Simplifies Managing Multiple Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to post across multiple platforms with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not love that we can not edit all posts on Hootsuite. We also would like to be able to interact with comments easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes managing multiple accounts easier and allows posts to be scheudled ahead of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a great tool for me as the Social Media Manager for 101 Mobility of Greater Philadelphia. It’s great for me to post all our content in one spot and have it be shared to all our platforms rather than me switch back and forth constantly. I also really like how the content calendar organizes everything in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the analytics section is not very reliable and I still prefer to check individual platforms to see how it is performing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saved me loads of time being able to see all my content for the week or month in one spot so that I can spend most of my time taking care of other initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has a really easy to navigate UI that even as it has changed over the years, still maintains that quality throughout all of the iterations i've seen of it. This powerful tool lets you schedule content ahead of time, collaborate with coworkers, respond to commends and more. It is a powerful tool that continues to get more powerful adding tools like AI, and more platforms to it. I've used Hootsuite for nearly 10 years multiple times a week at this point without feeling the urge to switch, or look into other options.

Anytime i've had to get support, their customer service was quick and prompt. It was super easy to get other team members on board and bring hootsuite into our daily list of tools we use.

All in all, I wouldn't be where I am in marketing without Hootsuite I think, and that earns it a glowing review from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Hootsuite needs to intergrate some of the newer platforms available, as well as offer greater customizability for each of them when scheduling posts for multiple platforms. One of my clients who does alot of vertical short form video content, I use another website for that exact reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time and money by letting me mass schedule content across multiple platforms, as well as allowing me to manage my engagement all in one place. That alone saves me a ton of time.

Simple scheduling to get ahead on socials

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has great prievews of how your post will appear on the specific social network you're scheduling for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I wish Hootsuite would allow is adding Alt text to instagram photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use Hootsuite, I can have peace of mind when I'm not working, so that if I'm not on the clock, my organization's social media is still on.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a major time saver, much better than having to individually log in to each social media platform to make mosts.

I like that you can tailor the post to each platform, since X has character limit this comes in handy.

I like that it uses Owly to shorten links.

It is easy to add and edit images.

I like that it is easy to follow and understand the anaylytics/performance over time of posts and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function to tag other users and entities is glitchy and doesn't always give what I am looking to tag.
I find Instagram platform particualrly difficult to use because of the tag search functionality.

I find the calendar page overwhelming to look at and hard to follow.

I batch schedule reposts frequently, my process is copying the text from the post in Streams, editing it as needed in Create and the scheduling. I dislike how everytime I Schedule Post it takes me the calendar page, I would prefer it stay at Streams. I also dislike that streams is in the More menu and not in the main sidebar on the left-hand side.

When viewing the activity in Streams I dislike that you have to click to see what post the comment is in response to.

I dislike that when I'm not in the USA I can't use the product, can't use with VPN either.

I dislike that not every social media platform allows for published posts to be edited via hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging into social media accounts for a company is a major pain especially given two-factor authentication, where typically only one-person has the device with access codes to log on.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is best for planning posts in multiple platforms. Because I am part of a non-profit and have a lot a of reaccurening events and programs, I really enjoy being able to duplicate and edit posts after they've been posted. I use it on a daily bases to schedual weeks and month in advance wice helps because I am not always able to keep watch on it.
Hootsuite also keeps posts up to a year so I can go back and resuse postings from up to a year.
It is very easy to learn and use, whenever I talk to other media sepcialist they tend to use this platform verus others. I have to make competeing bids every year in order to keep the software and its prices make it an easy choice to comepte with other.
While making posts I can also program the calander to show me only certain platforms, I mostly work with Instagram so it's nice to be able to filter out facebook, twitter, and linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite had more neiche platforms availble to connect with.
I would also like to be able to post to stories without having to confirm it duing scheduling, I have never been able to figure out how that feature works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedual postings in advance so that I can focus on other parts of my work. Other platforms like Later.com limit you on how many posts and up to a certain date. Hootsuite lets me program post far into the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity, this has made every part of posting easier and better, I use this everyday.

Manually deleting every post I scheduled when I need to change dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut the process time drastically, we spend much less time worrying about uploading our posts everyday.

Good for beginners

What do you like best about the product?
The interns love it, it's easy to set-up and easy to use format. We Use it for all our main platforms. The AI can use a little improvement, but it has great reccomendations. Teh reporting tools are great for presenting to the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like the newest update. Would be nice to customize the dashboard and add what our team uses the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access to our analytics. It's simple enough to design the report you need at different times of the year and export immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to post across platforms without the clunkiness of using multiple schedulers. A general post can be written and then edited to match the tone for each platform the post is going on. Adding Alt Text is also a breeze with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
With every piece of software there are bound to be glitches - late posts, doubled posts, posts not going up at all. While they are inconveniences they happen so infrequently so as not to be a hinderance of using the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post and monitor multiple platforms all in one space is a time saver.
