Hootsuite Is An Absolute Life Saver!

What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what I would do in my marketing and social media role without Hootsuite! The best thing about it is that it's a one-stop shop for posting on social media! Very easy to use! I appreciate the analytics reports you can pull and the suggested best posting times!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I dislike about Hootsuite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me write content with it's AI tool, hashtag generator and ability to post across multiple platforms all at once!

- Has technical issues
- randomly disconnects accounts
- is a pain to set up new accounts
- randomly doesn't post content sometimes
- can't choose own thumbnails for all platforms
- no hashtag analysis or research
- not always accurate analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- recently added instagram collaborator invites which makes my life easier than having to do it afterwords

Easy way to manage multiple accounts across platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage multiple accounts for multiple brands across platforms and clearly see the scheduled outline for the week/month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are the lack of Instagram story capabilities. I am unable to add music or tag users ahead of time which makes using that feature a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It used to be hard to manage multiple accounts across platforms. The scheduling tools on Facebook and Instagram are lacking and it meant a lot of extra work for me to try to schedule in advance. As our platform grew, having a tool like Hootsuite became necessary to plan ahead and optimize all of our accounts and content. This tool gives me back hours I would use to switch platforms and try to schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule our social media posts in advance, add graphics, customize links, and raise awareness of our resources to our audience. The tools are user-friendly and my time is much more efficient because I can batch my work for a whole week ahead - or more!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me several days to adapt to the most recent dashboard tool changes. While I appreciate how hard Hootsuite's teams work to stay abreast of the rapidly changing landscape of social media, I wish updates had more support or explanation ("guide to changes") given in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of social media management, it's pretty solid. You can easily add accounts, create content, schedule it, move things around, save drafts, and more. There's a library of graphics and gifs to use, and even AI to kickstart your writing (if you're into that). You can also monitor account engagement and do some social listening. But wait, there's more! Hootsuite offers a lot of really great analytics, and all from one place, which is handy if you're monitoring several platforms. I've used Hootsuite at several different companies now and I'm using it weekly if not daily, and it's always been a solid tool that's user-friendly and largely unproblematic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a fairly expensive tool, and there is still room for improvements. To name a few features I'd like to see: the ability to add Instagram alt text, the ability to schedule a Twitter thread, and more distinction between some analytics and how they're counted. Also their chatbot is pretty bad, which can be annoying when you have a simple question, but eventually you can connect to a real human and get answers via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is only one of my tasks, so being able to easily schedule a bunch of content when I can and then let Hootsuite do its thing is great. Hootsuite also solves the problem of tracking analytics. Heck, Twitter doesn't even let you view your own analytics anymore unless you pay, so being able to have some data from Hootsuite is valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post content to multiple platforms from this website and I like the opportunity for detailed analytics reports from various channels. I normally use Hootsuite every day and its navigation is user-friendly. I have not needed to use customer support, however, the emails I receive about updates and virtual workshops are invaluable. I've listened to at least a few workshops each year and usually find new and insightful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Hootsuite is that it doesn't link all social media accounts. I have not been able to connect my Youtube channel properly and it does not yet support Bluesky. I have to manually go into YouTube for the analytics. Additionally, tagging individuals on various platforms can get cumbersome, as there may be different handles from site to site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule and post content to all connected platforms. That benefits me because I can save time by scheduling content for an entire week, all at once.

Great social media tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite makes posting on multiple platforms very easy. It is a central hub for our organization's social media accounts. The analytics are a great tool to see what campaigns are effective and which are not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, an account will disconnect and fail to post your scheduled posts that day. Hootesuite can be a bit slow and adding new platforms, such as BlueSky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that Hootesuite has updated their Instagram tagging and allow to schedule posts with the tag feature now.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how I can upload to multiple platforms at one time.

I can't say there's anything I dislike about Hootsuite!

As someone who works for a start-up, Hootsuite saves me valuable time posting that can be put toward other iniatives.

Lifesaver & Game Changer for my Organization

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a tribal government managing socials for our various public-facing deparments. Hootsuite allows me to assist in customer service needs, respond to community members, and empowers department heads to provide high-quality information to social users. Scheduling is huge to maintaining consistant communication and quality content. Onboarding users is a breeze with the training materials Hootsuite provides and the platform is easy to use for all skill sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to edit posts within Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining multiple pages at a time and assisting other departments with their social media needs. As a gov employee, employees are restricted from social media access from their desktops, so this is a secure way for employees to manage their pages efficiently.
