Hootsuite for the win
What do you like best about the product?
I've been fortunate enough to utilize hootsuite in multiple roles across multiple companies, but it's become my standard tool. The ease of use, and ability to do pretty much whatever you're looking for is unmatched. It is a great daily tool that can be used to help enable your own team without having to teach them ton of different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the loss of the ability to utilize the tool in the free version for social listening. That was originally a game changer, but not essential to my use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me enable my team to share content to help expand their following and engagement within the industry
Wonderful solution for teams and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite now after using Sprout Social for several years. We've found that Hootsuite allows our team to manage workload easier by having the ability to cross-post to nearly all platforms at one time for each of our clients. Also, managing private messages and comments takes less time from our team members each day, including Hootsuite's ability to filter and automate responses to certain types of messages. What I have been most impressed with is Hootsuite's customer account team and implementation processes. We have had dedicated people that are always there when we need them and are very helpful when we come across issues. We use Hootsuite every single day, at all hours of the day to manage content publishing. It is very easy to train employees to use. With our plan, we can integrate as many social media accounts as we need into Hootsuite. We also love the reporting and analytics tools, as it can separate organic posts vs paid/sponsored posts. I love being able to customize my reports and format it to fit each client's needs to show the most powerful data and results that make an impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few things:
1. Facebook sharing
2. Filtering out/Removing spam and malicious links in comments/messages (also reporting spam/banning user)
3. Change cover photos/profile pictures
4. A big one: white-labeling reports. We can have our logo, yet they still all show Hootsuite on them.
5. We can't see or respond to Facebook reviews!
I understand each platform's API is the reason for most limitations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple platforms for each client. We don't have to sign in and out of every single account to make posts, so we can schedule ahead and even promote the ad all in one step. This saves our team members so much time to be able to give extra support in other areas for our clients. Our clients also love the easy to understand and custom reports we give them each month from Hootsuite. This saves us again from going into each account and platform to pull analytics one by one.
HootSuite Review
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has been a helpful tool for both scheduling out posts for multiple brands and social profiles, all while being able to review metrics on those efforts in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that you can't utilize some of the features that are only available to say, Instagram, when you're using it natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives each of our several employees a common service or hub through which everything on our social side and including some advertising can function smoothly and consistently.
Great for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite takes the chaos out of managing multiple social media accounts. Instead of needing to constantly switch between platforms, I can just schedule everything in one place and actually focus on strategy instead of just keeping up.I also like how easy it is to tweak posts for different social platforms without having to rewrite everything from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a lovely tool, but the pricing is a little high in my opinion, especially if you only need it for a few accounts. Some of the best features like in depth analytics are behind pricier plans, which is a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organise & stay ontop of social media planning.
Strong tool for social media oversight and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the convenience that hootsuite allows for is amazing. It helps simplify and streamline my process when it comes to managing our socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels a little old and in my experience can feel a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a holistic overview of our social media channels and accounts in one centralised area and this helps me save time and effort compared to going into each app and individual analytics.
Wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite as a platform exceeds expectations and does a well-rounded job in most aspects of being a functional and efficient and easy to use social media management tool. I also enjoy the learning tips , industry knowledge and insights they are able to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that i'm unable to (to my knowledge) bulk delete posts - it would be nice to have this feature.

Social media management - saves time and money in the long run.
Seamless Social Media Scheduling with Hootsuite – A Must for Data-Driven Reports!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootsuite streamlines social media scheduling and reporting. The platform makes it easy to manage multiple accounts, schedule posts in advance, and pull analytics for performance tracking. The interface is user-friendly, and the integration with other tools like Zapier simplifies automation. Plus, the ability to collaborate with team members is a huge plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. The analytics, while useful, sometimes lack the depth needed for more detailed reporting. Some integrations could be more seamless, and the pricing can be a bit high compared to alternatives. Additionally, the platform occasionally experiences lags when managing multiple accounts, which can slow down workflow efficiency.

Its analytics provide valuable insights into engagement and performance, which helps optimize content strategy. By integrating with tools like Zapier and DreamData, Hootsuite simplifies data collection for monthly and quarterly reports, reducing manual work. It also supports UTM tracking, allowing for better monitoring of organic social traffic and conversions. Managing multiple accounts from a single dashboard enhances efficiency, making social media management more organized and data-driven.
Ease of use for a team of one or many!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is very intuitive to use. Although they have amazing resources and trainings, I found it was simple enough to get started right away and plug into trainings as needed. It makes my job as a team of one seamless with everything I need in one spot from analytics to scheduling, social listening, and more. It integrates with many of the other tools my organization is already using as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some link tracking could be better and would love to eventually see a shareable (real time updating) link to regular analytic reports.

Hootsuite is helping to keep all things social in one place so that it's easy to post, schedule, report, and test new things!
Great tool for social marketing teams!
What do you like best about the product?
We really love the ease with which we can schedule and automate content to all of our accounts (we run over 50 accounts within the business). The analytics insights and ability to easily generate reports are super valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a bit clunky in my opinion, but the functionality makes up for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to leverage plugins to automate and schedule out content to our many accounts has allowed us to operate effectively at scale. Without this, we wouldn't be able to maintain our over 50 accounts.
Easy, Breezy, Beautiful, Hootsuite. No but for real it makes THAT meeting a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
I like hoot suite because it takes the load of finding out how my content is performing and putting it into one hub without me having to chase down different metrics. It's easy to adjust features to whatever the team is looking to dive into further. I'm so impressed with how much it's made my life easier at work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite won't pull specific data from posts that are complicated (like a collaboration post) and it impacts what the data looks like in the back end if that post did really well and Hootsuite isn't taking it into consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us understand our audiences per platform. For example it's adjusted how we post static vs. video posts on FB or Instagram.
