Collaborative, easy to use, with great built-in AI enhancements

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to work with my clients in a collaborative manner to produce the best calendar of social content. Plus it has great reporting, even easier than LinkedIn, that provides the insights needed to show ROI. It also integrates wth Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay much more for some of the advanced features that would be beneficial in the Emterprise version. Also don't like that many app integrations including Canva, cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see what is being scheduled when by all team members. In addition, we can easily edit each other's work, even though we don't have the approval workflow. Also enjoy the AI Enhance feature and suggested hashtags that Hootsuite has, which can be very helpful.

Great Usability and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
We have found Hootsuite to be a system in which users can intuitively see schedules and trends at a glance but also dive deeper. We also have used the in-depth analytics for internal reporting and to make decisions on campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, Hootsuite meets our division's needs, provides training and support and helps us think through the best use of socials for our messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, the ease in which we can see trends and also make choices on timing and messaging by platform has been key. We are a small team and Hootsuite is a great partner in it.

One-Stop-Shop For All of Your Social Media Needs

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage all of my company's social media accounts in one place. I really enjoy the analytics dashboard, and how I can see the statistics for each account all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boosting posts through the Hootsuite interface seems to be a bit tedious and not straighforward. My company has resorted to using paid advertising through each social platform individually. I'm glad to see that Hootsuite is working on making updates to this part of their software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is the best platform that I have personally found for managing all social media pages in one place. I can easily post to each account simultaneously and compare how different posts perform on each platform. They make it easy to really dive into the analytics portion of social media without having to work too hard. Work smarter, not harder! :)

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so easy to plan/schedule my social and also easy to move posts around if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to tag people when I write a LinkedIn post. It works sometimes but not always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling our social on LinkedIn and Facebook and providing metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to post in one instead of logging into numerous different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be quite a few technical errors. Today, when logged in and attempted to post i couldn't- the screen froze. I tried to close the browser and restart and couldn't. I also don't like that i have to resize for LinkedIn vs FB. I think an improvement would be the ability to delete from the same application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time than rather logging into various different accounts on the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it for scheduling posts in advance, and it does exactly what I need it to do. Being able to schedule social posts in advance takes so much of the busy work out of it. It's also easy enough to use that I can get someone up to speed on the basics of it in a short ammount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening aspect is a nice feature, but doesn't work terribly well for my company because our name contains a few very generic terms, so it pulls in results unrelated to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the busywork out of posting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ability to have an overview of how we are performing is awesome too
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could pre-schedule instagram stories, or ease of posting some type of poll across platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep organized and have a marketing plan, being a person who wear many hats at the company and how it gives a great overview of performance .

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has streamlined our non-profit social media and allowed us to post more often. Being able to write posts for different social media platforms without having to go to each individually has freed up so much time for me. The analytics are great, once you get the hand of it. It's very easy to use and has allowed me to post more frequently based on the analysis of our buisiest times for posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for the analytics but once you figure them out, they are a tremendous reporting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has freed me up to work on other marketing, other than social media.

A great tool for building and managing your personal brand

What do you like best about the product?
The calendaring functionality in Hootsuite is top-notch. My employer uses another platform, which is so completely inferior to Hootsuite when it comes to building your queue and being able to see it in a standard calendar week format. Also, Hootsuite has strong integrations with the obvious social platforms you need to use...although it's lagging on BlueSky.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real issue with Hootsuite from my perspective is the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule the sharing of links and articles that will be of interest to my followers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to leverage key dates in the marketing calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't auto-save drafts when creating content. If the browsers fails I loose progress.

It allows me to create and schedule content wayyy in advance
