Excellent tool for social media management and content scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy being able to schedule daily content across many of our social media channels. It's helpful to be able to plan ahead and get content scheduled in the pipeline. It saves a lot of time not having to post individually on each social and having a visual schedule helps us stay organized.

The tools to resize images for the requirements of different socials is really helpful and time saving as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, we use Hootsuite in a pretty specific way and it works great for what we do. Sometimes the connections to social media networks go offline but that seems to mostly be related to when there are issues with those networks or when they update their APIs and so then Hootsuite's team needs time to update their app/integration with them.

I would like to see Hootsuite support Bluesky in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy content scheduling and monitoring user comments/content.

An easy way to stay on top of our socials

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling content and being able to post across multiple platforms allows us to plan a thorough calendar. which is easy to change or update should we need to. Hootsuite also displays all of our content in a clear manner making it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to editing an alreday scheduled post, there is no option to edit across the platforms, but instead we need to click on each individual post (facebook, instagram etc) and edit the posts from there. It would be great to have the same seamless experience for editing as we do when scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule content in advance. As a school, our social media team does not operate outside of term-time so we are able to plan content months in advance and have everything scheduled so that even if we are not in the office, we are still able to post content.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule posts.
That's it. Nothing else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dramatic increase in cost (roughly 10x) over the last five years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us pre-load posts across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. That part is nice.
The "timing feature" isn't what is used to be and falls short in program design.

It's easy to use, everything is intuitively placed and has some packed advanced features too.

Hootsuite stands out for its intuitive design, making it accessible and user-friendly, even for those new to social media management.

Everything is logically placed, ensuring users can easily navigate and find what they need without unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hootsuite offers robust functionality, its user interface (UI) feels somewhat outdated compared to more modern competitors.

This dated design can sometimes diminish the overall experience, especially for users accustomed to sleek and highly interactive platforms.

Additionally, it doesn’t replicate the full native experience of each platform. For instance, TikTok’s specific features—like direct in-app posting for images and certain interactive functionalities—are missing, which can limit content optimisation for that platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time, saving my brain power too so I can focus on what's important.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has helped our digital marketing agency handle social media posting for several clients at once in an easy-to-use platform. It helps me at a glance see and schedule posts for the month as well as plan a content calendar. The AI capabilities are still a work in progress, but some of the suggested content has helped jumpstart me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would never rely on the AI function without sanity checking it. It's often been not very helpful, but sometimes it is.

I need to be able to schedule for several companies

Great Product for Streamlining Digital Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting data. We use these reports for our analytics each month and they are incredibly helpful in tracking our progress. They also make it user-friendly with drag and drop options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes posts fail when attempting to publish, more often than we'd like. But the support team is always on-hand and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining posting across various platforms and profiles. As a nonprofit, we have limited capacity so this is beneficial for us to maximize efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great tool, especially for those just starting out with social media. It has a great way to track metrics, follow mentions in the social media platforms, and easily allows you to plan out your posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides! If you need help with something, customer service is great to take care of answering your questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to plan out my social media posts well in advance, as well as take a look back at previous posts, all in one place. The metrics/analytics are also easy to align with our needs.
