Simple yet effective

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. You can jump in with zero experience and it's so user friendly that you can easily navigate and use basic functions almost immediately. The reporting is so easy and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little pricey, I wish there was a lower level teir that was more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social platforms don't give you access to enough analytics. Hootsuite puts them all in one place which saves hours of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the customizable reporting and easy downloads and the planning calendar. It was also easy to integrate and implement. The customer support has been very good as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Amplify tool would benefit from greater ability to customize weekly emails and a more user-friendly layout of featured content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is working to improve the Amplify features, including customizing weekly emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface and centralized dashboard make scheduling, monitoring, and tracking performance incredibly efficient, ESPECIALLY for our 10+ Social Channels. The ability to batch schedule posts and view a clear content calendar has streamlined our workflow, saving us time and keeping our strategy on track.

The collaboration tools are a major plus, allowing our team to coordinate seamlessly on content reviews and customer engagement. The analytics features provide valuable insights into campaign performance, helping us refine our messaging and drive better results.

Love being able to post directly from our Executive team's accounts and the ability to "gamify" posting for our internal teams with the Amplify Leaderboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d like to see more integration with LinkedIn but understand that it's a platform issue, not a hootsuite issue. Additionally, while the reporting tools are robust, they can feel a bit complex for less experienced users looking to get a very granular report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By consolidating all our accounts into one dashboard, we save time and maintain consistency in our messaging. Instead of jumping between platforms, we can schedule and monitor posts in one place, which keeps everything streamlined and efficient.

Scheduling posts ahead of time has been a game-changer for us. It ensures our content goes live at the best times for engagement, even when we’re focused on other projects. This helps us stay on top of our social media strategy without the constant need to post manually.

The collaboration tools are another big benefit. Our team can review and approve posts within the platform, which makes workflows smoother and avoids miscommunication. This is especially useful for maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.

It saves us a bunch of time and energy since our social team is one person.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to schedule multiple posts for multiple accounts without any issues or delays.
Posts were published exactly as required, I had no complaints with this regardless of how much posts were published.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have loved if collabarations could be sent through the app as well, that way I could schedule more content instead of wating to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where social media management is concerned it allows businesses to be more effective in targetting the right audience while also giving insights on the backend of their platforms. This is beneficial to me seeing that it saves time and allows me to focus more on creating better content for better insights.

Lots of options - a little much for small businesses that do not do it all

What do you like best about the product?
I like several features. The primary social media posting options are easy to use. OwlyWriter AI helps when I have a writer's blog and want to create content for my business. The duplicate post button is very helpful when I want to share the same content a few times throughout the following month. The media library allows me to share other images with my content to easily freshen up my evergreen content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not affordable. While I have clients to support the expense, other small business owners (specifically solopreneurs or micro-small businesses) may not have the funds for this app. The Ads section is excellent but may not be useful for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuites helps me when working with my clients scheduling theirs and my social media post to engage with my audience. It saves me time and I can easily batch my work when doing social media marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy it is to use the platform (set-up posts and share posts) and tag content under different topics. The platform is very user-friendly, which makes it qucik to set-up posts and also share to personal channels, and the topics function helps us filter posts for our employees. Given that we share numerous posts a day that cover a wide range of topics, the topics function helps our users iedntify which posts to share according to their personal brand/expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Hootsuite may be the glitches in the system or the lag time after a post is edited/added to the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us reach our employee advocacy goals. With the help of Hootsuite, we are able to amplify campaigns and key content peices on social media via our employees. That not only helps drive better results for the campaign, but also helps our employees build their social presence online.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hootsuite interface is easy to use and the integration of AI is useful.

Occasionally it glitches and doesn't post something that is scheduled.

What do you like best about the product?
Posting each day is not stressfuul anymore, as I have the caption copied automatically and content downloaded at theat immediate moment to my gallery to upload at that moment. Its a smooth process that I can do without worry. The SEO-capabilities incorporated in the tool is super impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram has a feature where you can post 2 to 20 images as a carousel post. Apparently Hootsuite has permission to upload only up to 10 images to instagram. this can be an inconvenience, considering that Instagram algorithm prefers accounts that post carousels with more than 10 images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a freelancer who has begun offering social media management to client and found that it was taking a lot of time to remember which post to put up when. Hootsuite seemed to be a tool that encompassed a lot of features and the management feature is the one that is helping me a lot right now. I simply have to upload onto the tool, the image or video that would be a post or a reel for the next day and integrate it on my phone app and use the app to post the content daily. I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with the tool.
