Makes Scheduling Content a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule ahead on social, the previews it generates, and the national calendar holiday reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be a tad more intuitive.

Overall the support has been good and like that they are always working to bring new offerings and features.

The main downside has been not having access to historical data when we migrated to the platform

Hootsuite - So Many Great Things
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to post cross-channel with just a click of a button! It's so easy to use. It has so many great features, like social listening, and being able to see my analytics for all platforms in one program is amazing. I use it frequently, like every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it disconnects from social media often. It also can error out and you don't always know why. I wish things were a bit more clear. I also sometimes have issues with the calendar section on the analytics page being in Spanish while the rest of Hootsuite is in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with multiple clients and I need a space where I can organize and post for all of their social media rather than logging in and out of multiple accounts each day to complete the same task. It saves so much time!

The calender layout - everything is big and easy to see!

That you can only shedule in 5s of time. Would like to see every minute (looks more organic to customers)

What do you like best about the product?
As an all-volunteer, hyper local non-profit we need a way to reach our audience using social media that allows us to do it easily and all at once. Hootsuite is easy to use and helps us achieve our mission.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big expense for a small non-profit (but they have a non-profit rate which helps!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to post to social and respond to people who interact with posts in the most efficient way possible and Hootsuite let's us do that.
Efficient Social Media Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite’s scheduling feature is a game-changer. It allows me to manage multiple social media accounts from one platform seamlessly, saving a lot of time. The analytics are also incredibly useful in tracking performance and optimizing content. It’s easy to use, and I can plan ahead for posts, which keeps my content consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, especially when managing many accounts. It would be great if it had a more streamlined design to make navigation even smoother.

Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by allowing me to schedule posts in advance and monitor everything from one dashboard. It saves me time and ensures consistency. The analytics also help me track performance, so I can refine my strategy for better engagement. It’s a huge time-saver and helps optimize my social media effort
Hootsuite Review after using the program for a while
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite allows me to plan content in advance, so that I can continue my other work without constant reminder that I have to post content by hand! The UX design is super easy to use, and has little to no learning curve. I use Hootsuite almost every day in my line of work, and I was able to seamlessly integrate it into my day-to-day activities. Overall really pleasant service that makes my work a lot easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is regarding the connection with social media account, and how sometimes posts do not get uploaded when an account gets disconnected again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since previously my work consisted mostly of posting content by hand, using Hootsuite has saved me so much time I was able to take on a much more rewarding set of tasks!
Great Productivity Improver
What do you like best about the product?
Managing social media is made a lot more efficient, productive and straightforward with hootsuite. Its easy to implement and helps streamline our social media processes and tasks such as posting to multiple accounts. Plus it includes a lot of other useful features like analytics, social listening etc that provide a deeper insight into our brands social results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI recommendations can be a little generic but I expect it to improve over time.

Hootsuite has a simple interface and an easy learning curve that doesn't require extensive knowledge or training to use.

It can get a little pricey especially if you only post once or twice a month
