Great SM tool for SMM
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool, intuative and easy to use. The analytics is easy to read and fast to send to team mates and other in the team. I use Hootsuite daily for scheduling and monotoring comments, great to have everytihng in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could upload pdfs to LinkedIn, or carousels. For that I have to go to the platform itself but adds to the steps :(

One place to manage social accounts, to schudule and monitor performance.
Easy to use for managing multiple social accounts
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, allows me to view and schedule my content multiple ways, and has had great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit pricey for its features and I had a difficult time using the ads feature when linking my facebook ad account. I also wish there was a way to save a targeted audience/areas instead of needing to type these in each time a campaign is created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage all social media accounts in one place and run ads. It is a very all-in-one tool.
Wonderful system
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager, this system allows me to save time by scheduling a months worth of content in one day. I would not be able to do that with out Hoosuite. I have been using it for over 3 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes - the system is wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by being able to schedule content for weeks at a time.
A user-friendly and seamless integration experience.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the calendar feature is to use and the visual it provides. I also like the draft feature and being able to go back and edit posts I was working on so I have time to edit and preview before posting. I use Hootsuite almost everyday and it keeps multiple social media accounts visually orgainzed and managable, making it convient to implement in my daily social media tasks. The fact that you can tag and or cater your content to the specific platform it helpful as well and makes for easy integration into the specifics of each platform. I have not needed customer support thus far but like that there is a chat option for easy fixes. Overall, I think it does a great job at a fair price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would wish to improve would be some aspects of the analytics. I like the customzable report, the visuals and how easy it is to export, however I wish there was some sort of live dashboard to show how your accounts are performing currently with pre-determined metrics. It would also be nice to have more speicifc options in the industry benchmarking categories. My firm is a civil engineering firm (in the AEC industry) and the closest option was "professional services/consulting", which I feel is too broad to accurately benchmark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides an all-inclusive solution for social media needs in one user-friendly place. I use it for every step of the social media process, from looking Hootsuite blogs to inform my strategy, to the AI tools to help idealize posts, to scheduling posts and reviewing performance with analytics. It allows me to stay organized and efficient when managing mutliple acccounts. I also do social media auditing as a service for my firm and regularly reccomend Hootsuite because 1.) it's affordable 2.) it's user-friendly 3.) it provides all the tools you need to be successful in social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has given me the ability to be consistant about growing a brand, I trust it's scheduling capabilities even more than the native ones on meta.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could change the covers for tiktok

A great way to seamlessly streamline all your social media management.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is incredibly helpful for me as a marketing director. It allows me to streamline the management of the multiple brands I handle, and with the level of subscription I have, I can add as many social media platforms as I need. It makes it incredibly simple to schedule posts across each platform, and manage the incoming messages received from each page. I also love the analytics views, and how I can go back in time to view how our pages have improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say, the only thing that has been a little tricky is that Hootsuite is sometimes slow to update the name of a page once it has been changed. For example, a brand that I manage went by one name when my company acquired it; however, we have since changed that name, and my dashboard still shows the old name, even though we changed it almost 2 years ago. It doesn't seem to affect my ability to post to that page, but it does throw me off sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it much easier for me to manage the many social media pages and brands that I deal with, all in one location without me having to click back and forth through log-in pages and platforms/websites.
A Game-Changer of a Platform - Set It & Forget It!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexiblity of being able to schedule social media posts in advance, knowing I can always go back and edit/tweak content if needed. I also like the calendar view which makes it easy for me to see my social media strategy holistically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to make edits in closer time-windows. This includes cancelling a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team, and taking the time everyday to ensure a social media post has been made wasn't realistic for our goals or team size. Being able to set time aside once every week to ensure our social media content is scheduled as we intend and be able to make small edits, as opposed to writing out full posts daily, has saved us a lot of time, collectively. It's also nice to be able to share our posts across multiple platforms at once instead of having to redo work across multiple channels.

The cost is on the high side of other products in the market.

Useful Social Media Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I most like the ability to combine posting on multiple social media platforms with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that YouTube is not integrated with the other social media platforms and must be done separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to seven different social media platforms is time consuming. Hootsuite allows us to cut the posting time to all platofrms by more than 75%, saving time and money.
Good, does the job scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Can use it when I am not at work for posting, especially helpful over weekends
What do you dislike about the product?
The dimensions being the same, so 1080x1080 for all posts whereas some posts are in different dimensions.
