Easy planning and publishing social media posts across different channels
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and easy-to-use interface for creating posts, planning and publishing - and this across different social media channels. Switching easily between channels and updating existing, planned in post as you can update everything still prior for to go live.
I had to use customer support a couple of times already and Hootsuite is always fast in responding and to search for a solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite feature of Hootsuite is the back office to manage the teams. It seems outdated versus the rest of the tool and not so user-friendly. Some trial and error was needed to set up all teams as it wasn't straightforward how to set up the different levels of permissions across the channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is bringing all of our brands' social networks in one tool. It makes it al lot easier to keep an overview and to share campaigns across the brands. It saves us a corporation a lot of time!

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is excellent overall, the pricing structure can be steep for small businesses or nonprofits. Additionally, the mobile app could be more polished, as certain features feel less intuitive compared to the desktop version.

Hootsuite keeps me a armlength away from the problems of mentioned media.

I love the scheduling tool, it's great for team use and is very collaborative. We use it as a team every day to schedule posts and to analyse previous posts to see what engages the most to create more content that's similiar.

Limited Instagram Interaction: Though Hootsuite integrates well with Instagram, it’s not always as seamless as other platforms when it comes to posting stories or interacting with comments in real time.

Manage multiple social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to manage multiple social media platforms easily and does the job fairly. You can select different times to post on all platforms and makes it very easy to schedule content. I've been using this tool everyday and for past 2 years. Definitely a must when you have multiple platforms to handle with other digital tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no feature to add loaction to your posts. Other thing that I noticed is that for Pinterest you need to create seperate Pin to make a post. It should take a same content and post in while you are posting on other sites. Making a seperate Pin makes it time consuming. It does not serve the purpose of posting everything at once when Pinterest is a must for you. But overall it does a good job posting on FB, Insta, LinkedIn and Twitter, all at once.

Save time, easy to schedule posts on multiple platforms and utilize analytics to grow social media presence.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of going to one platform to make all of my posts, schedule in advance and set it and forget it great for not only my business but also to handle the social media for my clients as well. It's a great resources that is a game-changer to save time and streamline our processess.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much that I don't like about the software - it would be nice to be able to bold text in my posts on LinkedIn although I'm not sure that is a limitation of Hootsuite or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule my social media posts in advance on multiple channels, have my calendar filled with social content and have my posts go up at scheduled times makes my life much easier.

The ease of scheduling content and the calendar helps visualize my content. I use it almost every day and rarely have issues. It was easy to learn also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have better tagging options and sometimes it is hard to tell if my Instagram post will look right.

Scheduliing out my content easily across many different accounts.
Hootsuite is amazing and can do basically everything a Social Media Agency needs on a daily basis.

The amazing design and the useful features. It has everything an agency needs to manage customer accounts.

The worst thing is that there is literally no training material on how to use the platform best.
