all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have all my social media networks in one place, not only including each platform but also the ability to create reports and analytics in one place. I also like to be able to answer mesages from multiple platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
still has some bugs that should be taken care of. sometimes the social networks disconnect for example

it gives me an all in one package to manage all my social media netwoks
Great for Impressing Your Clients!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a really good tool for managing all my integrated social media accounts from one place. The UI is simple and it’s easy to navigate. The reports are detailed and show how well my posts are doing, which has more than once helped me, and my team, impress our clients in the last 2 months alone. I am not leaving the tool anytime soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening tool is quite a bit confusing and could have a much better UI/UX. One of my social media accounts kept disconnecting but that might an isolated issue with my account.

Makes it Easy
What do you like best about the product?
As a founder and CEO it is very challenging for me to quickly assess the KPIs needed for our marketing requirements. Hootsuite makes this painless and smoothes over questionable and bad decisions made by Meta in their business / advertiser layout. Customer support is great, took no time to get started, and I enjoy using it daily

I found it difficult to sync ads on tiktok and meta

Thanks to Hootsuite I can receive my certification in social media marketing. I am so excited that this has been a painless process, and the pace is up to me. which makes it even better as a full-time college student.

there aren't many downsides to using Hootsuite it's very user friendly and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient software to upload posts to pending posts, edit content, see statistics for all accounts. Remote control for all accounts, which saves a significant amount of time

The ability to tag other accounts when uploading posts for LinkedIn works very poorly

Will Always Come Back to Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I've tried different social media scheduling platforms but Hootsuite has the most useful tools, is the least likely to have errors that cause posts to fail, has great integration with AI and is very user-friendly. We log into Hootsuite just about every day and it works seamlessly with our internal approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite will disconnect accounts, but we always receive an email if a post fails because an account is disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with AI was very useful to help get posts started when you're stumped. I also appreciated that the inbox tool has changed to be more user-friendly.

The Meta Instagram login does not work for some accounts thus, will not link for post scheduling

Proficient scheduling tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule things way ahead of time is evidently the best thing about hootsuite. The calendar view also makes it easy to see what you've scheduled. The reporting side of hootsuite is also very useful and provides in depth insights to show ROI
What do you dislike about the product?
Rescheduling posts, if its scheduled for multiple platforms can be a little annoying as you need to manually reschedule each platform - perhaps i may not be aware of a different method - but this could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying ontop of social media organisation. Being able to review in advance and plan posts out accordingly helps our team a lot!
