Convinience First Hand
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to individually edit every post I am making for every platform and also the AI involvement in changing the tone of the post. That way, I can create a more sophisticated post for LinkedIn and a laid-back post for Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite does not have the option of grouping the different social accounts into clients. That way I do not accidentally post on the wrong account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all platforms in one area has always been a difficult thing to achieve. Plus also being able to repurpose a post from the past is an additional advantage. You cannot do that on the traditional interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it is set up. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that my monthly fees doubled from $75/mo to $150/mo this last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get my job done faster by going to Hootsuite and taking care of all of my customers.
Useful tool - easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
All in all, hootsuite has a range of features such as the calendar, analytics, 'listening' which are very useful in improving our understanding of our results and customer base. Its easy to use and each time we've had any issues, customer service has been responsive for us so no complaints there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is i feel like posting stories can be a little clunk or not entirely functional. The in-app editing software can also be a little slow for me too.

Simplifying our social media management processes - making it more cohesive. Also helps us gain more insights from our analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
ITs a great tool to manage all my social media accounts in one single dashboard, now a days its diffcult to keep track of multipl accounts but Hootsuite helped, easy to schedule the post and etc.

There is nothing that I would like talk wrong about this product because this is dream come true

The collaboration feature is yet so amazing, also the planning and scheduling has been soo easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use. Hootsuite's generator tool uses credits or tokens to assist with generating content for social media. Hootsuite allows social media calendar with pre-scheduled content for social media post management. Hootsuite allows posting to multiple social media platforms at the same time. Hootsuite provides insights and comparisons of posting timeframes, insights, and results. Hootsuite provides guidance on increasing social media ratings.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Hootsuite is the inability to create AI-generated stories and reels. This may be done with the integrated use of Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is not solving a problem. It benefits me by being a central portal to post content to multiple social media platforms simultaneously and to pre-schedule content.

the best part is it has less manual effort and easy to manage brand mentions which allows us to engage with potential clients. Its great that we can manage all the profiles in one dashboard.

Its amazing tool just that the free plan is limited and pricing is little high.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has given me that capacity to reach our target audience on multiple trending social media platforms. As an intermediate user, Hootsuite has made it possible to manage our brand message across different aspect of social media, this bundled tool allows us to reach your target audience with ease with consideration for time efficiency and practicality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I feel the UI sometimes appear overbearing and overwhelming. This is a major downside for me as a user. If the UI could become more user-friendly, especially for new users, it could easily increase the functionality. While other key issues like analytics, lack of shortened url and extensive feature may appear negative for new users to learn the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem Hootsuite is solving for us is real-time engagement and ability to unify our content across multiple platform. Balancing schedules and conversation also comes in handy when managing social media posts.
