What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ease of implementation, the features. and the support if I have any questions or need training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform gets slow if I am posting lots of content.

What do you like best about the product?
The courses and certification process for Hootsuite were super easy to follow, full of great information, and made good use of time. I really enjoyed the video format of the course and the ability to change the speed, so I could learn as fast or as slow as I wanted.
The features of the platform support the fast-paced nature of social media and allow for a seamless transition between various social platforms and makes content creation and publishing more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
More interaction throughout the process could've been additionally beneficial, however, I felt as though without it I was able to learn anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule, prep, and create social media posts all in one place saves so much time in day to day operations. It is seamless to use and integrates wonderfully between socials.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how I can quickly schedule my post in advance on all platform, it saves so much time
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plans are a bit high, but can manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can save alot of time if you hootsuite, as by using this platform you can schedule your post on Instagram, LinkedIn facebook etc. No need to go and post individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite because it is so easy to use/navigate through the platform. I also love how they are constantly updating the platform to provide new services and features
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a report and going through some of the competition analysis items was a little difficult at first, as soon as I learned it though it made pulling reports a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time when scheduling content. I also really like my social media score on the front page and the industry related suggestions for posts, it really helps me when brainstorming which content I should share next

What do you like best about the product?
The integrative features of Hootsuite to me is second to none and has made my user experience so seamless, effective, and efficient. Handling organizational communication across multiple channels is one critical factor that has helped our brand message in number significant ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is the CRM features. I think that usability of that feature needs to be upgraded, revamp, custom fit for varying purposes. One downsides that stand out among others is the ad. For me, I think the ad features should be made exclusive without integrating it into other features like social listening and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an established fact that no one does the same thing over and again to expect different result. As a social media manager, the ability to understand your performance score over an extended period of time is critical to your success. One problem Hootsuite has helped me solved that benefits me is the recommendation and social performance score. This has greatly helped in redefining my content and post strategy across our channels, helping me to tailor the brand message in a unified language.

Easy to Use Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for many years in higher ed. When I was hired for my current role and asked what I needed, Hootsuite was the first thing I mentioned. Marketing folks usually have to wear many hats and are multitasking all day long, and this tool has always been super helpful in saving me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm on the "create" page I'm not able to easily see all my drafts in one location. I have to search through each calendar day to find which day I created that draft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my lack of time by allowing me to set up my social posts on one platform via desktop.

A lot of features are yet to be explored, noting to dislike about hoot suite so far

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations that Hootsuite offers. It allows for a one stop shop when it comes to posting to social media, allowing for more of my time to be freed up to do other things. I really enjoy the ability to schedule out the content in advance, which takes posting to social media a once a day job to once a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there wasn't a size limit to the videos that we can publish to YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to connect with our clients and followers by provindig insights on the most engaging times to post as well as which posts in the past resonated the most with our followers.

Disconnection of socials from time to time.
