What do you like best about the product?
Simple scheduling, solid analytics, and an easy-to-use dashboard that keeps everything in one place.

Pricing feels high for what you get, and the free plan is too limited.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a solid social media management tool with a user-friendly dashboard, excellent scheduling features, and robust analytics that help streamline content planning which I do at least once a month for the entire month. The ability to manage multiple accounts in one place is a huge time-saver. I also like the AI feature to help write content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The nonprofit rate makes it much more affordable, which is a big plus. However, the interface can feel cluttered at times, and customer support could be more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline social media management by allowing us to schedule posts and monitor multiple accounts. This saves time and ensures consistent messaging across platforms.

Seamless all-in-one platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration and how easy it is to choose which social media platform you are planning to post to (and which brand), and how over time the native AI is able to generate captions that sound like your brand voice, while still staying true to the information you're trying to share. Before using Hootsuite, I would spend an embarrassing amount of time trying to decide on a caption and hashtags for a social post, but now it only takes a few minutes. I also love how Hootsuite determines the best days/times to post based on each brand's engagement rates - also taking out the guess work. Bonus shout out: being able to post to multiple brand platforms at once is also SUCH a time saver. I really value having most of the social scheduling for each brand being done in one place instead of having a million tabs open.

What do you dislike about the product?
As for downsides, when it comes to optimizing captions for posts, it's a bit of an inconvenience to only be able to choose one social platform at a time. For example: I want to make similar social posts for one of our brands, but want to post it on two platforms, Facebook and LinkedIn; the only way I can get an optimized caption is if I pick one or the other, not both. Even if having the same caption for both platforms isn't recommended, I think giving marketers the option to do so would give them more autonomy while making it easier to use. It's also a bummer you can't schedule LinkedIn carousels and have to go in to natively post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping solve the issue of clunky, tab scrambling, calendar checking, social media post creation and scheduling for multiple brands with multiple social platforms. With Hootsuite, our company has saved time, money, and resources by having all four brands and all 12 social platforms accessible under one encompassing account and has made scheduling a breeze while keeping our small team in the loop.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite everyday, and what I love most is how easy it is to use. The platform is super intuitive, even when managing multiple accounts. Setting it up was straightforward, and it didn’t take long to get the hang of everything.

The number of features is great—scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration all in one place. I also appreciate how well it integrates with different platforms, making content management seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me is that we can’t schedule META(Facebook and Insta) Stories, which would be super useful. Also, even though my language is set to French, the platform still shows a mix of both French and English at the same time—some tabs are in French, while others stay in English. It’s not a big issue for me since I speak both, but for someone who only speaks French, it could be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay organized and saves me a ton of time by letting me schedule content in advance across multiple platforms. Instead of posting manually every day, I can plan everything in one place, which keeps my content consistent and stress-free. The analytics also help me understand what’s working and what’s not, so I can adjust my strategy. Plus, having everything in one dashboard makes it way easier to manage different accounts without constantly switching between apps.

Efficiency and Ease of Use in Social Media Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule for multiple social media platforms, as well as the ability to view our analytics and inbox all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides to using Hootsuite is the inability to post to 2 separate Facebook pages at once (we have 2 organization pages in Facebook but that have different languages therefore require a different caption), so I need to duplicate the post each time. I wish the analytics interface was slightly more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our issue of having multiple different software for the same purpose (planning, analytics, posting, community management). It saves time and helps us be more efficient.

As the CEO of The House of Edits, managing multiple high-profile clients and corporate brands, efficiency is key. Hootsuite has been a game-changer for us. From scheduling posts across multiple platforms to analyzing performance metrics, the platform offers a seamless workflow. The integration with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter saves countless hours and ensures our content strategy is executed flawlessly.

At The House of Edits, we handle social media for brands across industries, and the ability to schedule and manage posts efficiently has helped streamline our workflow. The interface is intuitive, and the ability to track brand mentions and conversations in real-time is a major plus.

However, the pricing is on the higher side for agencies managing a large number of accounts. Also, the Instagram API limitations sometimes create posting restrictions, which can be frustrating. Despite this, Hootsuite remains one of the best social media management platforms available and is an essential tool in our digital strategy.
