Streamlined and Considerate
What do you like best about the product?
I honeslt really like all of Hootesuite. I really appreciate it's UI and how its kept up its features with all teh technology advances. I think every small detail changes it makes with its updates are very helpful and considerate. I manage multiple social media platforms so to be able to cross post with slight changes is truly a gamechanger. I also love Hootsuite's analytics tool! It gives me in-depth insights into how my posts are performing across all platforms, and the reports are super easy to understand. The ability to compare different campaigns or time periods is also a huge bonus for seeing what’s working and what needs tweaking. It’s a fantastic way to make data-driven decisions and continually improve social media performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about Hootsuite is the mobile app—it doesn’t always feel as smooth or intuitive as the desktop version. Sometimes, it’s a little tricky to navigate, especially when managing multiple accounts or trying to make quick edits. Another downside is the lack of customization in the reporting features on certain plans. While the reports are useful, I wish I could tweak them more to fit my specific needs, like customizing the metrics shown without needing to upgrade to a higher tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s saving me a significant amount of time and making my job easier by allowing me to view all the data in one place, instead of having to navigate through each app's analytics separately.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
This is such a user friendly software! It is so simple and straightforward. Great for managing multiple accounts for multiples clients. The scheduling tools are awesome and are everything you need. The reports are getting better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The beta tested reports are great, would love to see more features like that that give you health and ranking of accounts with industry standards. Definitely incorporate more of that type of information with reports and data!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed an all in one software to manage all my clients social media accounts with the ability to schedule posts. Hootsuite has that and more. The analytics are top notch.
Smart and Easy Social Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of my favorite tools in my marketing techstack. It was one of the first platforms to implement intuitive and effective AI solutions. They continue to optimize and provide new features. I'm a fan!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I run into a few issues with account connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to edit photos per platform right within the app using a Canva integration. That feature has saved a ton of time, and I don't have to bog down my design colleauge for assistance.
Easy to use, user friendly.

The content and instructions were easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to be self-motivated -- no fault of Hootsuite.

This is utlized in a classroom setting and allowing students to obtain an industry credential.

A platform that focuses on simplicity, to make my workload easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to focus on exactly what I need to do, without any confusing additional features. If I need to schedule content, in bulk or one by one, I can easily do so. If I want to check in on one account on every platform or just one, I can do that. Typically I work alone, but if necessary I can give access to another person or an intern and they can easily catch-on with minimal supervision so it's simple to implement for each client. All in all, it makes my job easier since I use it on an eaily basis. If I've ever had issues with integrations, I've been able to chat with customer support to resolve my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price structure that has changed over time but I understand why it has. I also wish I had more flexibility when pulling stats for analytics on each platform that I use. I also would like to be able to pull the number of retweets from X, but it's not offered in that report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post on multiple platforms for multiple clients at once, without having any complicated interface.
Love Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule in advance, pull up older posts and re-create them, and to hit 3 platforms at once!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hootsuite!

Hootsuite Is GREAT for just about anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I can't imagine posting to multiple Facebook pages without Hootsuite. Virtually any other way is just a time monster with multiple steps. I absolutely love and have for years. We aren't even using all of the ways it can be used and it is worth it. With the additon of Threads and TikTok there really isn't a way to miss on your social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find no downside other than the occassional interface tweaks, but even if with those I can pick things up pretty quick!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the boss asks about traffic on our social media, I always have an answer!
Collaborative, easy to use, with great built-in AI enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to work with my clients in a collaborative manner to produce the best calendar of social content. Plus it has great reporting, even easier than LinkedIn, that provides the insights needed to show ROI. It also integrates wth Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay much more for some of the advanced features that would be beneficial in the Emterprise version. Also don't like that many app integrations including Canva, cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see what is being scheduled when by all team members. In addition, we can easily edit each other's work, even though we don't have the approval workflow. Also enjoy the AI Enhance feature and suggested hashtags that Hootsuite has, which can be very helpful.
Great Usability and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Hootsuite to be a system in which users can intuitively see schedules and trends at a glance but also dive deeper. We also have used the in-depth analytics for internal reporting and to make decisions on campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, Hootsuite meets our division's needs, provides training and support and helps us think through the best use of socials for our messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, the ease in which we can see trends and also make choices on timing and messaging by platform has been key. We are a small team and Hootsuite is a great partner in it.
