Good, does the job scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Can use it when I am not at work for posting, especially helpful over weekends
What do you dislike about the product?
The dimensions being the same, so 1080x1080 for all posts whereas some posts are in different dimensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to move graphics and photos to a phone to upload content
Software that allows you to centralize your networks and save time, but prices are rising
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to save valuable time by centralizing all your social accounts and their different inboxes, and enables simplified management of your community management. With the integrated tools for scheduling and image reworking, we are more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing policy is astonishing. The increase that occurred in 2025 (+250% for our subscription) makes this tool now expensive, and we do not know if we will renew this year (less attractive value for money).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving for increasingly time-consuming community management

I don't get enough out of the platform, I don't know what some of the features are, I can't add "notes" in my calendar, videos and gifs often don't work when I schedule them

Allows me to schedule content so I don't have to post in the moment, and batch schedule content months in advance

Solid tool for many years
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite for at least a decade now and the tool has always performed. The interface has changed over the years and they've added more features as needed. It integrates with Zapier which is key for me, so I can automate into the tool instead of manually create posts. While I find the cost a bit prohibitive as time passes and it keeps increasing, it does the job so I keep using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other scheduling tools, the UX is visually stale. This doesn't bother me because I don't show it to my clients, but if I'd probably choose a nicer looking option if I ever needed clients to review the work.

Hootsuite allows me to schedule content very far in advance which is integral to streamlining our workflows.
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite nearly everyday and I really enjoy it! They have some a long way in the features that are provided. I really enjoy the user friendly scheduling tool and planner. I also like the various options for analytics. Something new that I really have come to enjoy is the Social Media score. The kind of tells how your page is doing with a score. I am competitive so I like coming on each week and seeing if I beat my score from the week prior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when you have to edit a post, you could edit all of the posts at once. When you schedule a post for three platforms and schedule them, but then find an error, you can't just edit one of the posts or the original post you created. You have to go to each individual post and fix it by platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts across multiple different platforms as well as analytics.

I like that it makes it easy to post to all our social platforms in one place. It's great that we can gain analytics from a single space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to link with new platforms (BlueSky) and the connection with LinkedIn to tag other users is unreliable.

Scheduling smoothness from A-Z
What do you like best about the product?
I was really impressed with the ease of use with the interface. But I think I've still got lots to learn to get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm manually duplicating posts in the social media scheduling calendar I wish the interface would flag up that there's a faster way to do something. I bet there's a way to duplicate/repeat an evergreen scheduled post en masse without having to go through this manual duplicate post business.
I want to be able to schedule repeat posts at varying times without having to manually create the duplicating scheduled posts. The scheduling feature should offer "daily/weekly" functionality just like Google event creation has this feature.
Perhaps not seeing how/feeling this isn't possible is down to my own inexperience with the platform.

The basis of this program is of course the possibility to plan publications on several platforms.

From time to time, company tags disappear on Linkedin during planning and publishing.
In addition, the layout of the arrangement of photos on Linkedin when preparing the publication is not the same as once published.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool, but there are areas for improvement. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered, making navigation a bit overwhelming. Not really a downside, but I hope they can add a whole other feature where we can connect a site to see insights regarding it.
