Such a good experience with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
Hello,

I have been using Hootsuite for the past six years as a Community Manager at an educational institution, and my experience with the tool has been nothing but excellent. I use it daily to schedule posts, manage the content calendar, and generate reports based on the analytics data provided by the platform.

I highly recommend it.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an improvement, I would suggest adding more features related to LinkedIn and Bluesky, despite the platform’s restrictions. However, I genuinely believe that Hootsuite is an excellent tool for managing social media if you work professionally in this field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the social media manager of a company, Hootsuite helps me manage the company’s social media accounts, schedule content, and generate analytics reports. Honestly, I find it to be an excellent tool for this work.

What do you like best about the product?
working as a associate in philanthropic organization hootsuite has literally helped my to outreach social campaigns with ease. It has many options like dashboard, analytics, and scheduling calendar that saves time a lot. It has inhouse opportunities to learn multiple social media tricks, report generation is very easy with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integration with third party platforms are laggy and gives problems

It is helping me to outreach my social sector campaigns to wider audience and track ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can manage several accounts, review and assign conversations. Also nice to have it all in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
user-friendliness could be a little more intuitive and less rigid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps improve social media organisation across our team. Instead of manually checking our accounts, everything is in one place and you can reduce confusion in who handles what, making collaboration easier and reducing errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a small nonprofit team, Hootsuite has been an incredible resource in getting our message out to our supporters. Naturally, they ability to easily post to multiple social media networks was the first draw, but I have also grown to like other tools such as the AI hashtag generator, analytics tool, and the ease of collaborating across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite is incredibly helpful in posting content across multiple platforms, I am disappointed that Hootsuite still has not added programs such as Bluesky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is saving me an enormous amount of time by helping me post across various social media sites and easing team collaborations for social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner whose operation is based on community engagement and customer relations, having multi-platform integration with easy-to-manage dashboards has been a massive help to my proficiency. Scheduling content, social listening, and seeing post analytics have helped me to improve my content creation and manage my social media accounts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some finicky limitations to Hootsuite when it comes to other platforms like Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple platforms for my small business. Often, I need to post on multiple platforms simultaneously, read comments and respond, or quickly check the performance of all posts.

What do you like best about the product?
First, I appreciate that Hootsuite offers a discount for non-profits. My next favorite quality is that It is very user-friendly product to use. I am able to schedule across multiple social media apps. Hootsuite offers many educational opportunities- real ones- not just ones to sell their app that you do not really learn new things. I am also able to generate reports and compare social media numbers over time. I can see what is working and what isn't - what types of social media to lean into at any given time. It is easy to get support and speak to an employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if this is something that Hootsuite can fix or if it is an Instagram issues but I cannot schedule alt text for Instagram. I want our content to be accessible and I would really appreciate being able to schedule alt text for Insta just like I can for Facebook, LinkedIn etc. I am also hoping the Hootsuite will add Bluesky to available apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is important to be able to schedule across social media in one place. I have used the free options that come with different apps but it is time-consuming and you end up doing a lot of repetitive work. It also helps me compare analytics across different social media apps rather than relying on each social media apps offerings and then having to pull those together to analyze myself. The webinars offered also help me keep up-to-date on what is happening in social media- what the trends are- where to start expending effort next. These can all change quickly in social media so it is nice to essectially get free continuing education on a consistent basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The link shortener, image library with easy uploads, and the scheduling tool for nearly all social platforms across multiple clients are all incredibly useful for saving time and figuring out the optimal times to post. I also find the recommended posting times to be a particularly valuable feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't seem to be a straightforward and clean downloadable summary, making it simple to share with clients a list of their upcoming scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows me to schedule posts ahead of time for each client, and I can manage multiple channels simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to leave internal comments on draft posts has been so helpful in collaborative work with my creative team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tools don't seem to be in the most obvious of places. It's not a deal-breaker once you get used to the dashboard though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it simple for my team to collaborate even when some members are working remotely. Our workflow, and time management have greatly improved.

Drafting posts could use a bit more to its UI interface as well as the reporting charts.
