Helpful for keeping things organized - with a few bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to get social media scheduled in advance when I'm running multiple social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite randomly disconnected from two of my social media accounts when I was going to be away from work for three weeks. Luckily, I noticed and could get in to fix it, but it was majorly inconvenient as it meant missing two major fundraising deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have time to sit down and make sure social posts are lined up for my workplace every single day. It's nice to be able to schedule things out in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to plan, create, and schedule all of my social accounts in one place. The AI tools are helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly cheap but its worth it in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of the analytics in one place really helps.
Hootsuite is a great value
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great value for non-profit organizations to use to manage their social media pages. It is easier to navigate than other programs and was extremely easy to implement using when switching over. The features offered make posting and managing social media easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other programs, the AI feature on Hootsuite is inadequate. Many times I need to go to ChatGPT to get what I want for posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows managing multiple social media pages at once. My non-profit organization has 4 Facebook pages and 4 Instagram pages. With Hootsuite, we are able to tweak the messages for each page but easily post to all pages.
Great For Content and Finding Trends
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a powerfull tool as one of the largest tik tok shops in the automitive category! It helps us organize content and follow trends for future content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am pretty new to the platform so I have not seen anything I dislike yet.

Organizing content and reading trends within our category
Robust and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to set up and deliver content from any source and post to a variety of social platforms with a few clicks. Hootsuite also has a plethora of resources for training and keeping track of the results of postings. The even have a nonprofit program that is accessible to organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hasn't expanded to include more platforms.

One place to set up and deliver content to the various social platforms I engage.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use and fairly reliable. I enjoy that you can post to multiple sites and it makes it easy to do so. I like the AI writing option as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are posting errors, such as it will not post the content or it will post the content twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily schedule posts as well as post them.

Scheduling and analytics tools. Makes client work perfect.

Must be mostly when profiles disconnect themselves.

This benefits me by saving time, improving content consistency, enabling real-time engagement, and offering analytics to optimize performance—all essential for executing digital strategies effectively.
Makes social media easy peasy
What do you like best about the product?
Love the overall view of everything, the UI is easy to use and you can see your calendar easily, which makes for easy scheduling. Love that it tells you best time to post and allows for tagging socially. Also really like you can see the data easily by downloading everything into an easy to send document. Seamlessly integrates with all of my social media channels. Use it every day for staying on top of my social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to tag people in scheduled stories, as well as posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me see all relevant upcoming holidays, and allows me to see the whole month of scheduled content as well as instagram stories so I don't have to plan in a less effcient way. It allows me to spend less time on my phone and more time doing other important tasks.

Some of the indights can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before joining the business there was no social media scheduling in advance. This helped make the job easier so I can concentrate on other areas of my role.
