What do you like best about the product?
Ease of set up and tool UX, lots of online and training support. Continually adding new features and channels, open to feedback, custom efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some acquisition functionality still separate, need to go to/learn a whole new interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for all social needs: creating, scheduling, posting, analytics, listening, community management.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple social media accounts for different brands + hootsuite makes it easy to schedule for all of them, and create separate views to make planning a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues using canva + scheduling. I have better luck creating in Canva, and then downloading and posting to hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible for me to schedule out my content so I don't have to worry about it day to day. It is also very convenient when I am on vacation or out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-posting, editing and customization of content for a multi-brand company like ours became hassle-free and organized with Hootsuite. The ease of integrating different brand portfolios into a single platform simplified campaign implementation. With the AI integrations in content creation and 'Listening' powered by Talkwalker, the potential of the platform doubled, making it my go to for everyday market research, SEO edits and content polishing. Special shoutout to the enterprise account support teams (customer support and tech) for always resolving and troubleshooting any problems I run into within a couple of hours. I have been using Hootsuite every workday for the past 2 years and I cannot suggest a better platform that does it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Listening has been amazing for general topics, it would be amazing to have it perform better, pulling in specific data for niche markets like equestrian products or auto detailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a company with 5+ brands and 15+ digital channels. Hootsuite solved the biggest organizational hurdle of having all these channels on a single platform. It made cross-channel posting and tracking simple and straightforward. The capability of having different HootBios for our different brands was a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
The clear instructions and layout makes traversing the website veery easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that before you get to some of the courses and the sign in can be confusing at some points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It teaches me how I should do certain things and exactly what the benefit of some choices in the social media department.

Great for a Smaller Business

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools that would be amazing for a single business running it's social media, or a single-person agency running a few social media account. Hootsuite has a user-friendly interface that makes finding your analytics and scheduling posts a piece of cake. Hootsuite also has great customer support that is happy to talk through issues whenever you have them. There are a host of online resources for onboarding and integrating your social platforms and implementing your strategies if you are new to social media and makes it so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite tends to be buggy when you have too many accounts. In the case of our company, we have 30+ accounts and 5 members of our team with very odd approvals processes. So when something breaks, it takes multiple steps to fix it. It also seems like Hootsuite is behind the times when it comes to updating their interface when Instagram makes updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite to schedule posts for our 30+ clients, and send the posts through an approvals process in our internal team. We are able to make that process smooth and seamless so the posts don't go live until the right people approve them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the academy! Its a one stop shop for all social media trends! I no longer have to scour the internet for hours. It had elevated my content game! Hootsuite breaks everything down in segments so its not too much information to receive at once

I have yet to find anything! Honestly! I'm still learning :)

Posting to multiple sources while also being able to edit the post to tailor it for each channel as necessary due to character limits etc

What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life easy. From 32 social accounts to just one page. Every morning a easy dm check for quick and good community managament.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love to add links to storys so we can post them in advance aswell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
32 accounts to one place? Thats just insane in my eyes. Its perfect. If i needed to log in all of them every morning i would be busy all day long.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is the calendar feature, which allows me to schedule social media posts, along with the AI tools that help when I’m struggling with ideas. I also appreciate the ability to create custom reports, focusing on the metrics that matter most for my marketing reports.

Also just having everything in one place on one platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, I used Sprout Social, and one features I miss is the ability to add notes to the calendar. This was incredibly useful for quickly jotting down post ideas or reminders, with the added benefit of color-coding for easy navigation.

However, I do find Hootsuite’s platform quite slow at times, especially in the post creation section of the calendar. Whether using Safari or Chrome, the platform often lags when typing, and it’s slow to upload and edit images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to schedule posts separately on Meta Business Suite & Twitter. When adjusting creatives for each platform, I can do this when creating a post on hootsuite rather than opening up another platform like photoshop, which helps improve my efficiency when working.

When I type up a post, its helpful to make use of the AI features to see if I can make improvements anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling on multiple platforms, with the option to schedule many weeks, even months, in advance. We use it every day, it's simple to use for all our team members. Great for analytics as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle sometimes to speak to a human, particularly when it comes to the payments platform. But it is usually resolved in the end.

Time mainly!
