A Powerful Social Media Management Tool with Some Limitations

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts in one place, schedule posts in advance, and track engagement metrics. The user interface is intuitive, and the dashboard provides a clear overview of scheduled content, analytics, and audience engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses or individual users, and some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans. The reporting tools, while useful, could be more customizable. Additionally, occasional platform glitches and limitations on Instagram posting (such as requiring manual approval for certain types of posts) can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline social media management by consolidating all accounts into a single dashboard, saving time on scheduling and tracking engagement. The ability to plan content in advance ensures a consistent online presence, while analytics provide valuable insights to optimize performance.

A Great Tool When Managing Multiple Accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has allowed me to seamlessly schedule posts across multiple accounts, on different social media websites, with ease. It has saved me HOURS in managing inboxes, as I can do it all from one single place. Their customer service is also incredibly responsive and helpful, which makes any hiccups I encounter (both on their side, and my side) easy to figure out. My daily work has become so much more streamlined because of Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite still has some issues when it comes to being able to click through to instagram accounts to find someones name, not their username. There are a few other bugs here and there, but nothing too major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple accounts for my company. Each region of my company has its own facebook and instagram, and some have other pages as well. Hootsuite has allowed me to schedule posts for all of them together, as well as manage all the inboxes in one place.

By Far The Best Social Scheduler

What do you like best about the product?
Easy dashboard like a calendar, easy to edit images, the hashtag generator is a gem. You can create a duplicate of past post by one click. Comparing to other schedulers, Hootsuite I think is the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hashtags can only be selected one by one. It would be good if there was a "select all" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to copy the past post and re-post to multiple social networks, I can save time and also keep analysing the optimal times and engagement rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Other than the ability to plan and schedule content in advance, my favourite thing about Hootsuite is the reporting and analytics available for each social media platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default view is now the planner and I prefer to view streams for mentions and media monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to provide data driven management of social media profiles. Together with the delivery of automated reports and analytics based on my clients business goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for years and find them to be the best scheduling tool out there. They are easy to use, creates a visually understandable schedule, and have continued to add customizations over the years including emoji adding and custom sizing for photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their prices have changed as time as gone on with plans, but that isn't abnormal. Overall, great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is mainly a giant time saver. You don't have to log into each social media account, copy and paste and change captions and photo sizes within each one. It helps you do them all at once, in one single place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it extemely easy to visualise my planner. The large thumbnails are so much better than those offered by competitors. It's the number one reason I keep coming back. At a glance I can see everything I have scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is pricey, but then, I am not even using all of the functions it offers, so I gues it's well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I nprimarily use Hootsuite to keep my planning in order. It's a no brainer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage my social media accounts from one spot. Being able to organise and schedule posts and have oversight of all that in one dashboard is great.The analytics and ability to review performance is an added bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout does feel a little crowded sometimes, especially when trying to find something quickly. It also occasionally feels slow / clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, Instead of hopping between apps, I can schedule posts, respond to messages, and track performance in one tool / dashboard. This is saving me heaps of time.

Ability for multiple people to work on it together!

I wish you could tag people in posts. Also, schedule mulitple instagram stories at the same time

Not everyone having logins for all our social media sites

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the comprehensive analytics accross channels. It is easy to get the hang of and less buggy than some other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high compared to other options and our current plan only allows one user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my company a lot of time and labor manually tracking social metrics across channels. It saves us time posting natively to each channel, too.
