Hootsuite is a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a game-changer for managing my social media content. Scheduling posts in advance saves me so much time and keeps everything running smoothly, even when I’m busy with other tasks. I love that I can post to 4 social media platforms at the same time and put my social media strategy on auto-pilot. The analytics are nice but they could be improved. I learn more from logging into each platform directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is pretty high since many social platforms have scheduling built-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts in advance from one platform. What I love most is the analytics—it’s like having a behind-the-scenes look at what’s working and what’s not. Seeing which posts get the most engagement helps me fine-tune my strategy and reach more people. It’s super satisfying to watch my audience grow and know that my content is actually making an impact!
A simple interface that gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for about 3 years and it has been a great tool to manage all of my organization's social media accounts. We have various brands within the organization and it's easy to switch back and forth between each brand's content. The analytics are very useful for driving decision making. While I haven't used much of the AI services, they are great at generating ideas and getting a good start to planning content in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging accounts is a little difficult. Instagram and Twitter do not provide a search function to make sure I'm tagging the right account and it's hard to decifer accounts with the same name. I often have to go into the native app and do the tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having so many accounts and being able to seamlessly switch and manage content for various brands
Great for most social media personnel needs
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts, utilize duplication features, and having an AI tool to help with captions when you can't think of a unique way to say Happy Holidays has helped me exponentially. And having easy-to-use data analytics tools where I can just look at my dashboard every month makes my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could see the performance of individual posts - it's a tool I occasionally need, and since they don't have that ability, I have to manually record that from all the different accounts every so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my need to get things out on our socials quickly and at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great platform for digital marketing managers like myself. The ability to create streams to monitor all your content in one place is a massive advantage and a huge time saver—especially when you're checking content daily, sometimes multiple times a day. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the seamless scheduling feature helps alleviate some of the pressure from day-to-day work duties.

Implementation is also straightforward, allowing us to get up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. There's not much to dislike about Hootsuite, aside from the minor technical hiccups that you may occasionally experience, just like most products.

Hootsuite is the one-stop shop for social media management, and is a digital marketing managers best friend. It has every part of the job that you may need right there on the platform, and is always in plain site, making it easy to access the information that you need.
Feeling stuck in time
What do you like best about the product?
It easily allows you to manage multiple social media accounts for different businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like there has been no improvements, new useful features in a long time.
It's missing a lot of easily achived functions like being able to repost somethig you posted before with the click of a button, or the use of AI to give you alternatives for your copys. It feels clinky and archaic, it doesn't have a cloud function included in the first tiers to save your graphics and videos. It feels like it's getting behind on a lot of features.
The user experience is lacking, feels like I have to search around too long to find vital fuctions like UTM link setups, and instead they have things we hardly use on their home page or main menu.

hootsuite now offers collaborator tags + i like that hootsuite will try to find accounts when i @ them
What do you dislike about the product?
hootsuite's homepage is unnecessary. i prefer hootsuite to automaticallyopen up to my calendar view for planning purposes. i also would appreciate if hootsuite would let me mass edit captions on scheduled posts instead of going into each individual one to change something

i love that i can schedule posts ahead of time to not worry about having to live post for my different work accounts
My best friend in social media scheduling and tracking analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great scheduling tool, I use it on a weekly basis. Very user-friendly, it wasn't hard to learn and the UI is great. It saves me time to be able to schedule posts all in one spot. It's easy to vary messaging depending on the platform, and I can upload custom graphics and video for every account if I want to. I love that I can see the posts scheduled for the month. My boss can go in and easily review post copy and edit if needed. The analytics tools are really nice. On the sm platforms themselves, they limit the timeframe in which analytics are available. I can compare yearly analytics to track growth. I love that I can view the most popular posts. Over time, I can see what is performing best, and that informs the choices I make for what our company continues to post or, conversely, not post if it's not performing well. The hashtag generator helps me discover new hashtags to try out. Like that HS gives posting idea inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to schedule IG stories on the day I want them shared. I want a way to have a cover photo for my videos, we can only do that with Meta which doesn't make sense. So when a video posts it just shows a blank canvas, which isn't very eye-catching when someone is scrolling. So I have two choices: upload separately from Hootsuite and directly to the platform or let viewership numbers be at risk. Need to be able to track the lost follower count on our IG handle. Would like to be able to set up tagging within the post - specifically LinkedIn. It's hard to remember to go into the post to edit it and add the tags. This seems to defeat the purpose of scheduling a post to begin with if I have to go in and edit it anyway. I don't like that the post is labeled as "posted by Hootsuite". Perhaps this is also required by the sm platforms, not really sure. Would like to have Bluesky + analytics connected to Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time. I can schedule out posts as far as I want and that frees up my time to do my other marketing tasks. I can track analytics for the whole year and see a wholistic view of performance.
Easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule out so far ahead and it suggests the best times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post preview looks like it will not post correctly but on the actual platform it looks fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recent integration of AI has helped my time management for writing captions.
Makes social media easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use and soves a ton of time. Earlier when I did social media analysis manually, it was a time consuming hectic process. Now I can easily rely on the software to do the work for me. It is easy to implement and the support team is 5/5 helpful. I have been using the platform for over a year now and definitely see the positive difference in our social media stratergy and growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite keeps disconnecting from social media handles which can be quite frustrating, thus integration is required time to time. Regardless, the metrics ae pretty accurate so that makes it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me a lot of time and help me create social media reports easily. I can also view all our progress across different platforms at one place and the brand watch helps me ensure our PR is on right track.

At times, the interface can feel a bit cluttered, and some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans.

Hootsuite solves the challenge of handling multiple social media accounts efficiently. Scheduling posts in advance keeps my content consistent, and the analytics tools help me refine my strategy based on real data. It saves time and enhances my workflow.
