Great marketing tool that everyone should be using
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see the multiple channels for each of your socials. The planner aspect is super helpful as I schedule weeks' content across 3 campaigns, varying channels, etc. It is great to see what is happening and help plan my time accordingly. These features allow me to implement my social media strategies and integrate them across platforms. I use it once a week to plan things, more so if I am due to be on holiday and can be stress-free knowing that all my planning is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login is a little janky. I also find the 'Stream' and 'Boards' sections confusing and opt not to use them much because of this. Some areas are not easy to use such as those I just mentioned. I do not see clearly how to use it to implement customer support when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of cross platform scheduling for me. This means that I can have more time for other things such as designing my marketing collateral for other areas of the campaign knowing the socials side of things is taken care of.
Awesome Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it quite easy to post to multiple channels, and more than halves my teams scheduling time. I also use this platform to review our performance and analytics. I use it fairly often and its easy to implement and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like they could keep up more with updates and communicate those changes to us. E.g. one of Instagrams later updates has impacted the design and i had to research what the changes were but it would be nice to have this on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with the entire social media management workflow for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is quite a user friendly social media management platform. The interface is for the most part intuitive and works well. 99% of what you need is easily available in the dashboard. I also quite like their webinars
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX/design does feel a little outdated. Not the end of the world however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and managing social media content. Also getting insights and data on our audiences.

the report generated for competitive analysis uses some long-dated data. It would have been better to use live data or a day back.

The best social media scheduler for agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is hands down the best option for agencies managing multiple accounts. Other platforms limit the number of accounts you can add, making it challenging for agencies like ours with 50+ social media accounts to find a scheduling tool that meets their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see the reporting system become more user-friendly as it can take a bit of time to navigate. An Instagram grid view in the planner would also be a great addition to make it easier to visualise the grid when scheduling content.

Being able to schedule content across multiple accounts and create dynamic reports for our clients on their social media performance.
Team Oriented and Time Saving
What do you like best about the product?
That our entire team can view the calendar, make changes to posts and that there are custom user roles and permissions that help manage the approval and scheduling process.
There is also very little issues with the platform - always reliable and has never let us down from a downtime perspective.
Reports are able to be customised and automated which is also a time saver. The platform was also easy to integrate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel like the photo preview for instagram can feel a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Edit multiple posts for multiple platforms easily. Big time saver.
Easy to use and it offers good strategies and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to Hootsuite, but it seems easy use so far. I like the analytics and the abiltiy to compare to competitors. I like the reminders and best times to post for my viewers engagements. I have recommended Hootsurie to colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a little high, but I also think that as my customer base grows, i'll see more benefits. I wish I could post directly to stories on IG and FB and I'd love scheduled posts to Nextdoor and GMB.

It's allowing me to see when the best times to post are based on my followers reactions.
Great experience, easy to manage albeit a little pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Recommended Times to post are a time saver. Inbox feature is a an easy to use tool to monitor and respond to account messages. Implementing Hootsuite was also quite easy

It is a little pricey for what we use it for. Only use it a couple times a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management by having all notifications from accounts available in a central spot, it saves us from individually going through each platform.
Love the Ease of posting, commenting, and analyzing social media.

The ability to upload videos for future posting.

The only downside I found was having to make youtube posting different than other social media, so it just made it a longer process.

POsting frequently on mulitple social media accounts is very time consuming
Strong scheduling software
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Hootsuite for scheduling, which i find very convenient. I know a few of my team members really like the streams, but I personally like being able to have the calendar view across all or osme accounts. I definitely use hootsuite daily and find it easy to use the main features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a little more user friendly in learning to take advantage of everything hootsuite has to offer. The hootsuite academy is also kind of boring and it would be nice if it were more interactive to learn instead of just reading. Additionally, I've been looking at lately.ai or other softwares for some of my other clients to see about how i can integrate AI scheduling and content creation into my calendars and would love to see more of that in hootsuite.
