Makes managing content and workflows easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite in a team with multiple content contributors and social media accounts has made it easy to ensure our schedule is well paced and all content is approved appropriately.
I love that posts can be easily duplicated and tweaked for different platforms. This saves so much time as we only need to upload media once.
I also appreciate the calendar view and suggested scheduling times as it makes sure we're deploying our posts effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
When our content team is on fire the notifications pile up for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite primarily helps my team with scheduling and work flow. Content creators can easily upload their posts and the come to me in the workflow for approval. It's easy to edit copy if tweaks are required. And it's so helpful being able to copy posts to different accounts and platfors. I love this feature.
Great Client Management Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Definintely the visability to see and easily report on our 180 individual Facebook and 180 Instagram pages. Also the client management and handover from one account manager to the next. The response rates were always fast and the local support meant they understood our business instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a way to load every Facebook/Instagram page in bulk - the setup took a few hours to verify each one. Once you're setup it's fine, just the initial time outlay was long for the business size/structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to report on our 180 Childcare Centres each week in an automated way has been a huge time saver. We can see who is active, what level of activity and the growth of the accounts at a large scale.
Been a Hootsuite User for Years
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a great tool for me for the last 13 years as a social media manager. I love how easy the scheduler tool is and appreciate the frequent updates that come out. Also, the account reps have always been super helpful and quick to respond to any issues that have come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest downsides for me in Hootsuite is their metrics/reporting tools. It's a lot of manual work and the reports are not that easy to build from scratch, they come across as messy and disorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite currently solves our multi user approval process as well as being able to schedule our content with ease.

Scheduling and monitoring social content without using your phone or going into the platforms

You can't yet do a number of things:
- Adjusting the square tile on a cover, so we scheduling in the IG app so it doesn't automatically cut the cover in a different way

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes creating and scheduling posts a breeze. It helps keep our team organized so we can be effective when executing our social media strategy. Also, can't say enough about the team we work with at Hootsuite, they are such great partners for us and regularly go above and beyond.

Sometimes tagging people on LinkedIn through Hootsuite can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to manage all of our social accounts in one place. It provides visibility to all of our team members and saves us valuable time.
Great HootSuite experience with Davis and his team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - the software is extremely user-friendly. The customer support has been top-tier and we haven't had any issues on that front. We were also able to implement and integrate easily from another platform which was of top concern to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive which can be an obstacle for smaller companies (although worth the price).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of posting across multiple platforms, this allows me to post in one place. Additionally this has a proofing/approval function that has been extremely beneficial to the marketing team. The calendar and analytics are also extremely helpful and heavily used on a day to day basis.
Great tool for different clients, just for one a little bit expensive.

I can take a look of all the brands we are managing and have an overview of what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
i've known Hootsuite for almost 10 years, and i've seen the changes but i don't feel them like groundbreaking. Sometimes is not enough for the needs of the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening integrated on the same tool is easier to handle and i can take almost a 360 look for reporting

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and to roll out across an enterprise organisation. We've been using Hootsuite for three years now and it's hard to fault it. We have a team of 75 users with varying levels of social experience and this platform addressed most of their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform feels like it's very modularised and the analytics isn't necessarily connected to planner or streams. It would be great to see more connective tissue between the various modules so they all feel like they are part of the same environment. For example, it would be good to edit tags in analytics or planner and not have to edit them in streams. Similarly, it would be nice to see comments in post performance reports and not need to do this in inbox or streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us administer access to a global marketing and communications organisation. It also helps us scheduled content and have visibility of all scheduled content in one place. The platform also helps us measure our performance and make improvements based ont he results we are getting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a level of checks when posting content. I also love the AI caption writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance difference on ads when posted through here vs directly on the social channel (specifically Meta). I wish there was also a way to get our accounts verified through here vs dealing with tiktok/meta/youtube individually.
