content created using the extension is editable if you send it for approval. Analytics are limited and sometimes don't have all the old data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is attempting to solve the problem of managing our social media channels. Overall, it benefits my job as I don't have to log into our separate accounts. It makes me easily able to grab analytics for the month for our reports.
