Hootsuite is a Time Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has given me that capacity to reach our target audience on multiple trending social media platforms. As an intermediate user, Hootsuite has made it possible to manage our brand message across different aspect of social media, this bundled tool allows us to reach your target audience with ease with consideration for time efficiency and practicality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I feel the UI sometimes appear overbearing and overwhelming. This is a major downside for me as a user. If the UI could become more user-friendly, especially for new users, it could easily increase the functionality. While other key issues like analytics, lack of shortened url and extensive feature may appear negative for new users to learn the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem Hootsuite is solving for us is real-time engagement and ability to unify our content across multiple platform. Balancing schedules and conversation also comes in handy when managing social media posts.

Nothing that I dislike. Like every add on it is not perfect, but helps.

Great for social media planning and strategy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to dive into our analytics and the metrics that are important + having easy to understand reports makes the software very useful for us. Additionally, being able to schedule our content from one central place at once is a huge timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can find the in app editor a little clunky at times/buggy specifically relating to aspect ratios and whatnot. I feel like it could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allowing us to have a clearer insight into our results and simplifying the posting process.
AI Helps Cut Time in Half With Social Media Post Creations
What do you like best about the product?
The piece of Hootsuite that I like best is the AI post generator. It helps take so much of the burden off when needing ideas for text for a post. The software is super easy to use and it took less than a day for us to implement the software. Our Marketing uses the platform daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do not like about Hootsuite is that the Social Listening is an add-on feature. I think this should be included in the premium packages that we already pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Hootsuite has solved would be helping come up with posts with their AI feature. It helps take the burden of coming up with the 'framework' of the post so that way I can just go in and make small adjustments to the content vs. having to come up with the entire post on the spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use and allows my team to schedule posts ahead of time for our events. This helps us to send sponsorship thank you in a timely manner. It is easy to integrate and the usability is friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics will differ from analytics that I see directly on the social sites we use. There are not many dislikes for Hootsuite.

We are able to pre-schedule posts which saves us a lot of time.
Perfect for scheduling posts across all social media
What do you like best about the product?
I run three different social media accounts and I love how easy is it to schedule posts on hootsuite and I am able to use the same captions for multiple posts. It also helps a lot by showing recommended times to post. I use it every week so I know posts are going out and I don't have to remember to be posting them at certain times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to hoosuite is some accounts have to be linked with Facebook and it doesn't always link the easiest to Facebook, every other app I have found very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives me peace of mind that my posts are going out to the right audiences at the right time as I can put posts out on multiple accounts at once and whenever it suits me.

It can be pricey for multiple seats. There needs to be consideration for the budgets of small businesses.

I like Hootsuite's ease of use, I have used other scheduling software and they are so much harder to navigate and use but Hootsuite is available for everyone as it is very user friendly

I have had struggles tagging Linkedin members before and find that going on Linkedin is much easier instead of doing it from Hootsuite

it's saving myself and my team time when scheduling our clients posts on social media!

Creating streams was really easy and a good way to monitor engagements

Theres no way to track sentiment on a weekly basis in an easy way such as setting up streams
