Easy management of multiple social profiles in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and the analytics tools that it offers. I've tried multiple social media managing apps/softwares and their analytics typically do not compare to the depth and relevance of the analytics that Hootsuite offers. I like how easy it is to manage and post on multiple social profiles all in one place. I've tried other platforms but it feels like they tend to glitch often, and I don't have that issue with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful thing about Hootsuite is not being able to see a feed layout. I know for most of our clients having a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing feed is essential for their brands and so having an option to view what your feed will look like with scheduled content would be helpful. I know that Cloud Campaign does this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Hootsuite is solving for us is managing multiple client's social media platforms all at once and in once place. We manage multiple social media accounts and being able to schedule posts and view analtyics for each of them all in one place with the ease of just switching into the right client's social account is great!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule, use AI to develop captions, and the range of platform integrations makes content marketing a streamlined process for a team of one.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it bugs out, it bugs out. I've had a few repeated posts on days when the software was down, but nothing too crazy that I couldn't remedy manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the capacity problem for small teams. Being able to schedule and duplicate posts makes it easier to wear all of the communications and marketing hats.

Easy-to-use but lacking customer service

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the most cost-effective platforms on the market. The interface is easy to use and allows you to easily tailor your writing for different platforms while keeping the same overall message. the analytics are fun to look at, however, it's not what my company wants us to report on. We use it almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't quickly adopt new social media features. The customer service is slow to respond and not very helpful. Expect to be bounced from person to person over the spam of a month if you have to seek help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule muplie posts for different platforms. It is easy to write one "overall" post and then tweak the writing and edit the photos for each social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite primarily for a way to consolidate our posts and pull analytics and historical data. We really appreciate the ease of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a nonprofit, the upselling of services from AI to "Listening in" has quite a creep factor that is not essential to our use of social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to schedule posts in advance, quickly review previous posts to gather insights, and swiftly retrieve monthly data analytics for our evaluation.

What do you like best about the product?
It has excellent analytics tools and planning options. I like intuitive it is to use and teach to fellow colleagues.

The limited photo attachments is the biggest downside in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes social media analytics and management simple and user-friendly. It helps me to management multiple social media platforms in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful tools Hootsuite provides is analytics on your socials. I don't even know all of the data I can pull yet, because there are so many different options to choose from based on what you need. I also really appreciate Hootsuite's insights. Hootsuite has many different educational pieces to learn from and grow. It also recommends time and date for posting which I have found to be super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using Hootsuite for a month and I do only have one thing I "dislike." 1. You cannot give your posts an internal name on Hootsuite so they show up as the caption which can make it a bit confusing when you have multiple posts per day. 2. I wish that if you are posting the same post to different platforms that instead of breaking them out individually once they are scheduled, you could still go in and edit the caption or photo once instead of doing it for each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous social media management platform did not give us the analytics we needed. The analytics Hootsuite provides have been beneficial in showing us where we are growing and where we need improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive features, reliable, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if you could adjust comment settings for Facebook posts when you schedule them in Hootsuite, but that is not a current feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small team, a big workload, and we manage 20 social media channels. Hootsuite makes it so much easier to create once and publish everywhere!

Efficient and User-Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite because it allows me to send the same post/message across multiple platforms, but still allows me to edit each individual one if necessary. I use the calendar view 95% of the time and it just really helps me schedule posts. I also like that it provides the suggested time of day to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could go back further than a year to see past posts, but it's not a dealbreaker. I would like an option to stay logged in longer, it seems like I have to log-in so many times. It's even logged me out mid-composition before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It prevents me from having to access separate social media sites to post my content, which saves me time. It also provides suggestions an analytics that help me learn the best practices specific to my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenient and user-friendly social media automation tools. I love the analytics and how it will tell you the recommended times to posts. I also love the AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increased cost when adding more team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a very streamlined approach to social media scheduling. I am able to post compelling copy to all platforms at the same time, saving me so much time. Everything is done in one place. I am also able to view analytics so I can better tailor my social media posts on each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides a seamless integration and scheduling across multiple platforms. Saves you a lot of time repeating your posts/uploads since you can just do it all once, in one place for all social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a meta policy issue that restricted our account and we could not reach Meta or anyone to help. It was a minor restriction that has caused a lot of troubles for our team. Because of this, we could not link that account to Hootsuite. Without linking it, it was like going back to the old days where we had to repeat the posts/uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us save time so we can scale and work more efficiently. The reporting is next level. No more creating reports and entering data on spread sheets.
