Perfect for One Person Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to create content for multiple social media accounts in just a few clicks. As a one person marketing team, Hootsuite helps me stay organized with my social media management for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors scheduling, but that is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to see national days coming up that I don't have to search for and help with recommended time for posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite for scheduling social media content for over ten years now. I have to say the best thing is the ease of scheduling and the reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems small, but I wish the page showing all the connected accounts would be in alphabetical order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to add multiple platforms so scheduling can be done all in one place.
Easy to use. Organized and would be lost without this app!

I've observed that several buttons performing the same function could be consolidated to streamline the interface and enhance visual clarity.
The process of adding new social media accounts often takes very long and does not work.
It would also be beneficial if the post date and time automatically adjusted based on context, such as when posting multiple holiday updates for different companies.
This feature would significantly reduce time spent on manual adjustments.
Additionally, a more intuitive way to access a recent post history would improve the workflow. Having a clear, easily navigable list of recently published content would allow for quicker edits, as this feature is currently difficult to locate.
As a UX designer, I believe these adjustments would significantly improve the platform’s usability and user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows our organization to plan social media content weeks in advance across the various platforms we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to dislike about Hootsuite.

Hootsuite gives feedback and recommendations on how our campaigns are doing and what we can do to increase engagement.

Hootsuite makes Social Media easy! We are able to plan out our whole month's posts, all within a few hours- and to 4 different social media platforms!

Hootsuite is expensive, but totally worth it!

Good platform for managing multiple social pages for one business
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is to choose different social platforms, upload photos and add the copy in the posts. I like how after you save them you can edit individually also.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you upload photos that are a flyer size they cut off where as uploading stright to facebook they dont. Their video uploads can also be tricky to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping manage the different platforms for our business so we don't have to run them from each platform individually.

Social stream capabilities kind of suck. I wish the LinkedIn stream had even half the options as the Twitter one does.

Saving time by only needing to schedule posts in one place.
Works Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I think that it's helpful to be able to personalize your content for each platform from an original post. For example, I can write a caption and insert photos, choose the platforms, and then go to each specific platform to tailor it better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how they set up their analytics dashboard. Navigating the various tabs can be hard to follow.

It is solving the problem of having to post directly from each platform every day.
