What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me schedule all of our accounts - both in advance and as things are happening. I use this weekly, some weeks daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Instagram tagging was easier - similar to Facebook. I have to look accounts up in another tab to link it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of 2 pages, on 2 different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the copy feature, which allows me to duplicate previous posts, make edits, and upload a new image if needed. I also love the ability to create a single post and share it across multiple social media pages effortlessly. Plus, the option to schedule posts in advance makes planning content so much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only drawback is the pricing for the Professional Plan—I wish it were more affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone working for an SME and often juggling multiple jobs at a time, Hootsuite has been an effective tool. Scheduling is straight forward, with recommended times to post. The inbox feature is useful to monitor and respond to messages from several channels in one place. For anyone managing social media in a busy work environment, Hootsuite is a significant help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of this software is its cost. While I’m not sure how it compares to alternatives, it does feel like a significant investment—especially for an SME. That said, given the time it saves and the efficiency it brings to managing social media and communications across platforms, it’s still worth it for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline my social media management. Instead of manually posting content across different channels, I can plan and automate posts in advance, ensuring consistency and saving valuable time. The inbox feature consolidates messages from multiple platforms, making it easier to respond promptly without switching between apps.

For an SME, this efficiency is important. While the cost could be considered high, the time saved and productivity gained make it a worthwhile investment.

What do you like best about the product?
I find hootsuite useful for managing multiple accounts at a time, specifically for scheduling posts and keeping track of messages. The ability to plan ahead is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a little outdated, and certain things take longer to load than they should i think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down the time spent navigating between different social media apps and helps me keep content organised and layed out. It’s not perfect, but it makes managing posts and tracking engagement easier a lot easier than doing it individually.

They put away a further thing I needed before: locations in Instagram for example. And I miss some things like Bluesky, mentions in Linkedin, tags in Facebook...

A Great Tool When Managing Multiple Accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has allowed me to seamlessly schedule posts across multiple accounts, on different social media websites, with ease. It has saved me HOURS in managing inboxes, as I can do it all from one single place. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful, which makes any hiccups I encounter (both on their side, and my side) easy to figure out. My daily work has become so much more streamlined because of Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite still has some issues when it comes to being able to click through to instagram accounts to find someones name, not their username. There are a few other bugs here and there, but nothing too major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple accounts for my company. Each region of my company has its own facebook and instagram, and some have other pages as well. Hootsuite has allowed me to schedule posts for all of them together, as well as manage all the inboxes in one place.
