Expensive but worthwhile
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that i can manage everything to do with posting AND advertising from one spot. It saves me from needing to constantly navigate between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
the interface could do with a refresh - I find it a little outdated. Hootsuite also leans on the more expensive side of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
like i said, it helps me use multiple features like the advertising and scheduling/post management in a centralised platform as opposed to having to do that manually and individually.
Awesome tool, love the features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the little things that Hootsuite has such as the enhance with owly, recommendations and the tips that you get when using the platform. It makes the experience a lot better and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
hootsuite i find is a bit expensive and i think it would be nice to have it a bit cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
planning, organising and creating content for social media and being able to do it in one spot rather than multiplessaves me a lot of time.
Learning with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I love it, making learning easier is the best thing possible for someone like me. I've aced most of my tests learning the things I'm taught here
What do you dislike about the product?
More pictures or videos in text courses, something to light up the lessons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My classes need to teach me some things that are not part of our curriculum, so we go here and this program helps us out ALOT
Easy to use planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
Using hootsuite is really straightforward. The tool is very easy to understand and makes scheduling for multiple social media accounts and channels easy. There are also a lot of other useful features such as the AI recommendations, reminders for events and ideas etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can lean towards the expensive side. I also do get a lot of popups that i always close and would appreciate it if it remembered which ones i closed so that i didn't have to constantly do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a holistic perspective on our social media channels allows me to get a better oversight on what we need to do and how we can improve.
I found Hootsuite very informative on many topics involving how to run social media platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I found the tests and the end of each topic to be one of my favourite Hootsuite features. Testing my knowledge on everything I learned was very helpful in reinforcing previously learned infomormation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel some topics in the courses should be more condensed, as I feel having up to 12 separate topics under one category can be very overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not working for a business and used Hootsuite to learn about the above lessons.

You can not see all the details on Facebook from Hootsuite so still have to respond to both.

Well its nice to handle all my accounts from one program, it's a stable prohgram and listening helps al lot
Hootsuite cut our team's workload in half!
What do you like best about the product?
We love Hootsuite for reporting, tracking ad performance, creating relationships with customers for our clients, and how easy it is to use! We use this tool every day. The support we get for Enterprise is top quality and efficient. We had a very smooth integration and implementation process with the help of our account support person.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we struggle with is the API functions and capability between networks. Due to this we still have to go back and forth into the native applications to do certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts our workload in half for our team. This allows our team to spend more time in other areas of our clients' business, such as building relationships, spending more time on quality graphics, and administrative duties. This allows our team to complete client duties in half the time as it used to! We used to have to do each platform individually and now we can do a lot of things in one step.
Keeps all our promotions organized
What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of programs to promote throughout the year and Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule our promotions in a timely manner. It also allows us to duplicate posts and make small changes so we can promote an event multiple times without starting from scratch. The "holidays" also help us with content creation if we are ever stuck and need ideas they are a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some difficulty with the analytics. They can be a bit inconsistent and not always indictive of actual performance. I wish they were easier to use and more accurate.

It allows us to schedule all our posts for all platforms in one place to stay organized and on top of campaigns.

i have more then 12 accounts, Hootsuite helps me to organise everything. Besides that I'm able to work with canva in the software. It's really easy for me
