The best way to manage social media

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best way I've found to manage multiple social media platforms in one place. It's easy to implement, and add team members so that anyone can add and review posts and schedule them for a suitable time. The in-depth analytics are great, especially when tracking post performance and knowing when best to schedule posts. I use it most days just to see how we're doing!
What do you dislike about the product?
While some of the suggested post topics are great, they're not really applicable to our industry in most cases. I'd also love to see an automatic post-shortener so that posts get translated into something that works for X/Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a single voice and message across multiple platforms, to be able to schedule posts effectively so that the same message appears at the same time.

Great for Scheduling, Clunky for Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a reliable tool in my social media management workflow, we use it daily. The scheduling system is intuitive and makes it easy to plan content across multiple platforms in one place. I also appreciate how it alerts me if an account disconnects—though this rarely happens, it’s good to know I won’t miss a post because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing different social accounts is a breeze with Hootsuite, but where it falls short is analytics. While the data is there, pulling reports and navigating the insights can be a bit clunky. A more streamlined approach to analytics would make a huge difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts is a breeze across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
With Hootsuite, I can schedule posts across multiple platforms ahead of time, which saves me a ton of time and keeps my content consistent. Plus, the collaboration tools make it easy for teams to work together. Whether it’s assigning tasks, reviewing posts before they go live, or staying on top of social engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bugs me about Hootsuite is the pricing. it gets pretty expensive, especially if you need more features or multiple users. Also, the interface can feel a bit clunky at times, and the analytics, while helpful, aren’t always as detailed as I’d like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes managing multiple accounts easy by letting me schedule posts, track analytics, and run ads all in one place. It saves time, keeps my content consistent, and helps me see what’s working without the guesswork.

Great Tool, Absolute time saver

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to post across multiple accounts, around the world with different time zones - seamlessly and easily making sure i can appropriately post at peak/favourable times.

It's also making steady updates to the platform, with one of the more newer changes being the integration with AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really find their social listening tool too valuable, or in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and confusion in optimising posting schedules.

Non-Profit Communications Director's Love Affair With The Owl

What do you like best about the product?
As the only person responsible for ALL communications at our agency (including social media), Hootsuite is like having a staff person by my side to make posting easier and elevated. The AI feature is used for a majority of my posts. And, I use Hootsuite to ensure I can schedule posts out in advance, saving me time for other projects. The year end activity reports are perfect for board meetings and allow me to manage metrics in one place versus each platform. The duplicate feature, even when I modify a small portion, is a HUGE timesaver also as I do reoccuring posts to promote events and programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability on Twitter to ensure I have tagged the right agency is annoying. Before it would hyper link when I hit the right tag. LinkedIn and Facebook works and I use it all the time to tag our partners which expands our reach. But for Twitter, I have to look up the handle specifically to ensure it's the correct one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me considerable TIME in posting across three platforms and than benefits me as I then have bandwidth for my many other projects.

Amazing for performance monitoring and scheduling posts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is able to bring and present data in a way that we can review our performance in multiple views, which helps us monitor our progress. Scheduling is easy to use and it now has tiktok included so we can organise and plan our posts from one central place rather than going into each app natively. They also send resourceful emails which i enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics area can look a little outdated. It could probably do with a refresh in terms of UX. AI also has a bit to go to be actually properly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising and improving efficiency for our teams content calendar. Hootsutie helps organise the planning process and streamlines workflows.

Great Social Media Management Tool for Business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use. It has great scheduling tools as well as reporting which is very helpful. It's very easy to integrate into your daily operations and you can export almost anything from the platform to easily report and share with team members. I have used Hootsuite for years for my company and have never had any issues. If you have questions, their customer service reps are eager to help and get you answers! Implementation is quick and seamless in my opinion. I use Hootsuite everyday for my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to do add-ons with current plan. For example, my company wanted to add social listening to our professional plan, but in order to do so you have to upgrade to an enterprise plan which is extremely expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Planning out our social schedule, allowing me to free up time to tend to other pressing tasks of my job.
- Advanced reporting to keep the company and teams informed of the performance of our social accounts.
- Ideas for potential content which can be hard to come up with sometimes as a creative role
