Easy Way to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
It has made it very easy for me to manage all social media accounts from one place. I can schedule posts and do so many other things without switching between different apps and the dashboard is super simple to use which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has limits, so to get the best features I need to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage all my social media accounts in one place. Before, I had to log in to each app separately which took a lot of time and energy.
Easy to use, plenty of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to navigate and wrap your head around. Scheduling works great and so does the editing functionality. Hashtag generator is also convenient. Analytics is also wonderful and easily accessible. Overall hootsuite has wonderful functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the only downside isnt being able to add music or tags from the platforms like IG from within hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me improve scheduling and posting for social media.
A Competitive Edge for Aspiring Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Hootsuite is a central hub that eases and elevates the processes of creating content and managing social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is not an intuitive platform and takes a fair amount of training to use all its features, however, that training is provided by Hootsuite along with valuable insights for social media marketing in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The logistics of managing multiple social media channels and creating analytical reports were difficult, but Hootsuite made it simpler with a centralized platform so we could focus on quality strategy and content.
A gleeful return to the social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
After a long time of trying many different social media management tools I had a gleeful return to HootSuite. The platform has added many many useful features and once again provides exceptional value for all the tools offered. My particular favorites are the advanced Analytics and custom reporting as well as the competitive analysis feature. I really appreciate the new UI and how beautiful the product looks
What do you dislike about the product?
The API integration with X formally known as Twitter could use some updates. I know that they are difficult to deal with but the problem is platforms like buffer allow you to sign in with your premium account allowing you to tweet longer. I would love this feature to be implemented into HootSuite as for the political world long statements are often used. Perhaps I missed it but I also don't see the ability to create a thread on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and scheduling content and advanced social media analytics reporting. It is also informing our content strategy.
A comprehensive and extensive social media tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate the tool and to gain the insights necessary to better understand what is working and what isn't within our social media platforms. The integration was very easy and fast, this was a huge relief as this can sometimes be very tricky with these types of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the tool is quite pricey which makes it difficult for smaller companies to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it much easier to visualise all of our social media platform analytics in one place, however one of the main elements is the scheduling tool, this is a huge time saver and benefit .
Great tool for managing my social media calendar
What do you like best about the product?
It supports every social media channel that my company uses. Super easy to implement and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations to make.com could be improved a bit, in my opinion. Not a major detractor, but having more functionality with make.com automation would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual scheduling of social post content and media previously took forever. Ongoing calendar upkeep was difficult to spot times of the day where we didn't have content being published.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very seamless and extremely easy to keep your business and social presence going. It has a lot of great features such as being able to respond to DMs, comments, and schedule posts for social media. It also has a lot of great analytics to help you figure out what's best for your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great, but it's expensive for newer businesses to use. It's not the cheapest option, which makes it a lot harder for some businesses to have and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping stay ahead on content and maintaining my social presence allowing me to have more time to focus on other aspects of my business.
Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard it is very helpful. I also like the Amplify feature.

LinkedIn is no longer allowing carousels as before, the work around of using PDFs doesn't translate appropriately when sharing on Amplify.

Making it easier manage and for employee advocacy.

I think there are currently so many tool options things can be a little cluttered.
