Hootsuite Streamlines Posting on Multiple Channels
What do you like best about the product?
Posting on lots of channels from one spot, while customizing for each channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite sometimes is slow to add new features from social media apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is spending so much time going from app to app to post the same content - this way, I can post the content once and customize from one app.
Easy to schedule posts
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Hootsuite because it makes it easy to schedule posts across platforms, suggests ideal posting times, and makes it easy to flag issues that violate specific platform rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like BlueSky to get added as a platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeds up scheduling posts so that I don't have to post them in real time on every single different platform.
Hootsuite makes scheduling social media posts a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Trying to manage social media ccounts for a business can be chaotic and confusing if you have to go to 5+ different websites to make your posts, many of which don't allow you to schedule. Hootsuite makes it so much more manageable by allowing you to link all your social media in one place, make one post that can be posted on each site, and then scheduled out for months in advance so you don't even have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish rescheduling posts was easier. You can drag them from day to day, but it's difficult to go between months. Integration of newer social media sites like Threads and Bluesky would be helpful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage all my social media accounts in one place for my business without having to go to each site individually. Also being able to schedule posts out months in advance.
An Upgrade for Skills
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite made things easier to understand and followed up with questions to help test your knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I liked the visual aid and the transcript provided! It really helped with being an on-hands learner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me manage all of my social media and its benefiting for me to keep track of all of my metrics and customer interaction.
convienent and easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me cordiante my posting through all media channels even with social media accounts that have not been linked. Its easy to navugate and understnad. I use it every day for my work givvieng clients ease of mind when posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometiem punblishing does not go through as programed. Images on IG dont fully post when uploding multiple. Requering additional programing

Hootsuite for Small Business is the WAY TO GO!
What do you like best about the product?
As the social media manager for a small construction business, Hootsuite has been a godsend for me! We have been using it for over 3 years, and I have rarely had a problem with the platform. I love that it allows me to schedule out my posts days and months in advance as I am normally one quarter ahead on posting social posts. The ability to streamline across all social platforms is also crucial for me (FB, IG, X, Pinterest, LI) as we use all of these for our metrics in-house to improve. The analytics tab is also a favorite of mine: I have customized reports that allow me to see our engagement, impressions, click rates, etc. and this makes my job a lot easier when reporting to my higher-ups. I have recommended Hootsuite to several other professionals/businesses and could not do my job as effectively without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had is that sometimes our social accounts get disconnected from the platform. It can be frustrating to have to go back and re-log in and go through the authentication process to get them connected again. That's my only complaint!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post months in advance, analytics to show metrics for our social posts, and ease of use make my job as a social media manager for a small business a lot easier!
Game Changer for Social Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the listening and analytic tools in Hootsuite! I use to use a competitor that didn't give me as much date to help strategically plan for the coming quarter -- with Hootsuite, I don't have to ever worry about that!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one downside I have had as of now is that my account is often disconnected and having to reconnect a couple times a week has been frustrating, but not a reason I would leave the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves me having to individually audit my account and competitors. I have my perimaters set up in the platfrom and can check on them muliple times a day to view results. Another huge thing is to have the best performance times!
great for streamlining posts across all platforms
What do you like best about the product?
This has made it much easier for our team to collaborate and create posts on multiple social media outlets at one time. Learing how to use the app was seamless and fast. We use it almost daily to schedule out our posts. Customer support is promt and helpful, integrating this product into our company has been very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any personal issues with hootsuite. The only comment would be older coworkers not quite knowining how to operate the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to schedule out our posts and see what other team members are working on and posting to help prevent us from overlapping.

I use it daily to schedule posts, manage the content calendar, and generate reports based on the analytics data provided by the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an improvement, I would suggest adding more features related to LinkedIn and Bluesky, despite the platform’s restrictions. However, I genuinely believe that Hootsuite is an excellent tool for managing social media if you work professionally in this field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the social media manager of a company, Hootsuite helps me manage the company’s social media accounts, schedule content, and generate analytics reports. Honestly, I find it to be an excellent tool for this work.
