What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI assistant and being able to easily manage everything from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ease in posting to stories, reacting to comments on Facebook (heart, thumbs up, and so on), Responding to comments with gifs, Tagging people in Instagram, and adding music to posts. I feel like there are a few other things that I struggle to do with Hootsuite.

Anything where I need to get onto my phone and go into the specific social media to modify because Hootsuite wont.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really helps with writing the content, managing all of our social media platforms in one place, and pulling relevant analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm the public affairs officer for a municipality in Rhode Island and I can't imagine doing my job effectively without Hootsuite. It's super easy to use and they're constantly making improvements. I love how I'm able to load a post once and push it out across multiple platforms quickly and easily. Thanks Hootsuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I'd say I "dislike" about Hootsuite. It makes every social media task on my plate disappear simply without stress...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple streams and I cannot imagine doing my job without Hootsuite. It allows me to centralize all social media operations in one place and makes a time consuming difficult task one that takes moments instead...

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule in advance, the fact you can customize the posts per social media outlet all in one window. You can resize assets within the platform. I like the analytics side as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only look back to posts from the previous year, not before that. Sometimes the platform can be glitchy and feels clunky at times. It can be slow, and when replying to messages the Inbox 2.0 is slow on occasion but I can deal with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small marketing team for a retailer and we don't have much time, so its good to be able to quickly schedule multiple posts at once. The analytics are also useful when it comes to reviewing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Hootsuite is how easy it is to use—even if you're just starting out. The interface is super intuitive, and scheduling posts across different platforms is a breeze. Plus, the bulk scheduling feature saves so much time—you can plan everything weeks or even months ahead! One of the things I really appreciate about Hootsuite is how easy it is to set up and integrate with different social media platforms. It connects seamlessly, so you can manage everything in one place without any hassle. Even if you're new to it, getting started is super straightforward! I find myself using Hootsuite almost daily—it’s just become a go-to for me when it comes to managing social media, and it really makes the whole process feel way less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be frustrating with Hootsuite is that the pricing adds up quickly, especially if you need more advanced features or multiple team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really helps me keep everything organized in one place, especially when it comes to managing multiple social media accounts. It takes the stress out of scheduling posts, so I’m not constantly scrambling to keep up. The analytics are super helpful too—being able to track engagement and see what's working makes it easier to fine-tune my strategy. Plus, when it comes to social media ads, it’s great to have everything synced up and running smoothly without jumping between different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite had helped my team to advertize various social and rural development schemes and impact program's through social media campaigns. it is really beneficial platform to handle social media management like a pro.

Features such as post analytics, scheduling and calendar management that saves time and these are connected across many platforms. You can easily track and gauge your post and campaign performace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post gets failed due to unknown reasons and the integrations can be little tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a time saver tool that is making my social media management very smooth, availability of many SM features makes hootsuite productive and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual interface is very intuitive. I like seeing what I've queued up on the calendar at a glance. The hashtag suggestions are a nice feature, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could respond to social media messages on the platform. I also wish we could tag individuals on LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly queue up social posts on all our platforms, which saves me time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been an absolute game-changer for managing social media!
It saves loads of time by finding the correct @mentions for each platform, so there's no need to jump between apps.
It suggests hashtags and even creates AI-generated posts based on trending 'days of the year' – making content creation a breeze.
The social listening feature keeps me in the loop with what's trending, and I can quickly pull together reports to share with stakeholders.
Honestly, it couldn’t be easier to stay on top of social media!

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about Hootsuite

Game-changing convenience & customization

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a real game-changer when it comes to managing our company's social media. We are still getting familiar with all of the features it has to offer, but we love being able to schedule our posts in advance and the ability to post to each platform at once. The new AI features that have been integrated are great and I'm sure will continue to advance in quality. Getting to share our posts as drafts to other team members is also a huge plus and allows our CEO to approve posts easily without taking too much time out of his day. Reviewing our progress and engagement across all the platforms allows us to make immediate changes to our strategy and provides a visual for what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I just haven't figured it out yet, but it seems limiting when it comes to making posts with multiple slides. This could completely just be my unfamiliarity with all the tools, but if it is possible, its not obvious. The account / profile settings also has less-than-ideal UI. Sort of hard to navigate...the interface with connecting advertising accounts is a little weird and maybe should be organized with the initial social media account connection set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps solve the challenges of managing multiple social media accounts by providing a place for scheduling all of our posts, publishing, and monitoring content across various channels. It streamlines workflow by allowing me to plan and schedule posts in advance, ensuring a consistent and strategic content calendar.

Additionally, Hootsuite’s analytics tools provide great insights into engagement and our audience's likes and dislikes, helping me refine our social media strategy and make immediate improvements. The ability to track brand mentions and manage conversations on multiple platforms also makes it easier to engage with our followers and stay ahead of industry trends.
