Not extremely necessary, but it does make it easier if you have several accounts you manage.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual way important metrics are displayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its way too expensive for what it is. I don't think you necessary need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly having ONE place to check all accounts, Meta and other social media advertising platforms make it tedious, so I enjoy that I am able to do all of this in ONE place.
It was very useful and was definetly worth it.

I think the classes themselves were easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes it's a bit difficult to find the courses. When I would log in it would bring me right to the dashboard and I couldn't find the classes.

It helped me with organizing everything related to social media, it has saved me a lot of time.

I struggled for 5 years with content publication to see Hootsuite solve it in less than 2 weeks.
What do you like best about the product?
I was falling behind on social content, but this tool made it ridiculously easy to get back on track. In just a few steps, I scheduled 2 months' worth of posts and reactivated all my channels. The support team was super helpful, and their instructions were clear and direct, so I didn’t waste time figuring things out.
One of my favorite features is having all my inboxes in one place. It saves me time every day and helps me stay on top of client messages without constantly switching between platforms.
Setup was smooth, and using it daily feels effortless. It integrates seamlessly with all my socials—felt like just a few clicks, and I was good to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to schedule Pinterest and YouTube with the rest of the socials all togather.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to login to 30+ social accounts to solve inquiries for my clients, It gave me the ease to actually enjoy my job and not feel trapped in manual work. I tried multiple tools and this one just made the different since they are focused in product and human-to-human support.

Hootsuite makes managing our company's social media much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all of our social media accounts can be accessed in one place. Creating posts is much easier when I can create a post then post it to multiple sites with one click. I also like how you can schedule posts to publish in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little effort to get all your accounts set up and learn the different aspects of the software, but once everything is set up it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us get our posts on our social media accounts more efficiently so we have time to work on other tasks.
Makes it faster to schedule social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts to Facebook and Instagram at the same time. The interface is much easier to use than Meta's for scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could tag Instagram users directly in Hootsuite like we can for Facebook. Because we cannot, I have to go to the Instagram profile to be sure to get the right user name, and often they vary from the user's Facebook name. If we could tag the Instagram user directly, it would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than anything else, Hootsuite saves us time.

Ability to schedule posts far in advance across multiple platforms. Also the analytics are simple to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't schedule an instagram story with text on it without using the mobile post function.

Hootsuite allows me to schedule and create posts across multiple platforms, simplifying my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a digital marketer's dream! The calendar and scheduled posts are clean, clear and easy to use. The analytics are spot on and only show me exactly what I need. And to be able to post across all networks in a single click is just invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little high, but in the amount of time and headaches it saves me I think it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is massively helping my team stay on track and schedule without having to jump around through numerous different documents for spreadsheets and schedules. It just streamlines everything and we haven't had a hiccup yet!

What do you like best about the product?
The self-adjustable streams. That you also immediately see when someone is taging you or using certain Hastags.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you use it for multiple accounts, the price is fairly high

Be able to quickly post, schedule and analyze on multiple channels in 1 program. And track other competitor channels.
It does a great job but I think it could even be better

The posting on one channel at once, analytics in one place, link shortening—I love that one

- I think it gets a bit confusing sometimes.
- I feel like I can do more with it but the presentation of some features makes them look so complicated
- The connection of accounts sometimes gets a bit complicated
- The auto disconnection of some accounts is annoying. Our Instagram was automatically disconnected & we've completely failed to reconnect it so now I have to post on it separately
- Analytics should be very obvious & easy to consume
- I feel like I can do more with it but the presentation of some features makes them look so complicated
