Effortless Social Media Management with Powerful AI and Scheduling Tools
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to use and quick to set up, which makes managing multiple social media accounts effortless. The AI suggestions for captions, hashtags, and posting times have noticeably improved our engagement and reach. The suggestions for posting times also help ensure our content goes out when our audience is most active, which has made a clear difference in visibility and interaction. Integrating Hootsuite with our other tools was seamless, and having everything, from scheduling to analytics, in one platform saves so much time.
Earlier this year, I even used Hootsuite’s analytics to compile a detailed performance report, which my Director was really impressed with. It’s become part of our daily routine now. It's reliable, efficient, and a great way to keep our social media strategy organised and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version feels a bit limited compared to the desktop interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, it was difficult to plan, post, and track everything across accounts, but now it’s all streamlined in one place.
It also helps us stay organised with clear content calendars and automated scheduling, saving a lot of time. The analytics tools make it easy to measure what’s working, and the AI suggestions guide us on how to improve posts for better reach and engagement. Overall, it’s helped us work smarter, not harder — and our growth in followers and engagement clearly reflects that.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for over a decade, and it’s been a staple in my social media career from day one. The platform makes it easy to schedule and manage content across multiple channels - no overcomplicated steps, no fuss. The interface is intuitive, which helps when juggling posts in different time zones or managing multiple accounts at once. I especially like the built-in tools like OwlyGPT, Listening, and Plan - they make strategy and scheduling feel seamless instead of stressful. The competitive analysis feature has been handy for keeping tabs on trends and performance without jumping between apps. Overall, Hootsuite keeps evolving with what I need as a marketer. It’s reliable, efficient, and saves me hours every week - exactly what a good social media tool should do.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past, Hootsuite’s limits on how many social accounts we could manage made things tricky for our small marketing team - especially when juggling multiple brands. That’s improved now, but it was definitely a challenge before. I also still find it frustrating that I can’t tag people on LinkedIn through Hootsuite - it’s inconvenient when working with partners and influencers, and usually means I have to post natively instead.

Hootsuite helps me manage social media more efficiently by letting me schedule posts across multiple platforms and time zones - saving hours every week. Having everything in one place for planning, editing, and publishing makes my workflow smoother and more organized. The competitive analysis tools also help me keep an eye on what’s working in the industry and adjust our strategy faster.

Analytics, Ability to post and remove content from the platform (as X has been a nightmare of late). I like the suggested times to post too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the suggested times were more easily accessible to view, and tagging is a problem from Hootsuite sometimes, especially if you don't know the handle and want to search.

provides me constant insights into how my accounts are performing and allows me to provide measurement for my clients. It does this with precision and ease from a user experience pov. super easy to use

Something I appreciate about Hootsuite is how simple it is to manage and schedule posts for multiple accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area I'd love to see Hootsuite make improvements to is refining the suggested posting time. It seems to contradict the data available directly through Instagram.

Utilizing Hootsuite to map out content planning and scheduling posts to automatically publish has enabled me to gain back time in my day and work more productively.

The reporting is a little disjointed, i would prefer some additional integrations

The ease of scheduling my social media posts for the month, which would otherwise be much more time consuming

Hootsuite makes scheduling posts in advance easy and intuitive. Being able to have a birds-eye view of upcoming and previous content helps me better plan ahead.

I wish that there was a way to schedule story posts in advance.

Hootsuite helps me to create my content in advance, arrange and schedule it, and then keep going about my day worry-free. I don't have to think about setting reminders to share instagram posts and specific times, and having my team all on one account makes collaboration and editing an easy process.

We can post content to multiple channels at once - and edit / tweak each as needed

I can't tag locations, and tagging people / orgs is not as intuitive as on the native channels

We typically have post content that goes out on multiple channels, but is largely the same basic pieces - we do have to tweak somewhat for different channels, and this is easy and quick on Hootsuite
Intuitive Posting, But Other Features Are Opaque

The program is often intuitive when it comes to how to post and how to customize posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing posts that have already been sent out is unintuitive. Additionally, sometimes posting will fail for no real reason with no feedback as to what went wrong. The amount of free accounts is too low for our use, but would be fine for brands managing one account per platform.

They offer detailed insights into post performance, which I can incorporate into my marketing reports, enhancing the metrics and data I share. The analytics are so comprehensive that they provide a snapshot of a month's performance, making it easy to track and evaluate social media strategies over time.

I dislike the lack of a monthly calendar view in Hootsuite, which would enhance the planning and scheduling process by providing a more comprehensive overview of activities.

Comprehensive and User-Friendly, with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Social media wasn't really a focus of mine until a team member left the organization. I had used HS in the past, but it's been quite some time. Once I talked to our AM and was able to log in, I realized how much more comprehensive the platform had gotten. It's super easy for me to use. I particularly like OwlyGPT for planning. I'm looking forward to looking into the analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in on a regular basis can be a bit of a challenge, but mainly because I don't have time to set up the 2FA. Still, I just use an old email verifying my email, which prompts another email, which gets me into HS no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that would allow us to not only post on all our platforms (as well as add new mediums, like socials for executives), and HootSuite fits perfectly.
