Hoot Hoot Hurray!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is super user-friendly! Whether you are starting a small business, have a nonprofit organization, are a company of 500+ employees, you will find everything you need in this platform. It is to designed to be your one-stop shop for all social media management and analytics. I use it everyday for my current job role and it has been amazing. You can easily integrate all your social media accounts and post all from one place and even shows you when is the best time to post! Their customer support team is also always available and ready to help in case you run into any trouble or have questions, but in my almost 2 years of using this platform, I have only needed to reach out once and they were super helpful. They are overall a resource available to all Hootsuite users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some Hootsuite features and analytics that for anyone starting with social media management and wants to make an impact, can be a lot to try and understand. Would be awesome if Hootsuite hosted webinars for some FAQ's from their users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made a HUGE impact in our social media follower growth. Before, we hardly had any enagagement and our posting times were not defined. We have been able to enhance our best time to post based on our audience on each platform and our engagement and follower base has increased tremendously. Very happy to have this tool for all social media management!
A NEED for a social media worker
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature that HootSuite shows you the best times to post. It often makes it easier for me to find the right times. It saves me a lot of time, especially on weekends, by eliminating the need to upload stories daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I miss for Stories is the ability to make them more interactive through HootSuite. We mainly use HootSuite for Instagram and Facebook, but unfortunately, we can't add stickers or music to the Stories through the system. Also, when uploading posts, it's not possible to add polls. But I'm looking forward to future updates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me a lot of time, especially on weekends when no one is working. Additionally, I can view the stats for all accounts, which saves me time with our 5 accounts as well. I love being able to quickly identify the best-performing posts and see which ones have been the most well-received recently.
A seamless experience for creating and managing my social media
What do you like best about the product?
Social Score - It helps me make sure I am staying on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particualy disliked - The spacing of the navigation menu icons could be re-worked, but it doesn't cause problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule posts well ahead of time - And the scoring system keeping me accountible for my efforts.
Hootsuite is very efficient for social media coordinators
What do you like best about the product?
I run about 10 social media accounts so having everything in one place makes my job easier & more efficient - I used to go to each individual social platform to post and it was extremely time consuming. From the beginning it was very easy to use. I can also see all comments/messages in one place as well as all analytics. Hootsuite is also more affordable than a lot of the other options. I've been using Hootsuite for about 2 years now and will continue to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could post to YouTube Community through Hootsuite. I have had some issues where my scheduled posts don't post while I'm on vacation, or they post twice, but this doesn't happen often. Other than that, there's not much I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule all social media posts for all platforms at once saves me so much time during the week. Being able to manage all social media accounts at once makes my job so much more effecient.
Using Hootsuite to Automate and Make Your Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Hootsuite because of its ease to use. Scheduling everything in one place where I can also monitor each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is when there are issues with posting to some social media sites.

Hootsuite allows me to post to mulitple social media platorms all in one place. Saving me time and energy from having to log into each different site for multiple accounts.
The ultimate social media management tool...but
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a fantastic tool for mid to large sized businesses. It's super simple to use and has all the tools you'd need to build a solid foundation for growing your platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and only has a single seat on the pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes keeping track of social media really simple. I can schedule, analyse, track trends and monitor paid activity all in one place. It's got an inbox to monitor comments and DMs and it can connect to Canva, so you can import designs and really streamline processes
Great product for busy marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy for me to plan ahead and not worry about being online on days off to create posts. I also enjoy the new AI assisted writing tools.

not much, it's a great tool and I use it frequently.

Scheduling options, Hashtag suggestions, Content Suggestions, International Day Calendar... It has great features for content creators.
