Well-rounded and easy to use social media manager/planner
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly, and I like being able to switch between month, week, day, and list view for posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to tag in all platforms. I wish there were a way to plan with tenative dates, rather than saving drafts with no date. I have to use a separate spreadsheet to write and plan out posts so I don't end up using the draft planning feature in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite keeps me from having to log in to each social media page and post separately, saving me tons of time!
Hootsuite offers fantastic webinar and learning opportunities and their dashboard is an added bonus
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate all the learning opportunities and helpful insights into the social media world. When they release documents on trends and industry-relevant knowledge, I find that very valuable. Using their dashboard is an added bonus as it allows you to schedule content to platforms without a built-in scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer using Meta Business Suite for scheduling Facebook and Instagram posts, I am more used to it and it feels a bit more user friendly. I will always view platform analytics directly from the platform instead of Hootsuite due to personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the way I can schedule content to Threads as it is not a built in option to the platform yet. I used to feel that way about Linkedin and X before they had their own scheduler. But I will admit that having it all in one single dashboard/calendar is super convenient! I still prefer Meta Business Suite for Insta & Facebook but utilizing Hootsuite for the rest is perfect.
I need to use the social listening tool more, but I can see this as being very beneficial.

Simple organize way to organize my social
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is that it is great for organizing; you can set it up and go! It works well with all the social media platforms. We love the ease of seeing a calendar of organized times of when our posts will be posted and dates. It works well with all platforms we need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that if you want to edit your post like reels you have to do it in the program not hootsuite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is organization of when our post goes out and times that fits us best to post.

Time saver for sure as a marketer. It makes things easier for me overall.

It often disconnects our accounts which is a problem.

It allows me to post multple posts in advance so i do not have to do them individually anymore.
Good service with fair pricing

ease of use, platform integrations and the ability to post simlulatenousy to various channels.

you can direct post from the site - or least i'm not aware of how to do that...the tool seems very basic, but gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of capabilities present on Hootsuite. I think they are very easy to use, implement, and integrate into social media management. I use it quite frequently and find it so helpful. The customer support is very good as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find many downsides. I think it could be confusing to someone who is new to the industry BUT they have the trainings which are very helpful.

Hootsuite is solving the problem of awareness when it comes to my social platform. I am benefitting by being more easily able to manage my socials.
Good insights, powerful social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Their analytics provide multiple easy-to-use features such as benchmarking against competitors and the industry which is insightful. They also have organic reporting features like post performance and recommended times to publish which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox view does feel outdated and cramped for me personally.

managing and overseeing the analytics from various social media accounts in one place + performing comparisons to competitors helps me identify where we can improve
Simple, Efficient and Heading in the right direction
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is quite easy to implement, has a variety of useful features such as the multi-account planning of social posts in multiple time zones. It also has features that recommend the best time to post and a good set of analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface/design could be modernised a little to make it feel smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my team's efficiency by streamlining the analytical and scheduling side of social.
Effective and user-friendly but limited in data extraction
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuie is easy to use, user-friendly and extracts data effectively, setting up reports and more. It's quite solid for the most parts, is reliant and bug-free, and fulfills 90% of our needs when it comes to scheduling social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have to post natively on our social media channels as Hootsuite is missing a few features (polls, photo tagging) and the preview doesn't align with where the sentences on Linkedin actually break (e.g. when you don't want the URL to fall below a sentence).
My biggest gripe is how the Teams plan doesn't allow data extracting in Excel, only .pdf. It is only possible in the Enterprise plan, way above in cost and doesn't suit smaller teams. This is possible for comparable plans at competitors.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to nagivate through, easy to use and implement certain graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike at this point.
