The packages aren't ideal for a small agency like mine, and Teams account doesn't seem to work as we thought it would with different team members having their own log ins.

Advanced scheduling, easy review and editing
A great tool for marketing practices and social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best about Hootsuite is the ability to manage multiple accounts at once. There are tools that I can use to better develop content for my social accounts, as well as the ability to optimize post times based on past records. I really enjoy the tool for social listening, it gives an insight to what are the new trends and current topics that everyone is in discussion about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the ability to plan postings. I like the calendar overview of my month, but sometimes I prefer being able to visualize what posts are going up on those specific days. If there was an opportunity to develop drafted postings, similar to the ways of a sticky note that can be dropped and placed on the calendar, it would help ease my socials planning. I sometimes find that Hootsuite makes mistakes, such as when I have finish drafting my captions on a post, but the preview does not showcase the corrected draft and instead publishes the previous one that has not been updated. I had run into issues where I had to remove posts and rework them in order to show the correct info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me with one important task: organizing my socials all into one spot. It can be quite difficult for me to manage multiple platforms if there are more than one platforms to post on. Hootsuite is able to help me access them all at once and have my content ready to be scheduled, posted and optimized for the best viewing success. It is relatively easy for me to use and manage the different postings, even as I am using the basic version.
Hootsuite is a game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to write one post and use it across multiple social networks. It is really easy to differentiate with the seperate tabs in a post draft for each network and make adjustments so each will post correctly according to the social network's parameters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the previous version/view of scheduling in a list versus the weekly calendar but I am getting used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it not such a chore to write social posts and schedule them out. It is so much easier to sit for an hour and hammer out a bunch of content but still be able to post if things come up in the moment.
Simple, accessible, and useful hub for all our social media.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to duplicate posts across socials. It cuts the time to post significantly and is one less thing to worry about.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike sometimes is the Plan tab. If we make a minor mistake on our posts, we have to individually edit each account's postings. Since we have many, it is a little complicated to find and edit each. There may be a way around this already that we don't know, but that is really the only complaint aside from the occasional server errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bugs and speed of platform seem to be improving
It's great for a number of things and it also has it's faults. I'll get into specifics later.

Being able to collaborate on IG is huge for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tag on stories and the site can get wonky and eradicate posts while in the composting phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to simultaneously post on a number of channels for the organizations I work for.
Perfect For My Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I schedule content for multiple brands with multiple channels, and I love how easy it is to schedule content across all platforms. Hootsuite is straightforward and integrates into any social platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, I will get error messages that will block me from scheduling any content on specific brand pages for a prolonged period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that all of the scheduling, management, and analytics are in the same place. There are limitations on certain social platforms, specifically when it comes to scheduling, that I feel like Hootsuite solves. The analytics data and reports make my life easier too as I am the only social media employee and I need to be able to pull data and report progress quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I can post to multiple social media profiles at once. The analytics are helpful to see what's working. The site recommends the best time to post, too. I also like that I can post to FB, Insta, LinkedIn and X.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't upload video and photos through Hootsuite. That's inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many social media sites to post to, and Hootsuite makes it easier to manage.
One of the best social media tools for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to schedule all my posts and reply to any comments and messages within the same polatform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they moved the streams section. It used to be faster to get there, Specially for someone who uses Hootsuite every single day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a part of Quebec, we need to post in french, although our audience is mainly in the US and english canada. Hootsuite helps us post for specific languages and regions.
User-Friendly Interface with All the Bells and Whistles
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite across multiple employers and personally for 10+ years. Overall, it is my go-to for social media management and scheduling. Some of my favorite features include:
(1) Preparing social content, shortening the links, and easily scheduling posts or saving them as drafts.
(2) Analytics and reporting across all of my social networks in one concise report. I love the year-end review as well.
(3) The AI integrations have been great, especially the one that can create content from links to an article and the integration of using AI when creating a post.
(4) Price is very competitive for what you get.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that my social networks seem to get disconnected often in the platform and I am fairly regularly reconnecting and authenticating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule content out and look at my content calendar to keep on top of things and manage comments. I love the bulk upload feature via a spreadsheet, especially for Twitter/X. I love having the feeds of all my social networks in one spot to easily like, comment and engage without having to visit each social network individually. It's overall the best concise reporting for all social networks, although I do occasionally use Facebook directly for some additional reporting.
