Great reliable service
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we can schedule with multiple pages and social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of accounts usable makes it a little bit limiting.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Hootsuite for quite a while now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our social media presence. The best part? The multi-channel scheduling! It’s incredibly easy to navigate, and being able to plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms seamlessly has been a game-changer for our team.
We recently upgraded our package to include unlimited social media accounts, and it has been worth every penny. Hootsuite was the only platform that truly met our needs as we expanded our social channels, and it works like a charm. The ability to cross-schedule across multiple Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube pages has saved us so much time and effort—no more juggling multiple platforms separately!
The customer support has always been excellent, with attentive teams who are quick to pick up and respond to any queries, ensuring we get the help we need without delays.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s one area that could use some improvement, it would be the analytics. While the data is incredibly useful, sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find the exact metric we need for a specific platform. That said, the benefits of Hootsuite far outweigh this minor challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving social media management challenges by providing a centralised platform for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across multiple channels. This saves us time and effort, eliminating the need to log in and out of different platforms. The multi-channel scheduling feature ensures that our content is consistently posted across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, helping us maintain an active presence without manual intervention.
Additionally, Hootsuite helps with team collaboration, allowing multiple users to manage content efficiently, assign tasks, and ensure brand consistency. The social listening tools also enable us to track mentions and engage with our audience in real time, improving customer interaction.

All round good scheduling software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting tools as they are super helpful and time-effective. I also find it easy to use and the suggestions for times to post and hashtags are great. It is very easy to implement and integrate into your work systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for multiple accounts is a lot. Split out across each account, it evens out, but it is a large expense. The customer support could do with improvement as I have found Hootsuite hard to get hold of at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to post even when not working which makes taking annual leave and weekends at lot easier. Also, the reporting tools are great!

Hootsuite allows me to manage all of the social media accounts effectively for my business in one place.

Hootsuite has great pricing points for SME's and large corporations, but is steep for an individual.

I work on a large number of social media accounts from various brands and in multiple languages. Hootsuite allows me to manage and customize them all in one place effeciently.

Free for students, and so many tools to manage your social accounts

Timed tests for the certification and the modules are kind of long

It's helping me learn ways to grow and manage my social accounts.
It is an excellent program if you are short on time and need to keep up consistent content posts.

Cross-post platform scheduling is made so much easier by this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesnt give you enough customization per social account. Each platform offers different personalization options as an additive for posts. Hootsuite only caters to a few so you end up having to go back and edit every post individually anyway once its published.

I can schedule in advance extremely easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can compile quick reports of social media accounts to see how they are doing over a period of time. I dont have to worry about going into each account and pulling stats that are apples to apples because Hootsuite does it for me. I also love the fact that I can post on all my accounts and can control the message for individual ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social media accounts for LinkedIn disconnect and if a password change has happened from a client, it is difficult to get it back on there. I dont think this is a Hootsuite issue though.

I manage a lot of social media accounts for clients and keeping them organized is difficult. Hootsuite makes it easy to create groups and choose the entire group to post on so you dont forget someone's personal LinkedIn or account.

(1) For a sole trader, I cant have certain account types unless i upgrade to a teams package.
