What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and quick with lots of handy tips for posts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Streams format changes without me asking it to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for scheduling and posting social media over multiple sites. Also has a good media library, list of hashtags and AI for ideas..

Overall a great platform

What do you like best about the product?
All-encompassing. Has most of the functions you would need for publishing to social media and measuring its performance. When compared to its competitors, there is little Hootsuite doesn't have that others do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connections were faulty, with TikTok and YouTube for example we had issues both on importing comments and publishing (it would go live with errors). It's also taken days at times to hear back from support reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us post to multiple platforms at once, offers us solutions while doing so, and is instrumental in helping us gather and measure organic performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hootsuite is the approval process. I love being able to easily send approval to other teammates, or prompt our client's to approve content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is missing a couple if key features, like on photo tagging abilities, when it comes to scheduling posts. I also feel as though sometimes the quality doesn't always translate to the platform the best it could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content and sending content for review to internal teams and client teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule across all platforms months in advance has been critical for my role as a Marketing Specialist for a small business. The insights reports are helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found the AI generation to be very helpful. I still seek out ChatGPT when needed over Owly, even though it is integrated into Hootesuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, especially multiple Facebook location pages, is life changing. Also, I have begun to explore the analytics reports and find them more in-depth and easier to interpret than Meta's and LinkedIn's site features.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used a variety of social platforms—Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc. Overall, Hootsuite has been a great tool for our team. I think that they price to quality ratio is good, providing our team with the platform capacity, member seats, and additional tools we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the support communication can be delayed, taking a few days to hear back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing our team with the number or member seats, platform capacity, and additional features (i.e. social listening and separated reporting for paid vs. organic) that we were looking for—at a reasonable price.

you can't fully white label reports and cannot see facebook shares. there isn't any filters for blocking spam.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been fortunate enough to utilize hootsuite in multiple roles across multiple companies, but it's become my standard tool. The ease of use, and ability to do pretty much whatever you're looking for is unmatched. It is a great daily tool that can be used to help enable your own team without having to teach them ton of different things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the loss of the ability to utilize the tool in the free version for social listening. That was originally a game changer, but not essential to my use of the product.

Hootsuite is helping me enable my team to share content to help expand their following and engagement within the industry

Wonderful solution for teams and efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hootsuite now after using Sprout Social for several years. We've found that Hootsuite allows our team to manage workload easier by having the ability to cross-post to nearly all platforms at one time for each of our clients. Also, managing private messages and comments takes less time from our team members each day, including Hootsuite's ability to filter and automate responses to certain types of messages. What I have been most impressed with is Hootsuite's customer account team and implementation processes. We have had dedicated people that are always there when we need them and are very helpful when we come across issues. We use Hootsuite every single day, at all hours of the day to manage content publishing. It is very easy to train employees to use. With our plan, we can integrate as many social media accounts as we need into Hootsuite. We also love the reporting and analytics tools, as it can separate organic posts vs paid/sponsored posts. I love being able to customize my reports and format it to fit each client's needs to show the most powerful data and results that make an impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few things:
1. Facebook sharing
2. Filtering out/Removing spam and malicious links in comments/messages (also reporting spam/banning user)
3. Change cover photos/profile pictures
4. A big one: white-labeling reports. We can have our logo, yet they still all show Hootsuite on them.
5. We can't see or respond to Facebook reviews!

I understand each platform's API is the reason for most limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple platforms for each client. We don't have to sign in and out of every single account to make posts, so we can schedule ahead and even promote the ad all in one step. This saves our team members so much time to be able to give extra support in other areas for our clients. Our clients also love the easy to understand and custom reports we give them each month from Hootsuite. This saves us again from going into each account and platform to pull analytics one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has been a helpful tool for both scheduling out posts for multiple brands and social profiles, all while being able to review metrics on those efforts in one convenient place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that you can't utilize some of the features that are only available to say, Instagram, when you're using it natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives each of our several employees a common service or hub through which everything on our social side and including some advertising can function smoothly and consistently.
