Hootsuite Is Our Critical Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for more than 8 years and even after considering other software platforms always have stayed with Hootsuite. It is easy to use, flexible, customizable and reliable for our brands. We are a small marketing department but Hoosuite allows us to do sophisticated posts and any given time. The scheduling is so easy to do and it makes us appear much larger than we are. It is easy to use and open to multiple users. We use it every day for posting to mulitple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found many issues with Hootsuite. The main issue is that the different social media channels change their rules and parameters and Hootsuite has to figure out how to get them connected again - but that being said, it never is for more than a day or two
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a lot of issues for us. The main benefit is that we can program posts to multiple channels weeks in advance. The metric feature that is included with Hootsuite gives us the power to improve all our marketing programs and gives us a way to connect with our customers.
Exceptional Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easily the best in the industry. Implementing it was a breeze, and their customer support was fantastic when I had an issue. Working with my team to integrate it into our broader ecosystem is going well so far. I also like how easy it is to use. Because it is so simple I find myself using it when I need to but not excessively. Hootsuite doesn't feel like another program to manage, and I am grateful for the level of skill put into its design.
What do you dislike about the product?
You pay a premium, but you get quite a bit for it.

Hootsuite helps me manage all my platforms in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
As the Social Media Manager. Hootsuite is an essential tool that helps me streamline our content strategy across multiple platforms. It allows me to schedule posts in advance, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly while keeping engagement high. The built-in analytics provide valuable insights, helping me track performance and optimize content in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find uploading to Youtube to be a bit cumbersome on Hootsuite, and is the only platform I still need to go to the Studio Manager to upload from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Hootsuite solved was scheduling posts across all of the different platforms. It is seameless and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working in marketing for over four years and Hootsuite has been the top social media management software to use at the successful companies I worked at. I like Hootsuite because it's easy to schedule a single post on multiple platforms at once, it tells you the best time to post based on your audience's activity, great graphs, and you can easily do some social listening on different topics that are relevant to your niche.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was easier access to tutorials within the software instead of on the blog only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes posting on social media quick and easy so I have time to do other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy use of Hootsuite! For someone with no prior knowledge of social media marketing they made it very easy to pick up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the cost and how you may have to upgrade.

It's solving my organization and cross platform posting!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Hootsuite keeps it easy to find and recycle content. This makes it super easy to share and connect with our audience in an autheentic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish there was an integration for Blue Sky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to maintain a healthy family life outside of social media. The ability to schedule our content for when we want makes it easy to continue being a mom and dad.
Best Way to reach multiple platforms at once
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Hootsuite as it is the best way to reach multiple platforms at once; optimize post length for twitter; and blocks the tiktok post without a video. It's great for building.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the customer service is delayed and confusing when requests are handled by multiple people.

That I can manage all my accounts in one central place.

At the moment, nothing comes to mind. I have only been using it for about a year now.

That I can create, schedule and post to all accounts from a centralized platform. It is a time saver.
Saves me so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite to schedule posts is the most convenient! It saves me so much time. When I will be out of the office, I just plan ahead and schedule. Using the "recommended" time is very helpful to hit the targeted audience and the end-of-year report about usage and views is a benchmark I am interested in. Hootsuite is easy to use and intuitive to use. I have never had to use customer support. I am not a social media specialist, nor am I a marketing rep for my employer, so this is an extra that I do for the success of my department. The convenience of Hootsuite is worth it and allows me to accomplish my goals!
What do you dislike about the product?
The resizing of photos for Instagram is annoying. This takes alot of time and is not convenient.

It helps me to highlight the great work of our students, faculty and staff in a public forum.
