The usability of the platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, everything is intuitively placed and has some packed advanced features too.
Hootsuite stands out for its intuitive design, making it accessible and user-friendly, even for those new to social media management.
Everything is logically placed, ensuring users can easily navigate and find what they need without unnecessary complexity.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite offers robust functionality, its user interface (UI) feels somewhat outdated compared to more modern competitors.
This dated design can sometimes diminish the overall experience, especially for users accustomed to sleek and highly interactive platforms.
Additionally, it doesn’t replicate the full native experience of each platform. For instance, TikTok’s specific features—like direct in-app posting for images and certain interactive functionalities—are missing, which can limit content optimisation for that platform.

Great easy-to-use experience, powerful insights
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has helped our digital marketing agency handle social media posting for several clients at once in an easy-to-use platform. It helps me at a glance see and schedule posts for the month as well as plan a content calendar. The AI capabilities are still a work in progress, but some of the suggested content has helped jumpstart me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would never rely on the AI function without sanity checking it. It's often been not very helpful, but sometimes it is.

Great Product for Streamlining Digital Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting data. We use these reports for our analytics each month and they are incredibly helpful in tracking our progress. They also make it user-friendly with drag and drop options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posts fail when attempting to publish, more often than we'd like. But the support team is always on-hand and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining posting across various platforms and profiles. As a nonprofit, we have limited capacity so this is beneficial for us to maximize efficiency.

Hootsuite is a great tool, especially for those just starting out with social media. It has a great way to track metrics, follow mentions in the social media platforms, and easily allows you to plan out your posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! If you need help with something, customer service is great to take care of answering your questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan out my social media posts well in advance, as well as take a look back at previous posts, all in one place. The metrics/analytics are also easy to align with our needs.
Short, Sweet, and Cost-Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity. Hootsuite is easyt to use and very effective. My past social platform had constant outages and little to no support. Hootsuite is always realiable, super user-friendly and the best value out there.
It took us leass than an hour to implement and integrate it over 18 different channels and I use it every single day!

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything that is a downside...maybe offer reporting and analysis tips and tricks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that they added the first comment lne to social posts so we can easily insert a url.
I'm no longer afraid of social media management!
What do you like best about the product?
The Hootsuite UI makes their approach to social media management seamless, straightforward, and easy to understand. All of their services are easy to find and I learn new tips everyday just by logging in and taking a look at my dashboard!
It has allowed me to schedule posts on their recommended days/times which facilitates my planning. Planning is much more straightforward and easy to do compared to meta suite and their obnoxious (and sometimes worthless tools... I mean, not once have I had issues uploading pictures at a high quality using Hootsuite, but when I used to use meta, they would compress my pictures and they would end up super pixelated!).
I use Hootsuite almost daily to either schedule posts, check how my linked accounts are doing, and I appreciate how up-to-date this platform is when it comes to platform outages or issues. I have recommended Hootsuite to other departments because of it's easy to use interface and the benefits of adding it to my social media management routine.

The only downsides I have seen on Hootsuite have been on the analytics page, although I have seen improvements since the time that I had notices the following issues: the reports didn't always display correctly when choosing specific widgets to see them in (the bar graphs, pie charts, etc.), the file sizes for image uploads was too small for my liking, and sometimes the recommended posting times aren't the best when it comes to user engagement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me promote to my target audence based on age, location, and times when they are most active. I have also used its caption creator feature which facilitates copywriting for me!
Hootsuite gets things done + done well!
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried a few different platforms and for me, Hootsuite is what I have always come back to. It's simple interface makes it easy to plan ahead, and see what you need to accomplish each day/month/year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite can be a little buggy and my posts just don't show up the way I set them to. For example, instead of three photos going into one Facebook post, Hootsuite will post all three photos separately with the same caption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of having to manage everything on different platforms. I can do a lot of my planning, posting and tracking all in one app. I love using reports to track data, it makes the analytics super easy to find + customize reports.
Pretty good social media scheduling platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use. Good for the price - comparable with more expensive social media scheduling platforms such as Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't add captions, sound, etc to videos without pushing to mobile. Sometimes the tag settings are finicky. Not all messages go into the inbox (e.g. LinkedIn private messages)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not have the time or energy to natively post on all our different platforms. Hootsuite is essential for monitoring and managing all our different accounts.
Fan Favorite for Over a Decade
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hootsuite for over 10 years. It's easy to use and offers access to all the platforms I need for my business and the accounts I support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is integrations with new plaforms like BlueSky, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me tons of time by allowing me to post on 50+ profile and multiple plaforms all in one place. Also, it's the best priced product for the platforms I need and number of profiles I manage.
Social media posting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Hootsuite is fantastic. I went from posting on individual platforms to being able to quickly format and schedule for all platforms at once. It was easy to set up my accounts and link them to Hootsuite, I was also contacted by a rep to see if I needed help with anything. He was helpful in showing me a few features I didn't realize I wasn't using. I use Hootsuite for all of my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Hootsuite is not being able to post pictures on TikTok and not being able to adjust the cover photo on TikTik and Instagram posts. Those are minimal issues, but something that would take the service to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite took me from posting to three accounts separately to posting all at once. It makes it simple by suggesting hashtags and I've even been able to watch my progress compared to other accounts in my industry.
