What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - saves us a lot of time, especially as it relates to images.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive. The time savings probably offset the cost, tho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The image functionality is huge - it saves a ton of time and trouble.

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule a time to queue up a month of posts when I have time, look at my calendar to see what's coming up, and easily post to multiple social media accounts with one click. Now I don't have to remind myself to log in daily and think of something to post on the fly. I feel like my brand is more cohesive, aligned, and synced with what's happening on the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't also post to my personal instagram - and as an entrepreneur, that can be frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts across social media platforms in a simple, easy to use way. And I love that it actually works - I've never had it fail to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I whish it connected to Bluesky, but I suspect it will before too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to write batches of posts in advance. Event though I tend to only use one social platform, Hootsuite is much easier than doing it directly on that platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for over 10 years, I've seen different iterations of the software and I have to say that its layout is very user friendly, it makes it easy to schedule, review and respond to different types of content. It also has many features that can definitely make the social media management work load a much more manageable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, this tool is a great aid for all my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have any issues right now, but whenever I've had some difficulties or any type of issue their customer service is quite fast and effective.

It meets our basic needs. It's easy to use.

Slow at competing with other platforms, doesn't offer new social media platforms. The analytics can be more robust.

Being able to schedule posts in advance and providing analytics on the performance and engagement of posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy it's ease of use and ability move things posts around, as well as a rich dashboard of analytics

It would be nice if social listening was part of the professional package rather than an upgrade

I found Hootsuite easy to schedule posts in advance and duplicate when necessary, besides viewing analytics for each social platform

What do you like best about the product?
Tons of features—more than I need for my small operation, so I haven't personally tested everything. Very reliable, consistent results—Hootsuite seems to adapt quickly to the constant (sometimes inexplicable) changes that social media platforms love to make. Easy to connect accounts and stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel clunky at times. Marketing popups can be bothersome. Hoping for Bluesky support soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to quickly and easily make and manage posts across platforms for my nonprofit clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate a central hub to send social media posts from and not needing to be on each site daily at the right time and losing inevitable minutes caught up in the scroll. I use Hootsuite two to four times a week, and it's nice to know that things have been scheduled. I appreciate the metric reports, which sometimes has data I'm no longer able to access on the sites themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite autosaved drafts. I often forget to hit save as I'm bouncing between tabs and juggling tasks, and I am often logged out overnight before I get a chance to come back in and complete them and I am occasionally needing to rewrite and reschedule (essentially do double work). I'd like if it had a Bluesky integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me not have to think about social media all day every day, which allows me to focus more on other marketing and design tasks.
