Great Product! Needs Some Refining

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to plan content ahead of time, and even get suggestions on how to elevate the social media experience through recommended times and creative AI integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is serious opportunity for growth in the analytics and insights tab of Hootsuite. It feels like there's a disconnect in some of the data they pull or maybe a different set of criteria on what to pull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are definitely solving the time management aspect of digital marketing! Hootesuite allows me to accomplish a lot more in the same amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule every content for social media. I can even schedule multiple platform at the same time.
The analytics tab is very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the way I'm using the platform, there's nothing I dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes scheduling social posts simple. Being a marketing team of one, it saves me loads of time being able to schedule months in advance. I recently began running ads though the platform as well, and I wish I would've dove into this feature earlier. Ad managers like Meta and LinkedIn are overly complicated in my opinion, and Hootsuite's ad tool simplifies it down making it quicker and easier to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Hootsuite would integrate with more social features like being able to post LinkedIn polls, document posts, and other items like that. It would also be convenient if we could add the music and location tagging in the post scheduler. The listening tool as well needs some work. I feel as though tons of un-relevent results come through when I am searching for my keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management being able to schedule posts in advance, simplification of running ads, analytics that are more easy to understand.

Overall there is nothing that we dislike in hootsuite.

Being able to answer social media messages in one spot and scheduling the posts. Prior to hootsuite we were unable to do this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Hootsuite is. I took a course in college that over-complicated Hootsuite but really, it's very beginner-friendly and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is an investment. it is very expensive and takes a large chunk of my marketing budget becasue i work for a small company.

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule social content for many accounts in one place. It saves me so much time. Also, the customer support is easy to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part could be improved, also the social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule all my content for different accounts in one place.

I have an overview of the analytics, and I can modify the dashboard based on what interest me the most.

I can get AI suggestions for my posts. And also I have marked some holidays, that are helpful to come up with content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see the multiple channels for each of your socials. The planner aspect is super helpful as I schedule weeks' content across 3 campaigns, varying channels, etc. It is great to see what is happening and help plan my time accordingly. These features allow me to implement my social media strategies and integrate them across platforms. I use it once a week to plan things, more so if I am due to be on holiday and can be stress-free knowing that all my planning is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login is a little janky. I also find the 'Stream' and 'Boards' sections confusing and opt not to use them much because of this. Some areas are not easy to use such as those I just mentioned. I do not see clearly how to use it to implement customer support when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of cross platform scheduling for me. This means that I can have more time for other things such as designing my marketing collateral for other areas of the campaign knowing the socials side of things is taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it quite easy to post to multiple channels, and more than halves my teams scheduling time. I also use this platform to review our performance and analytics. I use it fairly often and its easy to implement and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like they could keep up more with updates and communicate those changes to us. E.g. one of Instagrams later updates has impacted the design and i had to research what the changes were but it would be nice to have this on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time with the entire social media management workflow for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is quite a user friendly social media management platform. The interface is for the most part intuitive and works well. 99% of what you need is easily available in the dashboard. I also quite like their webinars
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX/design does feel a little outdated. Not the end of the world however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and managing social media content. Also getting insights and data on our audiences.
