What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the planning and scheduling of posts. The optimization is also good as well as the easinest of the implementation of posts and customer service support.

Everything is great. This works really good so far and I have no issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems being solved are social media management and optimization. It's also solving the ease in scheduling posts.
Versatile and time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with tools such as Airtable and Zapier allows taking advantage of automations broadly, saving time and effort. This simplifies pre-scheduling content and repurposing and it was pretty easy to set up initially, not requiring much tinkering afterwards. Support for new platforms as they surface is nice to have. An essential part of our daily social media marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updated inbox is very cumbersome, some analytics are incomplete, and there is no support for long posts/threads (we have other tools for these, would prefer to have them all in one place as it would make things simpler).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying content distribution from a centralised content vault.
It's simple, yet intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about hootsuite is how simple it is to manage your social media with it without sacrificing any importan things like data evaluation and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely need a batch posting feature (drag and drop multiple stories to schedule/can schedule automaticaly for a extended amount of time without a need to put it in each day/date)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize my work into one app, because i manage multiple social media account.
Stable and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
The option for unlimited accounts makes it easier for my company to manage accounts on social media. Customer support also helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we don't like is that you can't segment profiles in unlimited accounts so after adding more than 100 it gets messy.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all the best thing I know is all social media plateforms are in on place. which make is very easy to use. streams are other best option. I had a trouble with stream in past but then again I can say customer support was excellent. UI is good and easy to use. Overall i always love working with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As i have mentioned some technical glitches with update can b problematic but then again this is not a big issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one of the best feature is handling multiple accounts in one place and posting and scheduling creative is much easier. so that is one of the biggest issue that solved by hoot suit.

Perfect Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is user friendly and has all the things I need in one spot! I use this software almost daily and it helps me stay organzied. It easily integrates with all of my social media platforms. I haven't had to reach out to customer support but the website makes it easy to do! This software makes all of our posts easy to implement in our daily posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about Hootsuite!

Hootsuite helps speed up social media management
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps speed up the process of managing social media platforms. I no longer need to set up each and every post on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some platforms that are not natively supported (or supported at all) on hootsuite. this includes YouTube Community and twitter-alternatives like Bluesky. If those platforms could also be supported, I would give it a 10/10.

It saves tremendous amount of time posting on multiple platforms
Using Hootsuite as a Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it allows me to mange the social media posts across brands easily, and it also provides analysis functions (e.g. Top 3 posts, compare with competitors etc.). I use it very frequently on a weekly basis to post.
Our company has 3 brands in the same industry so being able to see all the posts on our planner is very helpful so that there are no clashes. They also have functions to allow comparing of our social media metrics across different customised dates, so that's been very helpful in social media performance reporting!
The UI is in such a way that it's very clear and easy to adopt as well as a new beginner, so that makes it easier to integrate into our existing processes and implement more effective systems of social media monitoring.
Customer support is helpful, though could be a bit faster.

I think the UI for the analytics could be improved so that I can customise my dashboard even more easily. Currently it's great already but there's a bit of difficulty in the placement of the metrics where I want them to be on the grid. The selection of date for the comparative analysis is also difficult because I can't key in the exact date I want to compare, I have to click through the calendar and it's quite a chose when I want to compare last year's data with this year's data. I have to click >20 times.
I like zooming out to see the bigger picture, but when I zoom out on my computer, the interface remains the same size so it's a bit iffy at times when I want to be able to see everything in one glance.

Having to manage a few different brands' (in the same industry) social media platforms requires a lot of planning to ensure there are no clashes in the posts. Hootsuite allows me to schedule and see everything at once glance so I can better schedule our company's content.

Great software for basic social media management
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the platform, particularly the calendar function is incredibly nice to look at and easy to use. It makes planning the week's social media calendar very simple. I'm a very visual person so I love thus, The analytics reports are also very user-friendly and simple to generate. It does give you quite a few data points to look at, and having a platform generate that data for you and export it into a visually pleasing and understandable report saves me an incredible amount of time.
One of my favorite parts is that when you're composing a new post, it shows you a preview of how the posts will look on each platform you're posting to. I often make edits to my posts based on how those previews look. It's a great feature.
I will also add that I've been to a few of Hootsuite's free webinars that they hold on social media management, and I appreciate those opportunities very much. Some are more general and some are more in-depth and specific, but I can tell they are all well thought out. It means a lot that the Hootsuite team genuinely cares about its users.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple issues with the data. Sometimes an analytics report will give me numbers that don't make sense and I won't notice until I'm preparing an engagement report. However, if I refresh the auto-generated report, the numbers will correct. Not sure why it does this sometimes but this is something to keep in mind while using the analytics feature. Also, I tend to export my reports as a PowerPoint because Hootsuite makes them look all nice and pretty and easy to look at, but the reports tend to come out all jumbled with slides out of order and completely mixed up. There is some work involved with preparing those reports, you can't always just export them and send them on their way as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee many Facebook subpages and also generate content for my organization's main social media pages, so I'm often very busy. Without Hoosuite, I cannot even tell you how disorganized and busy I would be.
Makes Scheduling a Breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small non-profit with a social media presence. We have been using Hootsuite for several years now and we love it. I can develop and schedule a month's worth of posts at a time and get that off my plate. It was easy to connect all our social media accounts so that everything is in one place. There is nothing else like it on the market that we would even consider using!
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has become somewhat cost prohibitive over the past couple of years. Thankfully, as a non-profit, the company has worked with us to keep costs down.

Time management. I can schedule a month or more at a time which saves me time in the long run.
