Useful, but pricey and missing key features

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a helpful tool as a busy content manager balancing multiple accounts and a demanding social media schedule. It's a great option especially for teams that have multiple people in charge of creating content and need to be able to work together to create a well balanced social media schedule in advance. I simply love not needing to babysit my accounts and I rest easy knowing my posts are going out without day-to-day oversight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plan costs have increased substantially over the years, making it difficult to justify Hootsuite over other, cheaper social media managers. I also find it to be missing some key features, such as the ability to schedule shares of other people's posts and undo/redo buttons in the editor to save time when drafting content. They have also been slow to implement changes that reflect updates on some of the social platforms, for example their preview of images for Instagram are still not reflective of the new photo size brought in over a month ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage my social media and team effectively and make it easy to collaborate to create the best possible content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user friendly and easy to schedule our social media posts, freeing up valuable time for our busy team!

I would love to see future expansion of listening features for specific audiences.

Hootsuite frees up our time by allowing us to pre-schedule posts according to the best times suggested.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to schedule posts, has multiple social networks within i can manage multiple social platforms at one place, twitter, insta, tiktok, facebook etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is for sure the best tool I ever used so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The content management is soo good, can manage brands separately in different platforms plus can collborate with others and schedule posts accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Although I'm on the free trial, I appreciate it being fairly affordable compared to competitor options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't allowing me see our recent FB data nor the full extent of our IG data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, social listening seems to work the best for me. Although it does seem like it only filters Twitter conversations which is strange since I've also enabled it to look through other sites.

What do you like best about the product?
We run a retail business where we offer different university licensed products in their respective markets. Thus, we have very many social media accounts. Hootsuite is great at organizing each one of our many posts to our 15+ social pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging/collab post experience is really limiting how much we use Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to access our many social accounts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because you can schedule for ALL social media platforms in one space. I REALLY like the messaging feature where you can manage you inbox for ALL platforms in one space, by far the most helpful feature that use use every single day. You can edit cover photos which is a plus. You can create different captions for different platform's (this saves me so much time). I like how you can also choose to send yourself a notification to post for platforms like Instagram, so you can take advantage of their algorithm while still having your posts scheduled. Love how you can drag and drop files from your computer directly into the post. Lastly, I like how you can choose the aspect ratio of the photos you post for different platforms. Was super easy to integrate platforms into hoostuite and set everything up, took me maybe 30 minutes it was awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit videos in hootsuite like adding music and text. I like how in META business suite, you can choose choose the music and write text on your reels, but on hootsuite I either have to make a draft on Instagram, then download, then reupload and it takes time and the video quality is not as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hoostuite allows me to schedule all posts in one place. It saves me time because otherwise I would have to schedule the same post 3 times on linkedin, instagram, and facebook and that causes inconsistencies and takes so much time.
I had no clue Hootsuite has social listening, ad, and analytics tools so I will definitely explore those after this review.

Great Overall

What do you like best about the product?
I like how stable Hootsuite is I've never had a problem when scheduling weeks in advance. The layout is also very user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for for posing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time by not having to make posts daily and allowing me to pre schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to post in multiple platforms at once
What do you dislike about the product?
X Premium doesn't reflect. The no. of characters for X stays the same as a regular account but we have X Premium. We have to post X separately every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting at multiple platforms at the same time is a major benefit which saves time as improves overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is, and the insights it provides around best times to post and analytics. Pricing is so good for what you get. We use this daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface was modernised but other than that, no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to take us so much time to post individually to different platforms, and work out between staff who was posting when - but now it's easy to look in the calendar.
