Hootsuite the best platform for geographical diverse marketing teams

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hootsuite is that it's the best social media scheduling platform for geographically diverse teams. Secondly, as a non-profit organization, we receive discounts, allowing us to continue using and benefiting from the platform. Lastly, they listen to our feedback, which makes the experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Hootsuite is that many features are only available in higher-tier packages, which we can't explore. For example, the social media listening integration with Talkwalker is something we find very interesting, but unfortunately, it's locked behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Hootsuite's social media scheduling feature is incredibly helpful, especially during the holidays when we need to schedule all posts in advance. It allows us to plan efficiently, and having that overall view at the end of the year is invaluable.

The price is a little high to pay for just for the basic option

I have no issues with Hootsuite. The backdraw would be the price for a year

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to "set it and forget" all my social media posts. I love that I can post one message that spreads across all platforms, but also have the ability to access each channel seperately to tweak text and images where appropriate. Easy to use. Fairly priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have SOMETIMES is that the cropping tool for images (specifically for Instagram) does not always save. I'd love for the platform to automatically "fit to size" the image for each platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite gives users the gift of time. Instead of having to log in to each individual platform, I can upload all my content to every platform all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an easy-to-use and highly visual tool, which makes managing social media content straightforward. I particularly appreciate the scheduling optimisations that help increase post visibility by selecting the best times to publish. Another major advantage is the ability to manage multiple accounts across different platforms from a single interface, which is a real asset for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major drawback is the integration of YouTube videos, especially the preview feature, which does not work properly. Given the growing importance of video content in social media strategies, this limitation is a significant inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan all my posts in advance, which is a huge time saver. The ability to publish across multiple channels simultaneously is particularly valuable, streamlining the process and ensuring consistency across platforms. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers—I can easily edit posts, save drafts, and even make last-minute changes when needed. A major plus is the analytics tool, which provides detailed insights into past performance, allowing me to refine my strategy by post type, account, and other key metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use & clean UI. Very user friendly. Navigation is also seamless & not complicated. The report generation is also fairly simple. I have been using it for close to an year and it has definitely saved myself & my team a lot of time managing/scheduling content across multiple social media pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the limitation of number of competitor pages that you can track is a bit restrictive. Also the industry benchmark could do with a country or region wise filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has definitely helped me in saving time by allowing us to easily manage & schedule social media content across multiple social media channels. The report generation feature is also a life-saver because of its ease of use & how quickly one can generate social media reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the platform. It's quick to create multiple posts across different social media platforms and have them scheduled to post in advance. The ability to record insights and compare over periods of time is valuable. We use it every day and it's an important part of our social strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the insights are unclear and get removed without warning which is disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple platforms that we post to several times a day and Hootsuite makes it easy to cross-post content that is customized to each platform in a quick and efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to work smarter, not harder. As the only employee of a statewide nonprofit organization, my time is spread amongst many responsibilities. Hootsuite helps me make good use of my time by creating one social media post that will post to all of our accounts. No more copy and pasting to each account! The ability to create posts and schedule them is also a time saver. So thankful that I learned about Hootsuite and took a chance on making better use of my time and improving my productivity. Highly recommend!

The recommended topics do not usually apply to our mission and cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better use of time, knowing when to post and increasing our overall footprint in social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its user-friendly dashboard and analytics, it's an excellent tool for improving our social media strategy everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, Hootsuite loses connection to one of our social media platforms and fails to publish our post. It doesn't send any notifications regarding the failed operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps our team stay consistent with our social media posting while giving us valuable insights into what’s working and what’s not. With its scheduling and analytics tools, we plan content ahead of time and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement—all without the stress of last-minute posting.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsutie has been amazing compared to other platforms for social media scheduling. It has allowed me easy configuration and quick grasp of new enhancements and implementation easy - its often updating though only in supportive ways. I use the platform almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see all of my connected platforms on the publish to section, this is the only frustration to my use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to manage multiple platforms - such as multiple Facebook accounts owned by the same organization.
