Helpful, easy to use platform for all social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can create one copy for the post and upload to multiple social media platforms. Also, i like the calendar view and build in AI for quick post ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the account for some reason disconnects and the post does not get published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and grammar.
All-in-one software needs to focus on analytics and 24/7 support.
What do you like best about the product?
Good all-in-one tool and offers the Talkwalker option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are clunky, needs condensing, deeper explanation of what each metric means, and simplified for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for posting to almost all channels.
Optimizes my social strategy with comprehensive resources and consistent support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of content sharing and mapping. Also, the intuitive social listening tools have been helpful when completing risk reports. I also LOVE our support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant connecting and reconnecting accounts. Lack of integration from all social platforms or updated parameters per platform (Eg. Twitter no longer has word counts for our accounts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to different platforms to pull insights, they all live in the same place for me to review.
Knowledgeable customer support reps
What do you like best about the product?
I've found that most of these social media management platforms have pretty similar features, but the thing that sets different companies apart is the insight and knowledge support reps provide to the client. My Hootsuite rep is very well-versed in the product, he's able to answer most of my questions on the spot, not having to take everything back to another member of his team and follow up with me. It's incredibly helpful to have that support and have it so immediately. I use Hootsuite every day and have no issues that my rep is not able to assist with. The interface is fairly straightforward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I have become accustomed to with previous management tools that are not yet available on Hootsuite, such as a seamless link in bio integration, Reel upload features and the ability to grab historical data from our previous platform (not that that's Hootsuite's fault). Overall, it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule and duplicate multiple posts in the planner without having to natively post/schedule. It cuts down on time and provides in-depth reporting.
Hootesuite is a good product, but a little pricey!
What do you like best about the product?
I like having many feeds, ease of use, the number of features, I appreciate the AI integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootesuite seems to glitch often. The price has MORE than doubled (maybe tripled) in the last 2 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage scheduling many posts and I like the way the planner is laid out. Hootesuite is helping by implementing AI, but also by allowing different feeds of many platforms.
Easy and Time Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to use and saves tons of time for social posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to process the posts and I get error messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop-shop for creating social posts, which saves tons of time.
Super convenient, but can be tedious at times
What do you like best about the product?
As a communication specialist for several programs, Hootsuite allows me to easily manage them in one spot. I also like the convenience of being able to plan ahead and schedule times for each post to publish. I also appreciate the online webinars, but would love to see one for first-time users (step-by-step).
What do you dislike about the product?
What I least like about Hootsuite is having to repeatedly put in target audience information each time I post, e.g. Facebook. Also, navigation through all of the options can be slightly intimidating and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me time and helping me to manage efforts for three programs (to an extent). Being able to post to all platforms at once is super convenient and easy to do.

i wish there was a way to schedule stories for social media but input links and text over it!

A simple and efficient way to manage your social media
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to push posts to any social media account, and make adaptations to posts to fit numerous formats and platforms is a breeze with Hootsuite; it saves so much time when it comes to pushing any announcements or posts of any kind, and is an invaluable tool when it comes to managing a brand identity on social media. I make frequent use of the tools offered by Hootsuite, all of which are easily integrated into my social media scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides to Hootsuite so far is the lack of compatibility with certain up-and-coming social media platforms such as 'BlueSky', which I then still need to manage separately from my accounts linked via Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the huge amount of time constraints that come with social media management and advertising - by being able to easily access all platforms in one space and push social media posts to all of the relevant accounts I need to in little-to-no time at all while receiving detailed feedback on the performance of such content is great for further understanding how to make social media work better for me.
The perfect tool for your social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for the past 5 years of my career. What I love about it is that any feature you can think of they have it, and if they don't I've found they are the first to implement it, which in the fast-paced world of social media is something I truly appreciate. Hootsuite makes the task of reporting that much more smooth, without it my time spent on reports would easily double if not triple, plus I use it almost everyday for various other social media tasks. It's easy to use, easy for any company to start using and implement. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of social accounts it can hold at the same time, which makes it perfect for my current company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately it's not magic, and sometimes there's old data it can't retrieve, or sometimes it can't correctly fill in data from before the time you linked the account you are analysing.
