Central tool that vastly improves our SMM efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very good practically for anything that relates to our social media. Scheduling our content, analysing results, monitoring chatter etc. The interface is also very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more clarity on the updates that involve the UI or useability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our management of social media scheduling, posting, analytics etc.
Hootsuite offers user friendly experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy for all of our team members to use and offers quick onboarding support for those who are new. I greatly appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, allowing everyone to make the most of the analytics and social posting convenience. I have used Hootsuite at three different workplaces now and always recommend it to new organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the more advanced platform is too much for non-profit organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our entire team to share content in one easy-to-use platform. The analytics are a great way to understand the impact that our team makes on the org.
Good Package with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides an easy, intuitive way to push our message out via social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with Hootsuite is that it lacks functionality to post to Blue Sky. Though the platform is new, my organization would like to grow our presence there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time and makes it easy to push out our organizational message.
A great middle of the road social media platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an all round good platform for social media management, scheduling, and reporting. It has a lot of great features out of the box, alongside integrations with lots of handy 3rd party tools. Its pricing structure is unrivalled, and it really doesn't feel like good value for money. It is very easy to use, and was easy to get set up within the organisation. It is a tool I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't have all of the bells and whistles that its competitors may have, especially those on the pricier side of the scale. Some of these features may be a deal breaker for you, so make sure you understand what you need from it before committing, and it may well be that those extra features would be worth the extra cost of going with another supplier.

What I love most:
1. Multi-channel posting from a single space
2. Customizable analytics dashboard and user interface
3. Multi chanel inbox (2.0)- all messages from social channels in a single space (without character limitations on IG)

What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes:
1. On IG- I am unable to switch aspect ration from square to 4x5 for carousel posts
2. LinkedIn- Wish I could tag people on posts from the Hootsuite planner
3.LinkedIn- Wish I could upload PDF documents like the native app
4. for IG Reels- wish I could set the cover photo with teh same UI as IG app (dragging images)

Problems
1. Reduces the need to log into every platform for publishing posts
2. Eliminates (not perfectly) the need to respond to leads and messages on separate channels
3. Creating monthly analytics reports for multi channel posting
I started out skeptical, because of negative experiences with past tools. Hootsuite is not perfect, but it is more user friendly and helpful.

Social Media Marketing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to plan content across social media platforms. The analytics feature makes data easy to use and easy to integrate into planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a minute to learn, but there are guides that were very helpful!

Hootsuite has made it easy to schedule posts across platforms and has made understanding analytics easier.
Essential for any social media manager
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes my life so much easier as I manage multiple social media accounts that each have unique needs. Not only am I able to schedule content out far in advance, the analytics and custom reports help me keep track of my goals and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little glitchy. Their pop-up notifications are annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is great at solving the issue of never having enough time to work on social media. The dashboard puts all of the important things in one spot and makes it easy to digest from social listening to analytics. The planner and scheduling feature is a life saver too!
Hootsuite is Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, it makes scheduling posts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to integrate with our CRM, according to our IT team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes to post a week's worth of content on social media. Basically, I can enter in all of my posts and it automatically posts for me. Then, I have one place where I can view all of the metrics, rather than having to go to each individual platform. That does save me time. And when you're in digital marketing, more time is more money!
Hootsuite Makes Life Easy - no, really.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling out my content to multiple sites at one time. I know there are other products out there that do the same, but Hootsuite is so incredibly user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. I wish the accounts wouldn't disconnect so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Hootsuite is solving for me as a social media manager is time management and accountability to make sure I've got content constantly going out.
User friendly social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage multiple profiles from one tab - be it scheduling, looking the content calendars, or managing inboxes. It's easy to see them all at once and also easy to select one profile to view at a time. It's easy to work with a team and manage drafts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox could use more features, like a select all button to delete/resolve multiple messages at once, or a "mark as spam" button so that the spam messages don't live in the "resolved" folder with the rest of the customer messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple profiles in one place. The analytics are easy to read and share with other stakeholders.
