What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's "Streams" functions make it feel more native and like a social platform more than my experience with other social CRM's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deeper settings can be difficult to find when it comes to customizing the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it extremely easy in my day to day. Whether that's planning and posting content, using Listening to fuel research, or engaging with the Community, Hootsuite is extremely easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for practically anything social media related. From community management, to scheduling posts, to social listening. I really like the ability for it to be able to pull in engagement from dark posts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside it has is the inability to leave notes on the content calendar. With so many needs for doing stuff within the social platforms itself (instagram specifically) it would be super handy if I could leave a note that says "collab w/ ___" or "stay dark" so that everyone is in the know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to go into every platform to check messages and comments, it's all in one spot!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule in advance. One stop hub for all marketing material. Using AI to determine best times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dont have anything negative to add. The platform is very useful to me.

Getting the brand awareness out into the network utilizing linkedin. Making it easy and simple to post pre-built material

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has enabled us to effectively plan, organize, and share our content. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I have been able to showcase our value on social media. Furthermore, the Amplify platform has empowered our sales team to confidently share content on their social channels, leading to an increase in website visitors and lead inquiries. The implementation of the platform was straightforward, and the customer support has been exceptional. We are very pleased with our Account Management team, who have provided us with the support we need to achieve our corporate goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside so far is that we cannot add thumbnails to videos posted natively on our social platforms like LinkedIn, but we can include them in our Amplify posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has simplified the management of all our social channels. We can now easily monitor, track, and schedule content with just a few clicks. Without Hootsuite, reporting on the effectiveness of our social channels would be a much more manual and time-consuming process.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team greatly enjoys using Hootsuite for the user friendly interface and the ability to manage lots of items all in one place. As a small team of 1-2 people managing social, Hootsuite makes it possible for us to easily collaborate, review, and create posts for all of our platforms. We also utilize the review and approve feature so we can review posts before they go out. The platform makes it a lot easier to 'automate' a lot of the pieces of social such as copywriting, hashtag creation, commenting, etc. Our team appreciates how much time we save by having Hootsuite to help us manage our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion for improvement would be scheduling draft / planning out social posts. I wish there was a better way to 'view' a content list of topics, almost like if there was some sort of blank 'notes' sheet or something like that to add collaborative topics on without having to fully commit to drafting a full post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping our small team managing all of the pieces of social and saving us time in doing so. It is also a huge help for reporting and anayltics to help us stay on track and make sure all the work we are doing on social is strategic and beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy to use tool and helps you manage all your social domains from one place. it's very easy to implement and when a feature is not clear I can contact customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean so far, I did not have any major issue with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage all the social media reviews. It's all in one place and easy to reply to reviews so to improve the experience of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the scheduling feature on Hootsuite to help me stay on track in my daily tasks. The calendar function with suggested holidays is a fun feature to get creative. I also appreciate the reporting function that pulls mentions of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a feature that allows better collaboration on post creation with team mates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping my team stay on track with a consisten social media schedule. It is also helpful in gathering analytics for engagement and posts over time.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbox consolidates replies from multiple channels. The reports, and the ability to receive them automatically, are very helpful

Competitor analysis could be stronger, helping identify key topics and keywords that they are covering

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hootsuite is it makes my job as a social media manager for multiple tech conferences a breeze. I can manage all the accounts in one place and schedule them and it's very easy to use! I also love that it allows me to track analytics for each of the posts so I am able to know what is working well in my social media strategy and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't currently have the ability to post to Bluesky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues with not posting enough on social media as it was hard to manually post at different times during the day. Now I am able to schedule everything way ahead of time and we never miss a post going out.

Perfect for our needs as a marketing agency to plug in multiple clients across multiple clients.

not always so user friendly and per campaign analytics requires a very expensive upgrade (and a sales call).
