Easy to Use Tool for Posting to Multiple Social Media Sites at Once

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite almost every day — it is really helpful that I can create a post in one place that will then post to all our social media sites. I like that I can edit the caption and images to be different for each social media site. I also use the scheduling feature a lot to have posts go out on the weekends when I am not in the office. Overall it is an easy to use and helpful tool for creating and posting content!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have noticed is sometimes when I am editing an image using Hootsuite, it will not let me save the image so I am forced to refresh my browser and restart the whole post. This is especially frusting when I uploaded a lot of photos and had the caption created and then lose all that work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it possible to post to all of our social media sites at once which saves us a ton of time and energy!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool for managing social media activities. It helps me post across multiple platforms, saving me time and effort. The scheduling features helps me be more efficient. I can post all of my content quickly and conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the cost is a major downside. While the services are great, the pricing is high, which makes it hard for my small business. They need to offer more affordable plans that can help small business thrive. They use to offer a better free plan but little by little they took away features to force people to pay for their services. Also their customer service is terrible when it comes to address dispute about payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helped me with multiple social media platforms by allowing me to manage everything in one place. It simplify scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking analytics across my accounts, which saves me a lot of time and effort.

Being able to manage multiple accounts from one central location

The instagram postings can be a little finicky. Sometimes when it's a post with multiple pics, only the first one gets posted

What do you like best about the product?
I save so much time now because I can not only post to different socials, but I can customize them. Photos fit, I can tag in different ways and I can see how posts will look on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much downside, except we have an additional Instagram that doesn't link to our main Facebook. I do still have to post to that separately. Outside of that, all platforms link and work great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to schedule posts on each individual platform when I went on vacation. For X, I would still have to post when out of the office. Hootsuite allows me to schedule with ease so I have no worries when on vacation, everything is covered on every platform. Also, without an analytics person on our team, it is way easier to follow trends and see which posts are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what I would do in my marketing and social media role without Hootsuite! The best thing about it is that it's a one-stop shop for posting on social media! Very easy to use! I appreciate the analytics reports you can pull and the suggested best posting times!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I dislike about Hootsuite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me write content with it's AI tool, hashtag generator and ability to post across multiple platforms all at once!

- Has technical issues
- randomly disconnects accounts
- is a pain to set up new accounts
- randomly doesn't post content sometimes
- can't choose own thumbnails for all platforms
- no hashtag analysis or research
- not always accurate analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- recently added instagram collaborator invites which makes my life easier than having to do it afterwords

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage multiple accounts for multiple brands across platforms and clearly see the scheduled outline for the week/month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are the lack of Instagram story capabilities. I am unable to add music or tag users ahead of time which makes using that feature a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be hard to manage multiple accounts across platforms. The scheduling tools on Facebook and Instagram are lacking and it meant a lot of extra work for me to try to schedule in advance. As our platform grew, having a tool like Hootsuite became necessary to plan ahead and optimize all of our accounts and content. This tool gives me back hours I would use to switch platforms and try to schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule our social media posts in advance, add graphics, customize links, and raise awareness of our resources to our audience. The tools are user-friendly and my time is much more efficient because I can batch my work for a whole week ahead - or more!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me several days to adapt to the most recent dashboard tool changes. While I appreciate how hard Hootsuite's teams work to stay abreast of the rapidly changing landscape of social media, I wish updates had more support or explanation ("guide to changes") given in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of social media management, it's pretty solid. You can easily add accounts, create content, schedule it, move things around, save drafts, and more. There's a library of graphics and gifs to use, and even AI to kickstart your writing (if you're into that). You can also monitor account engagement and do some social listening. But wait, there's more! Hootsuite offers a lot of really great analytics, and all from one place, which is handy if you're monitoring several platforms. I've used Hootsuite at several different companies now and I'm using it weekly if not daily, and it's always been a solid tool that's user-friendly and largely unproblematic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a fairly expensive tool, and there is still room for improvements. To name a few features I'd like to see: the ability to add Instagram alt text, the ability to schedule a Twitter thread, and more distinction between some analytics and how they're counted. Also their chatbot is pretty bad, which can be annoying when you have a simple question, but eventually you can connect to a real human and get answers via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is only one of my tasks, so being able to easily schedule a bunch of content when I can and then let Hootsuite do its thing is great. Hootsuite also solves the problem of tracking analytics. Heck, Twitter doesn't even let you view your own analytics anymore unless you pay, so being able to have some data from Hootsuite is valuable.
