Social Media Made Manageable
What do you like best about the product?
I'd hate to go back to managing multiple social media platforms without Hootsuite! Being able to craft one post to then customize and schedule across multiple sites with simple drag and drop functionality is such a time saver, as is the "Draft" feature which let's my team get ahead of what's coming without risking a post going "live" without a critical link or final detail. The analytics are impactful, too. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing has increased dramatically the last few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media with a small busy team that promotes a wide range of events and programs.
I've tried others and will now only use Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Hootsuite notifies you when a scheduled post fails to go out. Thank goodness it saves the post so it can be rescheduled. Other types of schedules won't notify you or save the content, so Hootsuite is considerably more advanced. I use it for corporate sociall media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are only useful if you always report on Hootsuite analytics, however it wipes some of the data or converts platform insights to it's own version so it's hard to compare apples to apples when looking between Hootsuite's insights vs Instagram for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time by scheduling multiple posts. I am able to manage my post scedule more easily and decide how I want to share the schedule more easily. I can pre-make and save drafts. It also helps me remember to post to my lesser-used social accounts.
Creating the perfect message and only having to say it once!
What do you like best about the product?
Hoot suite allows me to create My message and send it out to all the relevant platforms all at once. It tells me the right time to send and the right platforms to send it through. It's made my social media chore much moe enjoyable.

The only downside is that I still have to do the work...

It allows me to publish on several platforms at once, saving me time.

Hootsuite is an excellent social media management tool. It allows me to schedule posts easily, track engagement, and manage multiple accounts in one place. The interface is user-friendly, and the analytics help optimize content strategy. Highly recommended for businesses and marketers!

What do you like best about the product?
The benefits of Hootsuite for me are as follows:
1. The ability to schedule social media posts helps me work smarter and saves me time.
2. The ability to retrieve Social Media Analytics means I can very easily get the data I need for my monthly report.
3. The ability to have multiple SM platforms saves me time.
4. It's very easy to use, i.e editing and scheduling posts is very simple

What do you dislike about the product?
When a social media platform disconnects for some reason or a sheduled post won't post!

Time saver with the ability to have more than one social social media platform on with the planner.
Hootsuite is easy to use and saves so much time.

I like the scheduling, the url shortner and the way the planner looks.

I like everything about Hootsuite, no problems at all with it.

being able to save time, to see all my posts lined up in the planner so very organised, you can go in and edit planned posts right up to right before they are due to post. also like the new AI function to generate hashtags and comments etc.

It runs poorly sometimes. Could use better optimisation. Also I would love for Blue Sky to be added.

The best way to manage social media
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best way I've found to manage multiple social media platforms in one place. It's easy to implement, and add team members so that anyone can add and review posts and schedule them for a suitable time. The in-depth analytics are great, especially when tracking post performance and knowing when best to schedule posts. I use it most days just to see how we're doing!
What do you dislike about the product?
While some of the suggested post topics are great, they're not really applicable to our industry in most cases. I'd also love to see an automatic post-shortener so that posts get translated into something that works for X/Twitter.

Being able to have a single voice and message across multiple platforms, to be able to schedule posts effectively so that the same message appears at the same time.
Fairly intuitive tool for managing posts, with fairly accurate timing recommendations as well.

Hootsuite has been a reliable tool in my social media management workflow, we use it daily. The scheduling system is intuitive and makes it easy to plan content across multiple platforms in one place. I also appreciate how it alerts me if an account disconnects—though this rarely happens, it’s good to know I won’t miss a post because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing different social accounts is a breeze with Hootsuite, but where it falls short is analytics. While the data is there, pulling reports and navigating the insights can be a bit clunky. A more streamlined approach to analytics would make a huge difference.
