What do you like best about the product?
Customer support, and all the info you can receive through insightful analytic reports
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, and the lack of information upfront about how to pull reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes posting across all platforms easier and more central. Also, pulling reports and the ease of pulling information in one place. It's also cool to compare our work to other orgs in our industry.

A Powerful Social Media Tool with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of time. Instead of jumping between different apps, you can plan and organize everything in one place. It’s really helpful for keeping things consistent and staying on top of your posts.

The insights and tracking are also a big plus. It gives you a clear picture of how things are performing so you can adjust as needed. Having everything in one spot makes it easier to see what’s working and what’s not.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the cost. The free version is okay for basic needs, but if you want better features, the price can add up quickly.

Another issue is usability on mobile. While the desktop version works well, the mobile experience could be smoother. It’s not always as intuitive as you’d expect, which can be frustrating if you need to manage things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics for use in developing grant applications and using the analytics to show sponsors our reach.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all my social channels in one place makes scheduling, monitoring, and engaging with my audience incredibly easy. The platform provides fantastic insights that help me track performance and refine my strategy. Plus, the AI-powered prompts and recommendations are a huge time-saver, making content creation more efficient and effective. The customer support is also top-notch—always helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my biggest frustrations is the inability to fill in finer details for Reels and Stories when scheduling. I still have to use Meta Business Suite for that, which is exactly what I was hoping to avoid. Additionally, transitioning to Hootsuite’s reporting from Meta Business Suite hasn’t been the easiest—the alignment just isn’t there, making it harder to track performance in a way that feels familiar.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to manage a posting schedule right from the website as well as monitor and respond to interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some difficulty connecting my facebook ad acount, but eventually figured it our.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple accounts all from one website makes thing so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post the same/similar content across multiple platforms, use AI for content suggestions for length, tone, and engagement, and the scheduling feature are the best features of Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the bulk upload process. It's glitchy and so far I have abandoned the effort each time as it took much longer than creating one post at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is saving time and helping to manage the process for us with limited staff and availability.

Hootesuite is the best!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hootesuite makes it easy to schedule and post on all my channels from one place. I've also used it at times when I was managing more than one company's socials, and it was so helpful to not have to sign into a different account every time. It's very easy to use. I use it every day to monitor our incoming messages and comments. I also really like the analytics feature, which sends me a monthly report so I don't have to go to each individual platform to pull reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I don't like is that it's not always up-to-date on platform dimensions and requirements. It will say that a codec isn't accepted by a platform, but if I go to that platform directly, I can post the video with the same codec. It's not always up-to-speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of time and ease. Being able to manage everything in one place (for the most part) is absolutely golden!

Intuitive UI, Easy to Navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps so much in making sure things are consistent between social channels. What once was an arduous task of scheduling posts one by one with every social channel, is now just a one and done. The UI is easy to navigate and the calendar view makes it easy to see what's on the agenda thanks to the holidays populating the tabs. Hootsuite makes it easy to post a few times a week or even daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to refresh the Inbox portion, and there's currently no way to select multiple Inbox messages at a time. I want to be able to select and set to 'resolved' but in order to do that, I'd have to do it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to effectively manage multiple social media channels at once, cutting the time it takes to manage and read all the comments and messages from each channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Thi sis a tool that I use every day to manage our social media accounts. It is easy to use, and there are many resources available.

The price point is a bit high. However, the non-profit discount helps.

managing many accounts at once, buying ads, looking at the performance of our ads, planning our content calendar

Easy and Efficient with Good Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts across connected platforms. I can plan posts, and send the same message to each, or I can change verbiage, links and message using the same images on different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to re-use a post, I have to jump through a couple of hoops to get it to work correctly. I wish I could just repost to all platforms with one easy click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time! I can sit and schedule posts for the week in one morning across platforms. Easily go in and change things as necessary.
