Great for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes scheduling and managing multiple social media accounts simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be high for smaller teams, and some platform integrations could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps streamline social media management by allowing me to schedule posts in advance, track engagement, and manage multiple accounts efficiently. It saves time, improves consistency, and provides valuable insights to optimize content strategy.
Excellent Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use hootsuite multiple times a week to schedule and execute our campaigns. I like that am able to integrate Canva into hootsuite, the scheduling feature and the exceptional analytics.
It is super easy software to implement and very intuitive., Customer service is responsive. Also, the APP is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a portfolio of all images that we attach to our posts, rather than having to look at the posts individually.

A powerful tool for managing social media
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool for managing my social media channels. I can schedule post on multiple platforms at the same time. I appreciate the recommended posting times so I know my content is getting the most views. The planner helps me see my scheduled content in multiple formats. The analytics are especially useful, specifically the ability to compare my performance to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've run into is not being able to link Instagram mentions while in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easy way to schedule and analyze content.
It saves a ton of time and keeps all the analytics for each platform in ONE spot. I Love it!

I can create one post and schedule it to hit as many social media platforms as I choose

It's pricey - but it's worth it. There isn't another product similar for the less.

I can keep an eye on all activity using the dashboard.
Making the chore of social posting easier
What do you like best about the product?
With Hootsuite you can spend time planning your social media in one fell swoop, weekly or monthly, and then move on to the other work you need to get done. Social media can feel like a daily grind, Hootsuite makes that easier.I also really like the ability to see all of my streams in one place & compare how my posts are doing on different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricy. But considering the time it saves me, I think entirely worth it...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media could take every working moment when I'm trying to actually run a business; it can be like the tail wagging the dog... With Hootsuite, I get my time back & can decide to batch social on one day, so the other days I can move the ball forward.
Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has made keeping a social media posting schedule so much easier. I love the hashtag suggestions, I love that I can change the thumbnails for links, and I love that I can post across all of our platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes the when I try to mention people on LinkedIn, the tagging won't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed us to better track our social media analytics and it has also allowed us to schedule out posts far in advance, which has made our lives easier. It's so handy to create a posting schedule and then use Hootsuite to schedule them.
Saves time, increases productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to post on all platforms at once and customize each experience with tailored tags, hashtags, and other mentions. It makes it much easier when I can add links to Facebook and LinkedIn that allow it and customize differently for Instagram since characters tend to be shorter and link process is different.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to post less than 5 minutes out. I sometimes have to push posts out by that amount when creating on Planner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a one person team for a non-profit with less than 10 staff members so time is of the essence especially when we wear many hats. Hootsuite makes social media management a breeze and keeps me organized especially if I have vacation/PTO planned where I am not able to post in real time. I am able to plan ahead and have posts go up in my absense which is a major benefit.
Great potential but refinement is needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, scheduling works well. Extra features included are nice, not always as useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
They buried some useful stuff, I've already sent suggestions to the team so I hope they utilize that feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting all of your social pages together is extremely useful and efficient. Inbox needs some work though, setting up autoreplies (or making it clearer how to do so) would be a big plus. Implementing AI chatbots maybe?
Fantastic Experience on HootSuite!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is it is easy to use. I have tried other softwares for social media management and Hootsuite has the best user interface as well as customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that can be improved with Hootsuite is the ability to create 2 calendars with the standard membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency of managing all platforms in one place.
Easy to use time-saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite makes it incredibly easy to pre-schedule social media across all of the platforms I use for work. I like that Hootsuite is consistently updating the way that they connect with various platforms. It's a huge time-saver, allowing me to set up a few weeks of social media at once, as well as providing a great way to interact with consumers of our media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram, especially, is hard to connect because of the way Meta profiles are set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me figure out the best time to post, based on my followers. It also helps me spread out social media across multiple platforms without needing to login to each one individually.
