The most user-friendly social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use to manage multiple social media accounts and the only service which has reliably posted to all our platforms. I rarely run into something Hootsuite can't do; and when I do, it's clear. I don't spend precious time puzzling over whether I can do something through this platform. Being able to schedule stories, reels, and more has taken social media from a once a day task for our small nonprofit to a once weekly task!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to use trending audio, add stickers, etc to things posted through HootSuite. This is probably a limitation more through Meta than anything else, but it does limit some kinds of utility for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small nonprofit, employee time is our largest expense and our most precious resource. The ability to schedule posts to multiple platforms and especially onto stories is invaluable to our ability to please the algorithm and our community with regular updates.
Great for teams
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create a draft and have another team member finish up copy and approve to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the ability to integrate into Asana would be awesome to trigger events for teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the simplicity to post on multiple platforms instead of having to go to different sites.
I like the short form content and the engaging videos.

I think the transcripts and the optional in depth content is the best

I do not like that the courses take an hour.

Hootsuite makes running social media easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to plan ahead with social posts across all platforms. You only need to create the post once and can schedule it way in advance - so that you can get all of your work done at once and then not worry about it later. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which is a bonus, and I enjoy being able to track analytics. This system is all you need to effectively run social media for business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't love about using Hootsuite is not being able to schedule ahead a singular post for multiple postings. For example, if I want to schedule a photo to be posted once a week for a month, I have to schedule ahead the post for one day, then go in and make the post again (or duplicate it) and schedule it for another day, and so on. I would love to be able to schedule a post to send at multiple days and times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is saving our company a lot of time by keeping our social media management all in one place. It takes so much less time to make a post once and schedule it across all social media platforms than to go into all social media accounts individually to post.
The best social media scheduler!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very user intutitive. I like that it's easy to use from either desktop or mobile. It's very easy to integrate with multiple platforms. I also like how easy it is to chat with customer support, when needed. The platform is easy to use daily, or to schedule weeks at a time. I also like that I can not only schedule content, but edit prescheduled content easily and respond to comments and likes all from the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my least favorite things about Hootsuite is from their mobile app. You cannot reschedule content to be posted in real time. It has to be posted at least 10 minutes in the future, where the desktop allows you to reschedule in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage my time efficiently. The recommended scheduled posting times help reduce the amount of time researching the best times to post.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature that allows me to plan out posts in advance.

Hootsuite works for me in the ways I hope so no dislikes come to use.

It is a super comprehensive social media management; with a single dashboard, that streamlines the process of scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance across platforms.
The dashboard is intuitive and easy-to-navigate, which simplifies the process of managing social.
The analytics are incredibly detailed & pulling reports is so easy. You can easily track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

It's very easy to schedule and track posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics are distracting. I find them childish and ugly. I don't need my workspace dotted with cartoons and cute phrases. I want a clean interface that lets me get this work done efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recommend times for posting are very helpful. We are in the process of taking a good look at our engagement with our supporters and we rely on this tool for our results.
A Bit Clunky but Ultimately Helpful Social Network Content Planner
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's integration across practically all platforms makes it a great one-stop shop for companies with a wide social media network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's interface is not the most easy to use/user-intuitive for new users. It requires a bit of learning to take full advantage of the features it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having to post individually across social media accounts. Saves me a lot of time and energy.
Hootsuite has helped me manage and post my social media content in a seamless way.
What do you like best about the product?
I can edit my posts before they go live and I love seeing my content scheduled for the weeks ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my accounts get disconnected from Hootsuite, so I'm not sure if a social media account issue or a Hootsuite issue. Either way, I'm always able to reconnect them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've always had a challenge downloading analytics but with Hootsuite, I'm able to see my stats right away. In addition. I love being able to choose certain dates to see my stats, whether it was last week or a year or two from now.
