I am very impressed by the ease of using Hootsuite for our business's social media accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Hootsuite is the ability to post on all social media accounts simultaneously. I am very impressed with the way Hootsuite also displays each post on the social media accounts before actually posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with Linked In on the Hootsuite platform, so instead, I post separately. I have to tag many people in our Linked In posts, so that is something that is easier to do on the actual Linked In site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet run into problems using Hootsuitell start- -- we are a smaup and only post about twice a week.
The best basic tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar and the ability to place things in it also the quick check on quality score of pages.

I don't love the analytics set up and customer support is hard to get.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease and clarity in using the platform, accuracy in delivering the information, and the ability to extract data with any time-range needed.
They have a professional customer support will assist you with easily finding the solutions. Able to do an implementation and CRM integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are not completely customized. also the technical support team not working 24/7 which is a really problem need to be review by the concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can manage the social media platforms easily which lead to saving time, resources and efforts.
Valuable and Insightful
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics side of the platform is simple enough to understand and insightful. It's all in one central space which is helpful if you're monitoring multiple channels. Hootsuite also has some nice trainings that I find value in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive. The support chatbot is a little basic too and could be improved.

Reviewing and understanding our analytics and how we can improve our performance.
Hootsuite: The Game Changer; Makes content creation effortless!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hootsuite is the organization. Every content is so well-organized making it much more simpler to work through as a social media management tool. Provides a report of how well posts did in past 7 days. In this time of the world, scheduled posts have made the best implementation impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't personally dislike anything about Hootsuite, but i could say, that when I newly discovered the platform, I found the layout to be cluttered. Cluttered layouts can cause distractions and confusions. However, as a matter of time, once you eventually gain understanding of how everything works. it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of how well-organized and how well it generates the marketing analytics, content creation has been made so much more easier for me!
Hootsuite is Perfect for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about hootsuite is the fact that it allows you to be hands-off with social media posting. I can spend 10 minutes in the app to post content that would normally take an hour to manually post amongst all of my platforms. I enjoy the Hootsuite time suggestions, since timing is a crucial component of social media engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish hootsuite allowed more accounts to be connected in the basic plans. The profile taggin could also be more efficient. The "national day" or "holiday" suggests could be more relevant and implement current events or news (i.e. Super bowl, Grammys, or oyther pop culture events).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me be more productive with my time. Since social media management is only one component of my job, it helps to save time with posts across my platforms.
Makes Social Media Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite makes it easy to post to all social media sites with a click of a button. I can scheudle my posts at the beginning of the month and let HootSuite do the work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HootSuite can be a little buggy when trying to boost ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to make posts all at once and schedule them for when they need to be posted leaving me to focus on other things.
Super simple application that has saved me so much time and stress with being able to schedule posts

The ability to schedule out my posts instead of having to remember to post them on my own.

Some of the analytic tools are not available for all platforms so it makes tracking some items a bit harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is great at providing almost all the analytics I need for the platforms that I use on a daily basis at work. It allows me to pretty easily track how well our posts and overall pages are doing and makes it easy to adjust things on the fly.
Great solution for planning and metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts in advance, as well as helps me optimize them (AI text, length, and even something as simple as pointing out if the copy is too long or the image isn't scaled properly). I also love the single platform to track performance metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite allowed me to mass edit posts. For instance, if I schedule the same post across three platforms but I need to add a detail, I have to go into each post individually to make that same edit.

6 Years with Hootsuite, Many More to Come
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's core functionality as a scheduler is its best feature. While it has added several additional capabilities over the years, I appreciate the fact that it has maintained the planning and scheduling feature at the highest level. Many SaaS companies tend to lose their focus and let the element that originally brought people to the product go to the wayside after a few years, and Hootsuite has not. As someone who does social media across three companies and four networks, it's nice to have a one-stop shop for social media. I also like that days are labeled for what national days or relevant events (ex. Valentine's Day, the Superbowl, etc) are occurring, which helps me ensure that I don't miss an important posting theme. I also like the analytics platform, especially for social networks (like X) that charge for analytics tracking. It's nice to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been a huge fan of the Listening feature on Hootsuite, as it doesn't capture conversations well within my hyper-niche market. However, if you are a company that is looking to track and capitalize on large trends or broad subjects, it's likely a more useful feature. I also don't use the Ads feature, as I find that it is just easier to manage my ads on the network itself. Finally, I continually struggle with posting videos to X on Hootsuite, as it pushes back for size restrictions that posting directly to the platform does not seem to have as an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management can feel like a never-ending job that you have to be on top of 24/7. With Hootsuite, I can plan and schedule out dozens of posts as far ahead as I like, which takes a lot of the stress of social media management away. I can also be more intentional and strategic with things like timing because I don't have to worry about being physically available to post something at an ideal time. Hootsuite makes it such that, if I take a vacation, I know my posts are still going to go out when they're supposed to.
