Hootsuite for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Love how I can use Hootsuite to manage multiple social media accounts, copy, pre-schedule posts and collaborate with team members for efficient marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was more friendly for TikTok video posting, IG reels and thumbnails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite assists with time management and social media management issues that logging into each platform would cause campaign delays for.

you can post all the content to all the platforms at the same time and you can check the analytics of your social media engagement

posting in youtube is separated, if we can add it as well along with the other platforms when posting, hottsuite would be perfect

posting contents in each social media platforms, hootsuite can post the one content acroll all the platforms in just one click
Hootsuite has helped me simplify social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's user friendly interface makes it easy to use and integrates well with most of the social media platforms. The analytics features gives everything at a quick glance helps track performance very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform has more than enough features, several of the advanced tools are exclusive to expensive plans. This prevents smaller businesses to harness the powerr of hootsuite. Also, the customer service response time could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing various social media accounts across multiples platforms is very difficult and time consuming without softwares like Hootsuite. The analytics feature to track the performance and makes it easy to adjust content strategy for better engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has saved me time with the ability to duplicate and edit posts to configure for the different platforms. It is easy and the app works just as well as the desktop version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of team uses we get. It would be helpful to get even 4 instead of 3

I am a one person team when it comes to social content and strategy, Hootsuite makes it easy for me to work with minimal help
The best out there, but still needs some features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of scheduling posts in advance for several different kinds platforms. It's also nice to see the social score for the week, so I can reflect on my performance. Hootsuite offers a robust database of information for social media from ideas on how to up your engagement to articles about trending topics of how to use the platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself often posting to Instagram directly since there's additional features that I can use in the app which are unavailable through Hootsuite. Story publishing is one of them. They claim it's possible via the mobile app, but I haven't been abel to get the mobile app working for me. Also, adding a location can really boost your posts and that is not available via Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytic tools help quite a lot. I still don't fully understand them, but I can at least grasp the overall score easily.
Powerful tool for working abroad
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite streamlines my work managing multiple social media channels, especially when I travel across multiple time zones over 200 days a year. I got a subscription because I wanted to respond to comments and messages and upload my content remotely in countries where Instagram and Facebook are unavailable. I do not want to risk being flagged by logging in to my accounts directly through the app, so I use Hootsuite via VPN. It changed my ability to work and travel. Scheduling ahead and the most detailed insights available in the world of social media are among the things I appreciate the most about Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an opportunity to schedule and post stories with interactive elements (such as ticket links and/or tags) - unfortunately, it makes it impossible to fully manage all the platforms exclusively via Hootsuite when accessing it remotely, as the main purpose of my client's account is selling tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem that is solved by Hootsuite is accessing and posting to multiple social media channels when I am traveling to sanctioned countries. I used to delegate my work to teammates when I was traveling, and now I can do a major portion of the life myself as I do not need to log in to those apps directly, and can do everything via Hootsute. Needless to say, not having to take time off work when I travel has made my life way easier.
Best tool for newbie social media consultants
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for beginner to intermediate social media managers, especially when you're still learning campaign management and targeting. The analytics are a strong feature, making it easier to track performance and improve strategies. The platform is intuitive, with a simple setup process and helpful onboarding resources. Customer support is responsive and friendly, with a knowledge base for troubleshooting. It works well for regular users managing multiple accounts, offering a solid range of features like scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration. Plus, it integrates smoothly with major social platforms and marketing tools, making workflow management more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frustrating part about Hootsuite is that social media apps keep disconnecting, which means having to reconnect them often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite takes care of social media analytics for me, so I don’t have to manually track and compile data. Since I don’t have much experience collecting analytics myself, it saves time and effort while still giving me the insights I need without having to invest in a separate tool.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The social media posing app is user-friendly. I have all my accounts ready for something to be posted with Hootsuite. It's as easy as 123.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't delete a post that's been published from the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what problems they are solving or how it benefits me.
Great Product for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to schedule out reels and posts through all our social media platforms at once!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't use original audio then hootsuite can be hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to post on different platforms during the day and consalidates that into one spot. Saves me a ton of day in my day-to-day.

Hootsuite has helped me organize all my social posts across platforms, made it easy for me to collaborate with my team, and made me more strategic and intentional with the messages I send to our audience.

There are limitations to scheduling reels through Hootsuite, such as adding audio and choosing a external thumbnail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me solve the issue of having to manually post to my accounts, it also allows me to plan ahead while being able to see and plan my social strategy in advance.
