The ultimate social media management tool...but
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a fantastic tool for mid to large sized businesses. It's super simple to use and has all the tools you'd need to build a solid foundation for growing your platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and only has a single seat on the pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes keeping track of social media really simple. I can schedule, analyse, track trends and monitor paid activity all in one place. It's got an inbox to monitor comments and DMs and it can connect to Canva, so you can import designs and really streamline processes
Great product for busy marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy for me to plan ahead and not worry about being online on days off to create posts. I also enjoy the new AI assisted writing tools.

not much, it's a great tool and I use it frequently.

Keeps all my analytics across platforms in one place and makes it easy for me to plan and schedule content

Scheduling options, Hashtag suggestions, Content Suggestions, International Day Calendar... It has great features for content creators.

As a marketing assistant, I find it to be a dependable platform to schedule posts, monitor engagement, track trends, and analyze performance across a variety of major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).The interface is clean, intuitive, and well-suited for managing multiple accounts and campaigns from a single dashboard.

From tracking engagement metrics to monitoring follower growth and click-through rates, the insights offered are both comprehensive and customizable.

Users can queue up posts days or even weeks in advance, assign posts to specific team members, and ensure content goes out consistently without needing to be manually pushed live. Second, while Hootsuite offers solid analytics, it often leaves users guessing why certain posts perform better at specific times. The tool reports when engagement is higher but doesn’t offer much insight into the underlying factors—whether it’s due to audience behavior patterns, hashtag usage, post format, or external events. Including more context or AI-driven insights about why certain time windows are more effective could greatly enhance the strategic value of the platform.

Mainly mnaging social media posts and tracking their particular performance. In the many years i've used it, Hootsuite remains a powerful, reliable tool for managing social media at scale. For teams and individuals who need a centralized platform for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing their social media efforts across multiple channels, I find that Hootsuite delivers strong value with impressive depth despite very minor shortcomings.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool for managing our social networks on a daily basis. It is practical, intuitive, and allows us to centralize our posts while tracking their performance. It meets our needs very well and greatly facilitates our organization. We are satisfied with its use and recommend it without hesitation.

No problem with usage, everything is intuitive.

We have more than 30 accounts to manage, and we were with one of Hootsuite's competitors. The pricing offer and the product's capability suit us very well.
Makes the handling of social media with multiple accounts a breeze

Integration of different social media channels. The handling of posting on various platforms is also essential.

The new window to handle interactions from channels can get messy and almost impossible to handle from small-screen laptops. The messages get squashed up on each other.

Gets the job done but can doesn't do it all
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to use. The ability to write and schedule posts is nice, but lacks key features that should be there regardless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see improvements with the AI writing features - I still write everything in Gemini/ChatGPT and then paste it into Hootsuite.
Social accounts keep disconntecting for some reason, and I have to reach out to my manager to reconnect them.
Id like to see better tracking features, like how many people clicked on a link a put in a post.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, its just scheduling posts. The analytics tool aren't super helpful for our company. They are neat to see but don't tell us much honestly and its frustrating.
Great for small businesses

I like that I am able to post across all my social platforms in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting font sizes are massive and kind of make it hard to read. Wish the limit on file sizes was higher when uploading content.
