Easy and Useful Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows you to have peace of mind when managing social media, you don't have to worry about posting something at a certain time. For example, our "Happy Holidays" posts can go out when nobody is in the office. It's easy to use and to post across multiple platforms at once. I use it frequently for managing our social media platforms and it's a great tool to save time and ensure all your posts are consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit confusing and I think they're is too much white space; I preferred when the website was more colorful. It seemed more easy to navigate that way. The homescreen seems to be overwhelming. Also, I wish tagging was a bit easier. On LinkedIn, I have a hard time finding people and businesses I want to tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving problems of typos (checks for you) and inconsistency in playforms. For example, Hootsuite ensures all posts are cohesive across all platforms of my company's accounts.
Effective & Simple Social Media Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know how I would manage to keep up on social media demands without hootsuite!
I love that Hootsuite is a one-stop shop for everything a busy social media content manager needs. It easily integrates with other tracking software, and already has connections to other online vendors that are commonly used in the industry.
The decision to start using hootsuite was a no-brainer when compared to other options. No downloading files to your computer or the constant need to contact customer support, they are easily accessed online and even reach out to the customers occasionally to check in. I've never even had to contact their customer service team unlike so many other online tools.
I am on this site every week if not every day, it is so useful to me. I also enjoy the options of upgrading your subscription to include cool and useful insights if desired.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it perturbing at times that the post specs don't seem to match the specs of the actual social media. For instance, if I am posting a gif to Facebook, Hootsuite will tell me it must be under a certain length/time/quality. However if you go directly to the medium to post the same file, it works seamlessly.
I would appreciate the specs being at least updated synchronously with the algorithmic changes. (However, with how often the different social mediums update and change their algorithms, I honestly have no clue how practical or possible this is). There may be a Hootsuite limit for these posts for a good reason, but it can seem nonsensical to a user in such an instance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really solves the problem of time management for me. Working with a medium in need of constant attention while juggling other responsibilities requires the ability to preemtively publish content. Hootsuite has always been the best way for me to do that! It was how I was taught to publish marketing content from the beginning of my career.

Great social media content platform, loaded with great features
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is nice and simple. Easy to schedule to posts, make changes and link partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't remove posts once they are posted. Some platforms are hard to tag partners in.

Effect, Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate. My work was using Sprout Social before, and while it had good qualities, I convinced them to switch because I loved Hootsuite’s setup. It’s designed for social media and is used by some of the biggest companies in America.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite allowed you to reply to comments directly. It would also be great if you could schedule captions and the first comment on Facebook. I also wish it integrated better with Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m a new Hootsuite user, but looking back at older Hootsuite videos on YouTube when I have a question, it's clear that they continuously upgrade their platform and are always working to improve it.
The easiest way to manage and track social media marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to view the calendar and what is planned and coming up. The recommendations for date/time to post are also very helpful. The reporting is great and I can easily pull what I need to share with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It disconnects from my networks at least 1x per month for some reason. The analytics don't match what I see in LinkedIn so I need to pick a single source of truth or some combination of the two systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule out posts in advance. I like the ability to access a free library of images to use alongside my posts. I also have an easy way to pull data instantly.
Hootsuite is a great platform, but could use some updates
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use Hootsuite, and how I can post to several platforms at the same time. I like that all of my social platforms can be managed from a single place. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes Hootsuite is a bit behind on updates for social platforms. Twitter has been "x" for a year, and the Hootsuite platform still refers to "x" as Twitter for analytics and scheduling purposes.

Hootsuite streamlines my workflow in so many ways
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has offered many upgrades over the past year without charging extra - helping to streamline the work I do, as well as recommend ways to boost engagement and effectiveness of our social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to adjust video cover images on all platforms.

Helping to write content and select the best times to post content.
Hootsuite for posting
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to schedule out posts and shorten links quickly and embedd the UTM in the shortner. Easy to use

The engagement data. not being able to export in excel is a huge downside.

Being able to post to all social accounts from one place. Makes it easier to upload and type everything once rather than log into each account to post from
Hootsuite is a Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to schedule and manage posts across various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) from one dashboard, saving time and effort. The other best feature is The built-in analytics that allow you to track and report all of your Social Media stats - this provides great clairty on how your posts are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite can get a little confusing to navigate. There are so many features available that many of them get overlooked. I will also say there isnt much guidance on the platform i had to learn mainly by trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting,tracking and managing all of our social media counts at the same time. This greatly saves time for us and provides easy reporting.
Seamless Posting
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to edit per platform is fantastic! I love the ability to check other accounts against ours as well. Ideal posting times are also super helpful and accurate in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnection of accounts can be confusing sometimes. I wish I could add sounds to the videos to go with the trending posts on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

We have streamlined posting and being able to see our retailers posting us.
