Hootsuite cuts down on the time spent on the tedious tasks, so you can focus on what's important

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the platform's multiple features that reduce the time and effort required for scheduling, so that you can spend more time creating content rather than the tedious tasks that come along with social media management. I like that have access to the majority of Social Platforms through one centralized system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite feels very B2B sales targeted. The AI and features that come with the platform are targeted for messaging that doesn't allows fit my brand voice. As a DMO, we are selling a destination, rather than a platform. So many of the features aren't necessarily relevant for our team. In the future, I would love to see Hootsuite's AI be able to learn and adjust with the brand voice to better meet individuals needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solved our team's issue of not having a way to streamline scheduling content for our various platforms. Having the ability to post and version content from one place has cut down on time our organization spends scheduling, and has provided us a more organized process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is. I like the analytics and social listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really only one thing at the moment that I dislike - that is not being able to add posts to a campaign after it's been posted. There are a lot of times I am working on statistics after a sale or event and would like to group them together but can't create a campaign on past events. Our organization uses social commerce (bazar voice) as well and they do allow you to edit and create campaigns after they have happened. I would like to see this incorporated in Hootsuite. Another thing is automatic story publish option - currently bazaarvoice allows this but I would prefer to use one platform (Hootsuite) for all my scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can create my own reports in hootsuite analytics, this makes it quick to gather data for different things. I also really like social listening, it allows me to create posts that are relevant to our brand and topics.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great way to manage multiple accounts and platforms, scehduling and overseeing all sechduled and draft content in one place and also making it easy to 'listen' to the conversations you're in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Publish via push can create issues when working with teams and multiple devices

Gathering all content into one place on easy to view dashboards with analytics built in.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to optimize social media workflows, especially when working with multiple projects / clients. We use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different social accounts we've connected to the platform disconnect sometimes. It's easy to fix, when you have the correct rights to all the accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of projects, which each use different social accounts. To optimize the use of these accounts, we've implemented Hootsuite. It creates structure for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me post on multiple social media platforms with less time and effort, and also manage comments on a single platform. The listening feature is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They removed the Chrome extension, and the price is also a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, I often forgot to post on my social media profiles, which hurt my reach. Now, Hootsuite helps me streamline my workflow. I frequently use their analytics tool, which saves me time and reduces distractions. Social media can be distracting, but Hootsuite helps me become more productive by allowing me to manage everything from a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a consolidated inbox for all my accounts . It is my daily use. I have also had great experiences with customer care and the product is easy to use across multiple channels
What do you dislike about the product?
I just find data is sometimes missing, if I have not connected the accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage over 60 pages and having a consolidated inbox and being able to assign teams to the pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Hootsuite has been for managing social media for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a minute to adopt new platforms (E.G. properly incorporating Threads for all users, no Bluesky support yet). Overall, really great though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to centralize where our social media content is at in one glance, helping to better navigate traffic and allows other users to help out with content.

Easy to use and manage social posts across multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility and simplicity that Hootsuite gives to manage our various social accounts across multiple time zones. It's easy to see what's being posted when, and to set up review processes so that nothing is published without approval. I log into Hootsuite almost every day to review our content calendar, and it's easy to move posts around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be a little better - we tend to use other platforms to look at social stats. I also find it hard to manage Amplify users - the features are there but the interface is not as intuitive for this tool as it is for other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to see all of the planned and scheduled social posts. I like that we can set up custom UTMs for various campaigns and it's very simple to add tracking to each post. It also simplifies the review and approval process so that we don't need to check any other documents or platforms to add or edit posts before they go live.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for its basic features, and it's been a game-changer! Scheduling posts across multiple platforms in one place has saved me so much time, and the intuitive interface makes managing social media effortless. I love how streamlined everything is, and hope to explore the more advanced features. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their workflow!

Overall, it’s a great tool for basic scheduling, but I wish some of the more advanced features were more accessible without a hefty price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a centralized platform for scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement. Instead of logging into different platforms separately, I can plan and publish content across various channels all in one place. This saves me a lot of time and helps me stay consistent with my posting schedule. It also makes tracking engagement easier with its built-in analytics, so I can quickly see what’s working and adjust my strategy. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with a team (even in basic ways) is helpful if you're working with others on social media management. Overall, it streamlines my workflow and allows me to be more efficient and strategic with my content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage 85+ social media profiles all at once. Customer support is always so helpful and responsive, and they're really good about listening to users' requests for new features. I love the trainings/webinars that they provide very regularly. The analytics tools are very helpful for tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know this is probably a restriction from the platforms, but I wish I could edit/delete Facebook and Instagram posts in the app. I also wish I could mass delete posts.

I am able to post easily for 85+ social media platforms. I am able to create custom analytics reports.
